the water-gas slip ring is sleeved on the slip ring shaft and can rotate on the slip ring shaft, an inner groove is arranged in the water-gas slip ring, and the position of the inner groove corresponds to the position of the shaft hole of the slip ring shaft; the periphery of the water-gas slip ring is provided with a slip ring hole communicated with the inner groove; the water-gas slip ring is arranged on the slip ring fixing seat;
