Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for taking a photo during scanning a question according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
step S201, after the appointed terminal receives the command of executing the scanning question, the camera of the appointed terminal is called.
Generally, a designated button for starting photographing is provided on an interface of the scanning question application, and a user clicks the button (which may also be triggered by voice, fingerprint, gesture or physical button), which is equivalent to issuing an instruction for executing a scanning question.
Optionally, the process of calling the camera of the designated terminal may include:
acquiring the number of rear cameras of the specified terminal;
if the designated terminal only has one rear camera, selecting the camera as a preferred camera; if the designated terminal has more than two rear cameras, selecting one camera as a preferred camera, and specifically selecting which camera can be set according to actual conditions, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment;
and calling the preferred camera.
When a plurality of rear cameras exist, only one of the rear cameras is selected to be called, because the multi-camera setting of the terminal is to enable the shot photos to meet the aesthetic requirements of people, the multi-camera setting does not have a great effect on text recognition, and the resource consumption during shooting and in the processing process is increased.
Of course, optionally, a plurality of cameras may be simultaneously called to take a picture according to the default setting of the terminal system.
Step S202, adjusting the photographing parameters of the camera according to a preset adjusting mode so as to reduce information irrelevant to text recognition.
As the requirement of users on the photographing effect of various terminals is higher and higher at present, various terminals continuously upgrade and upgrade cameras carried by the terminals, the performance of the cameras is stronger and stronger, the newly added functions can well meet the aesthetic feeling of human beings, but the camera contains too much useless information for computer text recognition, and the step is to adjust the photographing parameters of the cameras so as to reduce the information irrelevant to the text recognition.
At this time, the display interface presented to the user in the scanning application can adopt two different display modes:
in the first mode, the display interface displays the preview effect of shooting pictures according to the adjusted shooting parameters, and what you see is what you get is;
and in the second mode, the display interface displays the preview effect of shooting the photos according to the shooting parameters before adjustment, namely the default display effect of the terminal system.
The two display modes have respective advantages and disadvantages, if the mode I is adopted, what you see is what you get, the user can intuitively feel the effect of taking the picture, but the mode is greatly different from the normal photographing experience of the user, and the user has certain difficulty in accepting the picture; if the second mode is adopted, the mode is the same as the normal photographing experience of the user and is easy to accept by the user, but the user is not intuitively felt about the final photographing effect.
Specifically, which display mode is adopted may be set according to actual conditions, and of course, the two modes may also be displayed on the display interface at the same time, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, step S202 may specifically include:
step S2021, the resolution of the camera is reduced to a preset first numerical value.
The resolution of a picture taken by a camera generally refers to the number of pixels contained in the picture, and the resolution determines the fineness of the details of the bitmap image. Generally, the higher the resolution of the image, the more pixels it contains, the sharper the image, and the better the quality of the print. Meanwhile, the storage space occupied by the file is increased.
In practical use, in order to pursue the picture quality of a shot picture, a user tends to use a camera with a higher resolution, so that manufacturers continuously improve the resolution of a produced terminal camera, and the resolution of a terminal commonly used in the market at present is over ten million pixels.
For a general problem scanning application, when text recognition is performed, such a high resolution is not required, and an extra resolution is not only unable to improve the recognition performance, but also increases the time for compressing a photo. Preferably, the photos with different resolutions may be text-recognized by a statistical method, and the resolution with the highest recognition rate is used as the first numerical value.
And step S203, after the appointed terminal receives the instruction of executing photographing, controlling the camera to photograph according to the adjusted photographing parameters, and taking the photographed photograph as an original photograph for text recognition when scanning the question.
Generally, a shutter button for taking a picture is provided on an interface of the question scanning application, and a user clicks the shutter button (which may also be triggered by a voice, a fingerprint, a gesture, or a physical button), which is equivalent to issuing an instruction to take a picture.
And after the original photo is obtained, the scanning application preprocesses the original photo, then executes text recognition, outputs the recognized text, finally searches according to the text and feeds back the search result to the user. These belong to the prior art, and the detailed process of this embodiment is not described again.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the designated terminal receives the instruction to execute the scanning, the camera of the designated terminal is called; adjusting the photographing parameters of the camera according to a preset adjusting mode to reduce information irrelevant to text recognition; after the appointed terminal receives an instruction for executing photographing, controlling the camera to photograph according to the adjusted photographing parameters, and taking the photographed photograph as an original photograph for text recognition when scanning a question; adjusting the photographing parameters of the camera according to a preset adjusting mode comprises the following steps: and reducing the resolution of the camera to a preset first numerical value. According to the embodiment, the shooting parameters of the camera are adjusted in the photo shooting stage so as to reduce information irrelevant to text recognition, for example, the resolution is reduced, because the default resolution of the current terminal product is generally higher and tends to be higher and higher, for text recognition in the problem scanning process, a certain resolution can meet the requirement, and the additionally increased resolution can not improve the recognition performance but can increase the time for compressing the photo, so that the photo shot according to the adjusted shooting parameters does not need to consume extra time for processing the photo, and the text extraction speed is effectively increased.
Example two:
fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for taking a photo during scanning a question according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
step S301, after a designated terminal receives an instruction for executing scanning questions, calling a camera of the designated terminal;
step S302, adjusting the photographing parameters of the camera according to a preset adjusting mode to reduce information irrelevant to text recognition;
and step S303, after the appointed terminal receives the instruction for executing photographing, controlling the camera to photograph according to the adjusted photographing parameters, and taking the photographed photograph as an original photograph for text recognition when scanning the question.
Step S301 is the same as step S201 in the first embodiment, and step S303 is the same as step S203 in the first embodiment, which may specifically refer to the description in the first embodiment, and this embodiment will not be described again.
Step S302 may specifically include:
and step S3021, reducing the resolution of the camera to a preset first value.
Step S3021 is the same as step S2021 in the first embodiment, and reference may be made to the description in the first embodiment for details, which are not repeated in this embodiment.
Step S3022, increasing the sharpness of the camera to a preset second value.
The sharpness, sometimes called "sharpness", of a picture taken by a camera is an indicator of the sharpness of the image plane and the sharpness of the image edges. If the sharpness is adjusted higher, the contrast of details on the image plane is also higher, and the image looks clearer.
In the field of photography, the high sharpness of the lens is a double-edged sword, which, on the one hand, makes the visual effect of the picture clear, and on the other hand, because of the improvement of the contrast, enlarges some primary details which are not favorable originally and covers secondary details, causing the reduction of the actual details and the loss of the hierarchy, for example, in portrait photography, the small scars and pimples of the human skin are enlarged and highlighted (i.e. more obvious than the actual naked eye) due to the high sharpness, thereby causing the roughness and the dry feeling of the face, and therefore, in the portrait photography process, the high sharpness is not generally selected.
However, in the implementation, because the taken picture is used for text recognition, the definition of the picture directly affects the accuracy of the text recognition, so that the definition of the picture is more concerned, and some defects in details caused by the definition are acceptable. In this embodiment, the sharpness of the camera is preferably increased to a preset second value, and the second value may be set according to the actual situation of each scanning application, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Preferably, the text recognition can be performed on the photos with different degrees of sharpness by a statistical method, and the resolution with the highest recognition rate is used as the second numerical value.
And step S3023, adjusting the photographing mode of the camera to a gray mode.
The gray mode is a mode in which an image is represented by a single tone, generally, the color of one pixel is represented by eight bits, and a total of 256 levels (tone levels) of gray tones (including black and white), that is, 256 lightness grays, is a transition from black → gray → white, and a black and white photograph is a mode in daily life.
The reason why the photographing is performed in the grayscale mode is that the color information in the photograph is redundant for text recognition, and the extra color information can not improve the recognition performance, but can increase the time for performing the grayscale processing on the photograph.
Further, excessive color level difference in the grayscale mode is unnecessary for text recognition, so that the color level value can be reduced as much as possible, and in an extreme case, the photographing mode of the camera can be adjusted to a binary black-and-white mode, that is, the grayscale value of a pixel point on an image is set to 0 or 255, that is, the whole image presents an obvious visual effect only including black and white. For example, a gray threshold may be preset, which divides the data of the image into two parts: a group of pixels greater than the threshold value and a group of pixels less than the threshold value. The pixel value of the pixel group larger than the gradation threshold value is set to white (or black), and the pixel value of the pixel group smaller than the gradation threshold value is set to black (or white).
It should be particularly noted that the sequence of step S3021, step S3022 and step S3023 is not limited, and the sequence may be adjusted according to actual needs, and only one or two of the steps may be selected to be executed according to actual needs, and the other steps are not executed. Further, similar parameter adjusting steps may be added according to actual requirements, for example, parameters such as aperture, shutter, sensitivity, focus, photometry, white balance, etc. are adjusted, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of the first embodiment, a manner of adjusting the photographing parameter of the camera is further added, and besides the resolution of the camera is reduced to the preset first value, the sharpness of the camera can be improved to the preset second value, and the photographing mode of the camera is adjusted to the grayscale mode. According to the embodiment, the shooting parameters of the camera are adjusted in the photo shooting stage so as to reduce information irrelevant to text recognition, for example, the resolution is reduced, the sharpness is improved, the gray mode is set, and the like.
