The washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: rear outer barrel 1, bearing frame 4, motor element 2 and deep bead subassembly 3.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the rear outer tub 1 has a central through hole and a plurality of grooves 11 disposed around the central through hole. In other words, the bottom wall of the rear outer tub 1 has a central through hole and a plurality of grooves 11, and the plurality of grooves 11 may be disposed around the central through hole. The central through hole may be used for mounting the bearing housing 4.

A gap along the axial direction of the rear outer tub 1 is formed between the motor stator 21 and the rear outer tub 1. That is, the motor stator 21 is spaced from the rear tub 1 in the axial direction of the rear tub 1, forming an axial gap.
According to the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the wind shield assembly 3 is arranged on the rear outer barrel 1, and the wind shield assembly 3 shields the plurality of grooves 11, so that wind generated by the motor rotor of the motor assembly 2 in the operation process is not easy to blow into the grooves 11 to generate wind noise, and the wind noise can be reduced.
According to the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the wind deflector assembly 3 includes the wind deflector 31, and the wind deflector 31 has a ring shape, so that the wind deflector 31 has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. The wind shield 31 is coaxial with the motor stator 21, so that the assembly of the motor assembly 2, the wind shield 31 and the rear outer barrel 1 is convenient.
Of course, the wind deflector 31 may also have a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle, a hexagon, or the like. The specific shape of the wind deflector 31 can be adapted according to actual needs.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the outer peripheral edge of the wind deflector 31 is formed with a plurality of screw holes 311 arranged at intervals. In other words, the outer peripheral edge of the windshield 31 is formed with a plurality of screw holes 311 (e.g., three, five, etc.), and the plurality of screw holes 311 may be arranged at intervals along the outer peripheral edge of the windshield 31. The wind guard 31 is screwed to the rear outer tub 1. Therefore, the reliable connection between the wind shield assembly 3 and the rear outer barrel 1 is easy to realize, and the disassembly and the maintenance are convenient.
Of course, the wind guard 31 and the rear outer tub 1 may be connected by welding, bonding or clamping.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3, the inner circumferential edge of the wind deflector 31 is formed with a plurality of relief grooves 312 arranged at intervals. That is, a plurality of the relief grooves 312 (e.g., six, etc.) are formed at the inner peripheral edge of the windshield 31, and the plurality of relief grooves 312 may be arranged at intervals at the inner peripheral edge of the windshield 31. Therefore, an avoiding space can be provided for the installation of the motor assembly 2 through the plurality of avoiding grooves 312, and the reliable connection between the wind shield assembly 3 and the motor assembly 2 is further convenient to realize.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the wind deflector 31 may have a plate shape, and the relief groove 312 is an arc-shaped groove recessed outward from the inner side of the wind deflector 31. Therefore, stress concentration can be reduced, the strength of the wind deflector 31 can be ensured, and the use reliability of the wind deflector 31 can be improved.
Optionally, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the wind deflector assembly 3 further comprises: the wire harness fixing device 32 is arranged on the wind shield 31, the wire harness fixing device 32 comprises an extension plate extending out of the outer peripheral edge of the wind shield 31 along the radial direction of the wind shield 31, and a buckle 321 used for fixing the wire harness is formed on the extension plate. That is, the wire harness fixing device 32 includes an extension plate, the extension plate may protrude from the outer circumferential edge of the wind deflector 31 in the radial direction of the wind deflector 31, a catch 321 is formed on the extension plate, and the catch 321 may be used to fix the wire harness. The wire harness here may be a connection wire or the like of the motor assembly 2. From this, through design buckle 321, can fix the wire that motor stator 21 draws in buckle 321, need not to beat screw or wire and prick fixedly, make things convenient for production line staff's operation.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the catch 321 includes: a connecting column 3211 and a hook 3212, wherein the connecting column 3211 is connected to the extension plate, and the connecting column 3211 may be perpendicular to the extension plate; the hook portion 3212 is connected to a free end of the connecting post 3211, and the hook portion 3212 is arc-shaped with an opening facing the extension plate. Therefore, the wire harness can be limited to a certain extent through the hook portion 3212, and the wire harness can be fixed.
Further, in conjunction with fig. 2, the catches 321 include two oppositely disposed and spaced apart, and the hooks 3212 each extend toward the inner sides of the two catches 321. In other words, the catch 321 includes two, and the two catches 321 are oppositely arranged and spaced apart, and the hooks 3212 each extend toward the inner sides of the two catches 321. Therefore, through the matching of the two buckles 321, a matching groove can be formed between the two buckles 321, and the wiring harness can pass through the matching groove to be fixed on the buckles 321, so that the wiring harness can be better limited and is convenient to operate.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, a reinforcing rib 322 is connected between the connecting post 3211 and the extension plate. The reinforcing ribs 322 are beneficial to improving the strength of the wire harness fixing device 32 and improving the use reliability of the wind deflector assembly 3.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, a plurality of positioning ribs 323 (e.g., three, four, etc.) are disposed on the extension plate at intervals, and a positioning groove 3231 corresponding to one hook 3212 is defined between two adjacent positioning ribs 323. That is, the extending plate is provided with a plurality of positioning ribs 323, the plurality of positioning ribs 323 are arranged at intervals, and a positioning groove 3231 may be defined between two adjacent positioning ribs 323, and one positioning groove 3231 corresponds to one hook 3212.
