Abstract

本发明公开了一种除湿加热功能的空气净化器,包括箱体,箱体上端设置有出气口,箱体的下端设置有进气口,进气口上设置有纤维过滤网,箱体的内侧中部设置有HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,HEPA滤网层设置在活性炭滤网层的下侧,活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯,紫外线灯上侧设置有加热器,进气口与HEPA滤网层之间连接有风道,风道内设置有除湿器和抽风机;在活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,而且除湿器设置在前端,能够很好的将空气中的水分除去,设置的加热器能够将办公室中的空气加热,使得办公室内空气温度干燥。

技术领域
本发明涉及办公电器技术领域,特别涉及一种除湿加热功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
由于南方的冬季寒冷潮湿,使得办公室内的空气湿度也较大,由于湿度和寒冷使得人不能正常工作。由于南方冬季没有暖气的供应,所以在办公室内比较寒冷潮湿,使得人不能正常的进行工作,而且由于办公室中人员较多使得空气环境不好,因此,需要一种既能净化办公室内空气又能起到除湿加热效果的设备
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够净化办公室空气,又可以除湿和提高办公室温度的除湿加热功能的空气净化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种除湿加热功能的空气净化器,包括箱体,所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述进气口上设置有纤维过滤网,所述箱体的内侧中部设置有HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述HEPA滤网层设置在所述活性炭滤网层的下侧,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯,所述紫外线灯上侧设置有加热器,所述进气口与所述HEPA滤网层之间连接有风道,所述风道内设置有除湿器和抽风机,所述加热器固定在所述紫外线灯和出气口之间的箱体上。
进一步的,所述纤维过滤网可拆卸的设置在所述进气口上。
进一步的,所述HEPA滤网层和所述活性炭滤网层连接为一体,并通过螺栓固定在所述箱体上。
进一步的,所述风道与所述进气口和所述HEPA滤网层连接位置设置有密封圈。
进一步的,所述加热器包括电阻丝。
采用上述技术方案本发明得到的有益效果为:在活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果,而且除湿器设置在前端,能够很好的将空气中的水分除去,设置的加热器能够将办公室中的空气加热,使得办公室内空气温度干燥。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
结合附图对本发明进一步描述,使所属技术领域的技术人员更好的实施本发明,本发明实施例一种除湿加热功能的空气净化器,包括箱体1,箱体1上端设置有出气口2,箱体1的下端设置有进气口3,进气口3上设置有纤维过滤网4,,箱体1的内侧中部设置有HEPA滤网层5和活性炭滤网层6,HEPA滤网层5设置在活性炭滤网层6的下侧,活性炭滤网层6上涂有光触媒,活性炭滤网层6上侧设置有紫外线灯7,紫外线灯7上侧设置有加热器8,进气口3与HEPA滤网层5之间连接有风道9,风道9内设置有除湿器10和抽风机11,加热器8固定在紫外线灯7和出气口2之间的箱体1上。
本发明实施例纤维过滤网4可拆卸的设置在进气口3上;HEPA滤网层5和活性炭滤网层6连接为一体,并通过螺栓固定在箱体1上;风道9与进气口3和HEPA滤网层5连接位置设置有密封圈;加热器8包括电阻丝。
本发明实施例在活性炭滤网层6上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯7的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果,而且除湿器10设置在前端,能够很好的将空气中的水分除去,设置的加热器8能够将办公室中的空气加热,使得办公室内空气温度干燥。

1.一种除湿加热功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述进气口上设置有纤维过滤网,所述箱体的内侧中部设置有HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述HEPA滤网层设置在所述活性炭滤网层的下侧,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯,所述紫外线灯上侧设置有加热器,所述进气口与所述HEPA滤网层之间连接有风道,所述风道内设置有除湿器和抽风机,所述加热器固定在所述紫外线灯和出气口之间的箱体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述除湿加热功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述纤维过滤网可拆卸的设置在所述进气口上。
3.根据权利要求2所述除湿加热功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述HEPA滤网层和所述活性炭滤网层连接为一体,并通过螺栓固定在所述箱体上。
4.根据权利要求3所述除湿加热功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述风道与所述进气口和所述HEPA滤网层连接位置设置有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述除湿加热功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述加热器包括电阻丝。
