The invention discloses a remote single prop liquid injection gun which comprises a bracket operation valve group, a remote liquid injection gun body and a remote liquid injection gun head, wherein the remote liquid injection gun body is connected with the bracket operation valve group through a remote liquid delivery pipe, and the remote liquid injection gun head is connected with the remote liquid injection gun body through the remote liquid injection pipe; the two ends of the remote infusion tube are respectively connected with the remote liquid injection gun body and the support operation valve group through U-shaped clamp locks, and the two ends of the remote liquid injection tube are respectively connected with the remote liquid injection gun body and the remote liquid injection gun head through U-shaped clamp locks. The invention provides a remote single prop liquid injection gun which can perform remote liquid injection operation when a single prop is supported.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquid injection gun products, in particular to a remote single prop liquid injection gun.
Background
When the working face top plate of the underground coal mine mining working face is broken, a single prop needs to be supported; when the single prop is supported, the single prop adjusting reverse frame, the single prop adjusting end head support, the single prop auxiliary reverse-moving scraper conveyor, the reversed loader and the like are required to be used, and in addition, long-distance liquid injection is required. The single prop liquid injection gun in the prior art has the problems of inconvenient operation, complex procedures and large potential safety hazard; in addition, the traditional single prop liquid injection gun needs to be bound with a gun body by using an iron wire or a rope, liquid is injected by matching with an operation valve, the system is complex, the iron wire or the rope is easy to fall off, and the stability is poor. Therefore, a novel remote single prop liquid injection gun is needed to be designed so as to overcome the defects.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a remote single prop liquid injection gun which can perform remote liquid injection operation when a single prop is supported.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the remote single prop liquid injection gun comprises a bracket operation valve group, a remote liquid injection gun body and a remote liquid injection gun head, wherein the remote liquid injection gun body is connected with the bracket operation valve group through a remote liquid delivery pipe, and the remote liquid injection gun head is connected with the remote liquid injection gun body through the remote liquid injection pipe; the two ends of the remote infusion tube are respectively connected with the remote liquid injection gun body and the support operation valve group through U-shaped clamp locks, and the two ends of the remote liquid injection tube are respectively connected with the remote liquid injection gun body and the remote liquid injection gun head through U-shaped clamp locks.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the remote liquid injection gun head comprises a gun head insertion pipe, a sealing stop block and an installation clamping plate, and the remote liquid injection gun body comprises a gun body and a liquid injection operation valve rod.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the remote liquid injection gun further comprises a pneumatic connecting pipeline, wherein the pneumatic connecting pipeline comprises an air supply pipe extending from the support operation valve group to the remote liquid injection gun head and a feedback pipe extending from the remote liquid injection gun head to the support operation valve group through the remote liquid injection gun body, the feedback pipe is provided with a three-way joint at the remote liquid injection gun body, and the feedback pipe is provided with a first control valve at the remote liquid injection gun head.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, two ends of the three-way joint are connected with the feedback pipe, and a third joint of the three-way joint is provided with a first pneumatic horn; the feedback pipe is provided with a second pneumatic horn at the bracket operation valve group, and the feedback pipe is provided with a second control valve between the three-way joint and the second pneumatic horn.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the first pneumatic horn and the second pneumatic horn are provided with the ribbon.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the remote single prop liquid injection gun provided by the invention can improve the operation safety and stability, simplify a liquid injection system, and lock each connecting part by using a U-shaped clamp, thereby improving the stability; the damaged liquid injection gun can be fully utilized, the damaged liquid injection gun head is cut off, and the 10# outer straight-through is welded to manufacture the long-distance liquid injection gun head; the liquid injection gun adopts a modularized structure, and when one of the gun body and the gun head is damaged, the other can be used continuously; the gun head has wide application range and strong reliability, and the remote liquid supply can be realized by only using the gun head to cooperate with the hydraulic support to operate the valve under the condition that the gun body is damaged.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the remote single prop liquid injection gun comprises a bracket operation valve group 1, a remote liquid injection gun body and a remote liquid injection gun head, wherein the remote liquid injection gun body is connected with the bracket operation valve group 1 through a remote liquid injection pipe, and the remote liquid injection gun head is connected with the remote liquid injection gun body through the remote liquid injection pipe; the remote infusion tube is characterized in that two ends of the remote infusion tube are respectively connected with the remote infusion gun body and the support operation valve group 1 through U-shaped clamp locks, and two ends of the remote infusion tube are respectively connected with the remote infusion gun body and the remote infusion gun head through U-shaped clamp locks. The remote liquid injection gun head comprises a gun head cannula 31, a sealing stop block 32 and a mounting clamping plate 33, and the remote liquid injection gun body comprises a gun body 21 and a liquid injection operation valve rod 22. The remote liquid injection gun head comprises a remote liquid injection gun head, and is characterized by further comprising a pneumatic communication pipeline, wherein the pneumatic communication pipeline comprises an air supply pipe 4 extending from the position of the remote liquid injection gun head to the position of the remote liquid injection gun head and a feedback pipe 5 extending from the position of the remote liquid injection gun body to the position of the remote liquid injection gun head, the feedback pipe 5 is provided with a three-way joint 51 at the position of the remote liquid injection gun body, and the feedback pipe 5 is provided with a first control valve 54 at the position of the remote liquid injection gun head. Two ends of the three-way joint 51 are connected with the feedback pipe 5, and a third joint of the three-way joint 51 is provided with a first pneumatic horn 52; the feedback pipe 5 is provided with a second air horn 53 at the bracket operation valve group 1, and the feedback pipe 5 is provided with a second control valve 55 between the three-way joint 51 and the second air horn 53. The first air horn 52 and the second air horn 53 are provided with a streamer.
When the remote liquid injection gun head needs to operate, the first control valve 54 is opened, compressed air is supplied to the first pneumatic horn 52 through the air supply pipe 4 and the feedback pipe 5 to send out a sound signal, and meanwhile, the ribbon on the first pneumatic horn 52 is blown to form a visual signal; the operator at the remote liquid injection gun body starts the liquid injection gun and opens the second control valve 55, so that the second pneumatic horn 53 and the ribbon thereon send out signals, and the operator at the operation position of the bracket operating valve group 1 opens a liquid supply valve; when the remote liquid injection gun head needs to stop liquid injection, the first control valve 54 is closed, and the bracket operating valve group 1 and an operator at the remote liquid injection gun body can receive corresponding signals.
