Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,包括底部封闭的圆筒形外壳,所述圆筒形外壳内壁设有与齿轮啮合的凹槽,底部设有与齿轮轴孔相配合的柱状凸起,两侧铰接有用于测量轮齿深度的测量装置,所述测量装置包括L型底座和连接在L型底座上的活动板,所述L型底座上设有滑槽。检测齿轮的加工尺寸时,将齿轮放入圆筒形外壳内,若齿轮能和凹槽相啮合,且和圆筒形外壳表面相平齐,就说明齿轮的轴孔内径、齿轮外径、齿轮厚度和齿轮轮齿间间距符合要求,调节测量装置的活动板,使其与齿轮卡紧,通过刻度可知道轮齿的深度。本发明能方便快捷的检测齿轮的加工尺寸,结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种检具,特别涉及一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具。
背景技术
检具是工业生产企业用于控制产品各种尺寸的简捷工具,提高生产效率和控制质量,适用于大批量生产的产品。在检测齿轮是否合格时,需要检测齿轮的轴孔内径、齿轮外径、齿轮厚度和齿轮轮齿间距与深度,检测工序较多,费时费力。为此,我们提出一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,能够方便快捷的检测齿轮是否合格,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,包括底部封闭的圆筒形外壳,所述圆筒形外壳内壁设有与齿轮啮合的凹槽,圆筒形外壳底部设有与齿轮轴孔相配合的柱状凸起,圆筒形外壳两侧铰接有用于测量轮齿深度的测量装置,所述测量装置包括L型底座和连接在L型底座上的活动板,所述L型底座上设有滑槽。
进一步的,所述圆筒形外壳的的深度等于齿轮的厚度。
进一步的,所述L型底座上设有刻度。
进一步的,所述柱状凸起的中部设有圆盘状凸起。
检测齿轮的加工尺寸时,将齿轮放入圆筒形外壳内,若齿轮能和凹槽相啮合,且和圆筒形外壳表面相平齐,就说明齿轮的轴孔内径、齿轮外径、齿轮厚度和齿轮轮齿间间距符合要求,调节测量装置的活动板,使其与齿轮卡紧,通过刻度可知道轮齿的深度。本发明能方便快捷的检测齿轮的加工尺寸,结构简单,操作方便。

如图1至4所示,一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,包括底部封闭的圆筒形外壳,所述圆筒形外壳内壁设有与齿轮啮合的凹槽,圆筒形外壳底部设有与齿轮轴孔相配合的柱状凸起,圆筒形外壳两侧铰接有用于测量轮齿深度的测量装置,所述测量装置包括L型底座和连接在L型底座上的活动板,所述L型底座上设有滑槽。
优选的,所述圆筒形外壳的的深度等于齿轮的厚度,根据圆筒形外壳的的深度就能知道齿轮的厚度。
优选的,所述L型底座上设有刻度,便于检测轮齿的深度。
优选的,所述柱状凸起的中部设有圆盘状凸起,可以配合轴孔内壁设有环状凹槽的齿轮使用。

1.一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,包括底部封闭的圆筒形外壳,其特征在于:所述圆筒形外壳内壁设有与齿轮啮合的凹槽,圆筒形外壳底部设有与齿轮轴孔相配合的柱状凸起,圆筒形外壳两侧铰接有用于测量轮齿深度的测量装置,所述测量装置包括L型底座和连接在L型底座上的活动板,所述L型底座上设有滑槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于检测齿轮加工尺寸的检具,其特征在于:所述圆筒形外壳的的深度等于齿轮的厚度。
