Abstract
本发明提供了一种冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体上具有向内凹陷的凹槽形成暗把手,所述暗把手外表面包覆有疏水涂层,暗把手的底端设有向外延伸的吸水裙边。本发明能解决把手部位由于发泡保温层太薄而产生凝露的问题,提升用户体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,更具体地说是一种冰箱门体。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高及消费者对精致薄度的追求,冰箱门体设计逐渐变薄,但是门体减薄后配置暗把手的设计,使得把手部位保温层相对来说很薄,使用过程中极易在把手部位产生凝露,造成用户需求与实际产品使用时产生凝露问题相矛盾。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足,提供一种冰箱门体,以期能解决把手部位由于发泡保温层太薄而产生凝露的问题,提升用户体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种冰箱门体,所述冰箱门体上具有向内凹陷的凹槽形成暗把手,所述暗把手外表面包覆有疏水涂层,暗把手的底端设有向外延伸的吸水裙边。
优选的,所述暗把手截面为U形,在所述冰箱门体上自上而下贯穿设置。
优选的,所述暗把手截面为U形,设置在所述冰箱门体的一段上。
优选的,所述暗把手设置在所述冰箱门体的单侧,或对称设置在所述冰箱门体的两侧。
优选的,所述暗把手为塑料或金属材质。
优选的,所述吸水裙边为吸水材质,吸水裙边上设有指示剂。
优选的,所述吸水裙边为无机硅胶材质。
优选的,所述指示剂为氯化钴。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明通过在暗把手表面包覆疏水涂层,使暗把手部位不会因为保温层太薄而导致凝露水珠附着,凝露水珠直接滑落至暗把手底端的吸水裙边上,吸水裙边用于随时反复吸收和释放水份,保证暗把手部位干燥,提升用户体验;
2、本发明在吸水裙边上设有指示剂,指示剂通过吸收的水份多少发生相应的颜色变化,以供用户更佳直观地观察判断。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施例的冰箱门体包括门胆1、门壳2、门饰条3、保温层4组成,门胆1、门壳2、门饰条3内部围成的空间内填充有保温层4。冰箱门体具有向内凹陷的凹槽形成暗把手5,暗把手5外表面包覆有疏水涂层,暗把手5的底端设有向外延伸的吸水裙边6。
暗把手5截面为U形,设置在冰箱门体的单侧,或对称设置在冰箱门体的两侧。
暗把手5可在冰箱门体上自上而下贯穿设置,如图2所示,或设置在冰箱门体的一段上,如图3所示。
吸水裙边6为无机硅胶材质,具有良好的吸水性能,吸水裙边6上设有氯化钴指示剂。
此外,本实施例的暗把手5为塑料或金属材质。
具体的,塑料材质的暗把手5经浸渍、喷涂等方式使疏水材料表面附着一层纳米透明涂层,如Hydro 300,再进行烘干干燥处理。
金属材质的暗把手5在涂装疏水涂层前,先通过喷砂、磷化、钝化或者硅烷偶联剂进行预处理,然后烘干涂敷低表面能的呈现阶层结构或表面蜡状物有机疏水涂层聚四氟乙烯或聚偏氟乙烯,此种纳米级乳突结构上的纳米结构使得暗把手5表面有超强疏水性。
本实施例的冰箱门体,其工作原理如下:
当暗把手5部位因保温层4太薄而导致凝露水珠附着时,由于包覆有疏水涂层,凝露产生的水珠能及时滑落至暗把手5底端的吸水裙边6上,经吸水裙边6及时吸收水份。随着环境变化,吸水材料再对水分进行释放。上述过程中,吸水裙边6上的指示剂在吸水时变红色,干燥后变蓝色,可供用户直观观察判断。
本发明的冰箱门体的吸水裙边6设置在暗把手5的底端,起到随时吸收水份的作用,且暗把手5的外表面包覆有疏水涂层,可有效解决冰箱门体把手凝露的问题,不受门体厚度设计限制,满足冰箱把手防凝露要求。

1.一种冰箱门体,其特征是:所述冰箱门体上具有向内凹陷的凹槽形成暗把手,所述暗把手外表面包覆有疏水涂层,暗把手的底端设有向外延伸的吸水裙边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述暗把手截面为U形,在所述冰箱门体上自上而下贯穿设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述暗把手截面为U形,设置在所述冰箱门体的一段上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述暗把手设置在所述冰箱门体的单侧,或对称设置在所述冰箱门体的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述暗把手为塑料或金属材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述吸水裙边为吸水材质,吸水裙边上设有指示剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述吸水裙边为无机硅胶材质。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征是:所述指示剂为氯化钴。
