As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment describes a double-ended pump housing structure, which includes a cylindrical main pump body 1, a water inlet pipe 2 and a drainage pump cavity 7 are respectively disposed at two ends of the main pump body 1, and a circulation pump cavity 8 is disposed on a side wall of the main pump body 1 near one end of the water inlet pipe 2; the water inlet pipe 2 and the circulating pump cavity 8 are staggered by a certain angle and respectively extend outwards in a protruding way along the radial direction of the main pump body 1; a circulating pump mounting joint 14 is arranged at the end part of the circulating pump cavity 8, and a circulating water outlet pipe 4 which protrudes and extends outwards along the radial direction is arranged on the side wall of the circulating pump cavity 8; the drain pump chamber 7 is provided with a drain pipe 3 and a drain pump mount joint 15, the drain pump mount joint 15 projecting outwardly in the axial direction of the main pump body 1, and the drain pipe 3 projecting outwardly in the radial direction of the main pump body 1.
Through the arrangement, the circulating pump cavity and the drainage pump cavity are respectively arranged at the two opposite ends of the main pump body, so that the water inlet of the pump body is respectively driven by the corresponding pumps arranged at the two opposite ends to be discharged or circularly reflowed to the washing barrel of the washing machine, the mutual interference between the water flows of the two pumps is reduced, the arrangement structure of the double-head pump is more reasonable, and the use effect of the double-head pump is improved; meanwhile, the water inlet pipe is arranged close to one side of the circulating pump cavity, so that inlet water can directly flow through the circulating pump cavity after passing through the filter screen in the main pump body and then is discharged outside for recycling, and the inlet water can be discharged to the drainage pump cavity at the far end after axially flowing through the main pump body, so that the double-head pump is more reliable to use.
In the embodiment, the main pump body 1 is a cylindrical structure which is hollow inside and horizontally arranged, the cross section of the main pump body 1 is in a shape of a linear major arc arch at the top, so that the height of the main pump body 1 is reduced as much as possible, the overall height of the double-head pump is reduced, the internal space of the washing machine box body is fully utilized, and the internal space of the washing machine box body is fully utilized to increase the washing capacity; meanwhile, the arrangement of the components on the base of the washing machine can be reasonably designed, the height of each component on the base can not exceed the height of the double-head pump, and the installation height of a washing drum of the washing machine is reduced, so that the purpose of reducing the height and the size of the whole machine of the washing machine after the double-head pump with reduced height is installed is achieved; simultaneously, can also set up the top surface of the main pump body 1 into corresponding plane to make the washing machine crossbeam of the main pump body 1 laminating top install, so that the mounting means of double-end pump is diversified, the installation is also more firm.
In the embodiment, the drain pipe 3 and the circulating pump cavity 8 are both arranged at the top of the main pump body 1, and the axes of the drain pipe 3 and the circulating pump installing joint 14 are arranged in the same vertical plane in parallel, so that the circulating pump 6 and the drain pipe 3 are both arranged above the double-head pump, the axial size of the double-head pump is reduced, and the horizontal size occupied by the double-head pump is further reduced; simultaneously, inlet tube 2 and circulating water outlet pipe 4 set up respectively in the relative both sides of the 1 axis of the main pump body, and extend along the horizontal direction to make inlet tube 2 and circulating water outlet pipe 4 of double-end pump be connected with the water pipe that extends to opposite direction respectively, in order to avoid the double-end pump to connect the emergence of the intercrossing condition of water pipe, and then reduced the installation degree of difficulty of double-end pump.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the connection port between the water inlet pipe 2 and the main pump body 1 is disposed near the lower portion of the main pump body 1, so that the water inlet pipe 2 is communicated with the bottom of the main pump body 1, the inlet water flows near the bottom of the main pump body as much as possible, the drainage water flow overflowing to the upper portion of the filter element 9 in the main pump body 1 is reduced, the stability of the drainage water flow of the double-head pump is further improved, and the accumulation of the water flow in the double-head pump is reduced.
Further preferably, in this embodiment, the water inlet pipe 2 and the circulation pump cavity 8 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the water inlet pipe 2 is arranged in a direction away from the drainage pump cavity 7 relative to the circulation pump cavity 8, so that the inlet water flowing into the main pump body 1 through the water inlet pipe 2 directly flows into the circulation pump cavity 8 after being filtered by the filter element 9, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the disorder spreading of the water flow in the main pump body 1 and improving the flowing stability of the circulation water flow.
In the embodiment, a side wall of the main pump body 1 is arranged between the circulating pump cavity 8 and the main pump body 1 at intervals, a circulating water outlet 11 is arranged on the side wall of the main pump body 1, and the circulating pump cavity 8 is communicated with the main pump body 1 through the circulating water outlet 11; a water baffle 12 is arranged between the drainage pump cavity 7 and the main pump body 1 at intervals, a water outlet 10 is arranged on the water baffle 12, and the drainage pump cavity 7 and the main pump body 1 are communicated with each other through the water outlet 10; preferably, the to-be-filtered cavity 17 and the filtered cavity 18 in the main pump body 1 communicate the water outlet 10 with the water discharge pump cavity 7, and the filter screen 9 is provided with a return flow channel, so that the unfiltered circulating water in the to-be-filtered cavity and the water discharge pump cavity 7 flows into the filtered cavity after being filtered by the return flow channel, and the purpose of filtering the circulating water in all aspects is achieved.
In this embodiment, the water outlet 10 is arranged to intersect with the axis of the main pump body 1; preferably, the axis of the water outlet 10 is arranged on the upper part of the axis of the main pump body 1 and is positioned in the same vertical plane, so that the water outlet 10 and the axis of the main pump body 1 are eccentrically arranged, the direction of water flow in the main pump body is changed, the flow rate of the water flow is reduced, and the filtering efficiency of the filter element in the main pump body on the water flow is improved.
In this embodiment, the circulating water outlets 11 are arranged in a staggered manner with the axis of the circulating pump cavity 8; preferably, the axis of the circulating water outlet 11 is arranged between the axis of the circulating pump cavity 8 and the circulating water outlet pipe 4, and the circulating water outlet 11 is arranged close to one side of the circulating water outlet pipe 4, so that the water supply efficiency of the circulating pump is improved, and the flowing stability and smoothness of circulating water are improved.
In the embodiment, the cross section of the drainage pump cavity 7 is in the shape of a circular arc with the top part upwards protruding in a smooth circular arc, and the upper part of the drainage pump cavity 7 exceeds the top surface of the main pump body 1; preferably, the junction of the horizontal top surface of the main pump body 1 and the drainage pump cavity 7 is provided with at least one reinforcing rib 16, the reinforcing rib 16 is a vertically arranged triangle, and two side edges of the triangular reinforcing rib 16 are respectively correspondingly attached and connected with the main pump body 1 and the drainage pump cavity 7, so as to improve the structural strength of the junction of the main pump body and the drainage pump cavity. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the overall structural strength of the double-head pump, at least one side of the main pump body 1 of the double-head pump is respectively provided with a reinforcing rib 16, the reinforcing ribs 16 are arranged in parallel with the axis of the main pump body 1, and the reinforcing ribs 16 extend from one end of the main pump body 1 to the other end; preferably, a reinforcing rib 16 is further provided on the side of the main pump body 1 where the water inlet pipe 2 is provided, the reinforcing rib 16 is horizontally provided and extends from the drain pump chamber 16 up to the water inlet pipe 2, and the side of the reinforcing rib 16 does not protrude from the periphery of the drain pump chamber 16, so that the structural strength of the double head pump is enhanced without increasing the size of the double head pump.
In the embodiment, the circulating pump mounting joint 14 protrudes upwards from the top of the circulating pump cavity 8, the upper end of the circulating pump mounting joint 14 is bent outwards and horizontally into a horizontal annular mounting part, and the mounting part is provided with a plurality of positioning holes and screw holes which are arranged in a staggered manner so as to fix the circulating pump 6; the drain pump erection joint 15 outwards protrudes from the end part of the drain pump cavity 7 along the axis direction of the main pump body 1, the outer end part of the drain pump erection joint 15 is outwards vertically bent into a vertical circular installation part, and a plurality of positioning holes and screw holes which are arranged in a staggered mode are formed in the installation part so as to fixedly install the drain pump 5.

In the embodiment, one end of the main pump body 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 2 which extends outwards and horizontally in the radial direction, and is also provided with a filter element mounting joint 13 for mounting the filter element 9, and the filter element mounting joint 13 extends outwards in a protruding manner along the axial direction of the main pump body; preferably, the inner wall of the cartridge mounting head 13 is provided with internal threads that engage a mounting cap on the end of the cartridge 9.
In this embodiment, the side walls of the circulating pump cavity 8 on both sides of the circulating water outlet pipe 4 are inclined planes arranged obliquely to guide the water in the circulating pump cavity 8 to flow towards the circulating water outlet pipe; the side walls of the drain pump chamber 7 on both sides of the drain pipe 3 are inclined planes which are obliquely arranged so as to guide the water in the drain pump chamber 7 to flow towards the drain pipe 3.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 and 7 to 12, the present embodiment describes a filter cartridge for a dual head pump including a circulation pump chamber 8 in which a circulation pump 6 is installed, and a drain pump chamber 7 in which a drain pump 5 is installed; the filter element 9 comprises a support, one end of the support is provided with a first filter structure for filtering water flow flowing into the drainage pump cavity 7, and the support is also provided with a second filter structure for filtering water flow flowing into the circulating pump cavity 8.
By arranging the filter element, the double-head pump is respectively filtered when a circulating pump and a draining pump are used, so that the purposes that the inlet water flow is respectively filtered correspondingly and with different requirements and then flows into the corresponding cavity and flows out are realized, and the phenomenon that foreign matters in the water flow into the pump cavity to damage the draining pump or the circulating pump is avoided; meanwhile, the washing water of the washing machine can be cleaned and filtered through the filter element, and the dirt in the washing water is removed and then flows back to the washing machine, so that the purposes of filtering the washing water and recycling the washing water through the double-head pump are achieved.
In this embodiment, the support comprises two support beams 22 arranged in parallel and spaced apart, one ends of the two support beams 22 are arranged oppositely and connected by a support plate 26, and the other ends are arranged oppositely and connected by a mounting cover 21 to form a square frame. In this embodiment, the middle portions of the two supporting beams 22 are connected through a fixing rib 27, a first filtering structure is installed on the support between the fixing rib 27 and the supporting plate 26, and a second filtering structure is installed on the support between the fixing rib 27 and the mounting cover 21.
Through the arrangement, one end of the filter element is provided with the support plate, and the support plate is provided with the first filtering structure so as to filter the inlet water of the drainage pump cavity arranged along the axis direction of the filter element; simultaneously, set up the second filtration that extends along the axis on the filter core to the circulating pump chamber's of installing to the radial direction of eye filter core intaking filters, and then has reached the filter core and has carried out filterable purpose respectively to the intaking of two pump chambers of equidirectional not.
In this embodiment, two ends of the supporting plate 26 are respectively connected to the supporting beams 22, the middle of the supporting plate 26 is provided with a filtering ring 24 protruding and extending towards the inside of the bracket, and the filtering ring 24 is hollow so as to connect two sides of the supporting plate 26; the filter ring 24 is provided with a filter column 25, the periphery of the filter column 25 and the inner wall of the filter ring 24 are spaced by a certain gap, one end of the filter column 25 extends into the filter ring 24, and the other end is fixedly connected with the supporting beam 22 to form a first filter structure.
In this embodiment, the filtering ring 24 is a conical structure, a large opening of the conical structure is disposed on one side of the supporting plate 26, and a small opening end of the conical structure is disposed in the middle of the bracket; the axis of the filter ring 24 is parallel to the supporting beam 22; preferably, the axis of the filter ring 24 is equidistant from the two support beams 22.
In this embodiment, the filtering column 25 extends along the axial direction of the filtering ring 24, one end of the filtering column 25 extends into the filtering ring 24, the other end of the filtering column 25 is connected and fixed with the fixing rib 27, the fixing rib 27 extends horizontally, and two ends of the fixing rib 27 are respectively and fixedly connected with the corresponding side supporting beams 22.
Through setting up above-mentioned first filtration to make rivers pass the backup pad through straining the clearance between ring and the filter column, make the foreign matter of wrapping up in the rivers and hold back by the clearance with thread scraps etc. of pressing from both sides, avoided the emergence of the inflow drainage pump chamber condition such as foreign matter, thread scraps in the drainage rivers.
In this embodiment, a filter screen 23 is laid between the two supporting beams 22, and a plurality of filter holes are distributed on the filter screen 23; one end of the filter screen 23 is hermetically connected with the mounting cover 21, and a certain gap is formed between the other end of the filter screen 23 and the support plate 26 for mounting the filter ring 24 and the filter column 25, so that the filter screen forms a second filter structure of the filter element 9. Preferably, the middle parts of the two supporting beams 22 are connected through a fixing rib 27, and the filter screen 23 is laid between the fixing rib 27 and the mounting cover 21 and hermetically connected with the supporting beams 22, the mounting cover 21 and the fixing rib 27 on both sides.
Through setting up the second filtration that above-mentioned filter screen constitutes to make rivers filter the back through the filtration pore on the filter screen, make impurity, thread bits and filth etc. in the rivers held back by the filter screen, realized the purpose to rivers purification filtration treatment of intaking.
In this embodiment, one side of the filter screen 23 is provided with a plurality of vertical water guiding ribs 28, each water guiding rib 28 is arranged at one end close to the fixing rib 27, and the water guiding ribs 28 are spaced at intervals by a certain gap; one end of each water guiding rib 28 is separated from the supporting beam 22 by a certain gap to form a water guiding opening, and the water guiding openings of the water guiding ribs 28 are arranged in a staggered manner to form a bent flow passage to form a reverse flow passage so as to filter and remove thread scraps in water flowing through the structure; preferably, the filter screen 23 between the adjacent water guiding ribs 28 is provided with filter holes, so that the stored water retained between the adjacent water guiding ribs flows back to the other side of the filter screen, and the purpose of further improving the filtering efficiency is achieved.
In this embodiment, the water guiding ribs 28 are respectively disposed in different vertical planes perpendicular to the supporting beam 22; the end of the water guiding rib 28 forming the water guiding opening is provided with a bent chamfer 29 to guide and/or block the flow of water flow; preferably, the chamfers 29 arranged on the water guiding ribs 28 close to the supporting and fixing ribs 27 are bent towards the direction far away from the supporting plate 26, the chamfers 29 arranged on the other water guiding ribs 28 are bent towards the direction close to the supporting plate 26, and all the chamfers 29 are respectively arranged perpendicular to the corresponding water guiding ribs 28. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the smoothness of the water flow, the height of the fixing rib 27 is lower than that of the water guide ribs 28, so that the water flow can cross over the fixing rib 27 to enter a return flow channel formed by the water guide ribs 28, and the purpose of comprehensively filtering the circulating water flow is achieved.
The end parts of the water guide ribs are respectively provided with the chamfers bent towards different directions, so that the water flowing through the water guide port is blocked, the flowing direction of the water flowing is changed, the water flowing is reserved between the adjacent water guide ribs and flows back to the other side of the filter screen through the filter holes, the interception of the water flowing at the end parts of the filter screen is realized, the phenomenon that the washing water flowing at the end parts of the filter screen enters the other side of the filter screen is avoided, and the filtering effect of the filter screen is improved.
In this embodiment, the mounting cover 21 includes an inner cover and an outer cover which are rotatably connected with each other around a shaft, the inner cover is fixedly connected with the two supporting beams 22, an external thread which is connected with the double-headed pump body in a threaded engagement manner is provided on the outer periphery of the outer cover, and the inner cover is fixedly mounted on the double-headed pump through the outer cover. The mounting mode can be as follows: the inner cover and the outer cover can be hinged around the center, so that the filter element support provided with the first filter structure and the second filter structure can rotate around the axis direction relative to the double-head pump shell, when the filter element is in threaded engagement with the double-head pump shell, the positions of the support provided with the first filter structure and the second filter structure in the double-head pump shell are relatively fixed, and the filter element mounting position in the double-head pump shell is kept in a unique mode without change after the filter element 9 and the double-head pump shell are fixedly mounted (not shown in the attached drawings).
Or, the mounting cover 21 is provided with two mutually independent inner covers and outer covers, the inner covers are fixedly connected with the two supporting beams 22 and inserted into the main pump body 1 of the double-head pump, and are fixed with the inner wall of the main pump body 1 in a limiting manner through the supporting plate 26, so that the mounting direction of the inserted filter element 9 is unique; meanwhile, the outer cover is engaged and fixed with the corresponding thread of the filter element installation joint 13 on the main pump body 1, and the inner wall of the outer cover is correspondingly attached to the inner cover, so that the axial direction of the valve core 9 is fixed, and the purpose of fixedly installing the filter element 9 into the double-head pump shell can be realized.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 26 is in the shape of a circular arc with a straight top surface, so as to be correspondingly attached to the inner wall of the main pump body 1 of the double-head pump, so that the supporting plate 26 is limited to the inner wall of the main pump body 1, and the first filtering structure and the second filtering structure are prevented from rotating and moving when the mounting cover 21 of the filter element 9 is rotatably mounted. In this embodiment, the plane on which the filter screen 23 is located and the arc-shaped straight line of the major arc are staggered by a certain angle, so that the filter screen 23 is installed in the main pump body 1 of the double-head pump, and then separates the circulating pump cavity 8 and the water inlet pipe 2 into different chambers, thereby achieving the purpose of filtering the circulating water and then flowing out.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment describes a double-head pump, which includes a cylindrical main pump body 1, the main pump body 1 is connected to a water inlet pipe 2, and the main pump body 1 is provided with a circulating pump cavity 8 for installing a circulating pump 6, so as to guide the inlet water flowing into the main pump body 1 to a circulating water outlet pipe 4 for flowing out for recycling; the main pump body 1 is also provided with a drainage pump cavity 7 for installing a drainage pump 5 so as to guide the inlet water flowing into the main pump body 1 to the drainage pipe 3 for discharging; the main pump body 1 is horizontally arranged, and the top of the main pump body 1 is a horizontal plane.
In this embodiment, the main pump body 1 is a horizontally arranged columnar structure, and the cross section of the main pump body 1 is a linear arc with a circular arc shape at the top, so that the purpose of reducing the overall height of the main pump body is achieved on the premise of expanding the internal space of the main pump body as much as possible, and the internal space of the washing machine is fully utilized, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the washing capacity of the washing machine. Preferably, the transverse cross section of the main pump body is in a shape of a major arc with the top part being a horizontal straight line, so that the height of the double-head pump is further reduced.
In this embodiment, the outer surface of the main pump body 1 is smoothly arranged, the side wall of the main pump body 1 is provided with at least one reinforcing rib 16 which protrudes outwards and extends in the direction parallel to the axis of the main pump body 1, and the reinforcing ribs 16 are arranged at the two ends of the main pump body 1 to extend the length of the reinforcing ribs 16 as much as possible, so that the strength of the main pump body is increased; the height of the protruding end of the reinforcing rib 16 is lower than the height of the horizontal plane at the top of the main pump body 1. Preferably, the reinforcing ribs 16 are disposed on the left side and/or the right side of the main pump body, so that the reinforcing ribs 16 are disposed along a horizontal plane to prevent the reinforcing ribs from exceeding the top surface of the main pump body, thereby preventing the reinforcing ribs from increasing the height of the main pump body.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment describes a double-head pump, which includes a main pump body 1 in a cylindrical shape, one end of the main pump body 1 is connected with a water inlet pipe 2, the other end of the main pump body 1 is provided with a water baffle 12, the water baffle 12 is provided with a water outlet 10 communicated with a water discharge pump cavity 7, the water outlet 10 is a circular through hole, and the water outlet 10 and the axis of the main pump body 1 are arranged in an eccentric manner in a staggered manner.
The water outlet and the axis of the main pump body are arranged in an interlaced eccentric manner, so that the flow direction of water in the main pump body is deflected to the water baffle plate, the flow speed of the water is reduced, the retention time of the water in the main pump body is prolonged, and the filtering efficiency of the water is improved; meanwhile, the water outlet is arranged at the upper part of the axis of the main pump body, so that the drainage water flow is directly driven by the drainage pump to flow upwards to the drainage pipe at the top of the drainage cavity and is discharged outwards, and the flow efficiency of the driving water flow of the drainage pump is improved.
In this embodiment, the water discharge port 10 is disposed directly above the axis of the main pump body 1; preferably, the circle center of the circular water discharge opening 10 is arranged vertically above the horizontal circle center axis of the major arc arched main pump body 1.
In this embodiment, two opposite ends of the main pump body 1 are a first end and a second end respectively; a water inlet pipe 2 which protrudes and extends outwards in the radial direction is arranged at the first end of the main pump body 1, a drainage pump cavity 7 which protrudes outwards along the axis is arranged at the second end of the main pump body 1, the drainage pump cavity 7 and the main pump body 1 are separated by a water baffle 12, and a water outlet 10 which communicates the main pump body 1 and the drainage pump cavity 7 is arranged on the water baffle 12; the top of the drainage pump cavity 7 is provided with a drainage pipe 3 which protrudes vertically upwards, and the drainage pump cavity 7 is communicated with the outside through the drainage pipe 3; the drain pump 3 is mounted on the drain pump chamber 7 in the axial direction of the main pump body 1.
In this embodiment, the side wall of the drain pump cavity 7 is inclined from bottom to top toward the communication position of the drain pipe 3 gradually to guide the water flow direction in the drain pump cavity 7, so that the water in the cavity is gathered and flows toward the drain pipe, and the driving efficiency of the drain pump 5 is further improved.
In the embodiment, a circulating pump cavity 8 protruding upwards is arranged at the top part close to the first end of the main pump body 1, and a circulating water outlet pipe 4 protruding towards one side of the main pump body in the horizontal direction is arranged at one side of the circulating pump cavity 8; the circulating pump 6 is vertically installed above the main pump body 1 along the axis direction of the circulating pump cavity 8. Through installing the circulating pump to the main pump body top to with the vertical setting of circulating pump, so that the axis direction length of double-end pump obtains reducing, and then makes the whole occupation space of double-end pump obtain reducing, make the double-end pump install to washing machine on the back, do not occupy too much washing machine inner space.
In this embodiment, the top of the main pump body 1 between the circulation pump chamber 8 and the drain pump chamber 7 is a horizontal plane, and the height of the horizontal plane is lower than the filter cartridge installation joint 13 at the end of the main pump body 1.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, in the present embodiment, a washing machine is described, a water containing drum 200 is disposed in a casing of the washing machine, and a washing component for stirring and washing laundry is disposed in the water containing drum 200; the washing machine is provided with the double-head pump 100 of any one of the first to fifth embodiments, and the double-head pump is arranged below the water containing cylinder 200 and fixedly arranged on a base of the washing machine.

When the washing machine executes the drainage program, the drainage pump 5 is started to work, the circulating pump 6 stops working, and the specific water paths flow as follows:
the washing water in the water containing barrel 200 of the washing machine flows out through the water outlet and flows to the water inlet pipe 2 of the double-head pump 100 through the water outlet pipe 500, the water flowing into the main pump body 1 of the double-head pump is filtered by thread scraps, foreign matters and the like through the first filtering structure and then flows to the drainage pump cavity 7, and the drainage pump 5 drives the water to flow to the outside of the washing machine through the drainage pipe 3 and the drainage pipe 700 in sequence so as to realize water flow discharge.

The main pump body of the double-head pump is set to be of a special-shaped structure horizontally arranged at the top, so that the overall height of the double-head pump is reduced, the distance between the double-head pump and the water containing barrel of the washing machine and the counterweight is increased after the double-head pump is installed, the internal space of the washing machine is fully utilized, and the purpose of increasing the washing capacity of the washing machine is achieved. Simultaneously, because the top of double-end pump sets up to the plane, make the clearance increase between double-end pump and the flourishing water drum, can make the vertical upward installation of pump head of double-end pump to make arranging of washing machine inner space more compact and reasonable, increased the variety that the double-end pump set up.

In this embodiment, the lower reinforcement 400 of the washing machine base is made of a horizontally disposed plate, the main pump body 1 of the dual-head pump 100 is disposed above the lower reinforcement 400 on the corresponding side, and the rear end of the main pump body 1 is placed above the lower reinforcement 400 through at least one cushion rubber pad 30, so that the rear end of the dual-head pump 100 is supported and fixed with the washing machine base; preferably, the bottom of the rear end of the main pump body 1 is provided with a mounting part 31 protruding downwards, at least one cushion rubber pad 30 is mounted on the mounting part 31, the cushion rubber pad 30 is horizontally arranged in a cylindrical shape, and the lower part of the cylindrical shape exceeds the lower surface of the double-head pump 100, so that the built double-head pump 100 is in limited supporting contact with the lower side reinforcement member 400 through the cushion rubber pad 30; further preferably, the upper surface of the lower reinforcement member 400 is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to the cushion rubber pad 30 to limit the front-back sliding of the cushion rubber pad 30, thereby realizing the positioning function.
Through the arrangement, the front end and the rear end of the double-head pump are fixedly installed on the base of the washing machine respectively, and the purpose of quick and stable assembly and fixation of the double-head pump is achieved.

Through the arrangement, the arrangement mode of the installation joints of the double-head pump of the washing machine is diversified, and meanwhile, vibration interference is not generated between the double-head pump and the water containing barrel of the washing machine, so that the running stability of the washing machine is guaranteed.

the circulating pump cavity is arranged on the main pump body, the main pump body is provided with a circulating water outlet, the circulating pump cavity is communicated with the main pump body through the circulating water outlet, the circulating water outlet and the axis of the circulating pump cavity are arranged in an eccentric mode in a staggered mode, the axis of the circulating water outlet is arranged between the axis of the circulating pump cavity and a circulating water outlet pipe, and the circulating water outlet is arranged close to one side of the circulating water outlet pipe;
and/or a water baffle is arranged between the drainage pump cavity and the main pump body at a distance, a water outlet is arranged on the water baffle and communicates the drainage pump cavity and the main pump body, the water outlet and the axis of the main pump body are arranged in an staggered and eccentric manner, and the axis of the water outlet is arranged at the upper part of the axis of the main pump body and is positioned in the same vertical plane.

A double-ended pump housing structure according to claim 2, wherein: the drain pipe and the circulating pump cavity are both arranged at the top of the main pump body, and the drain pipe and the axis of the circulating pump mounting joint are arranged in the same vertical plane in parallel; the water inlet pipe and the circulating water outlet pipe are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the main pump axis and extend along the horizontal direction.
