Abstract

本发明公开了一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统,包括整流器、逆变器、多对发射线圈、串联总线、多对车载接受线圈、车载整流器、车载电池和随载开关。整流器和逆变器将市电转化为高频电,高频电通向串联的各个发射线圈,每一个串联的发射线圈都能和车载接受线圈谐振将高频电传输到车载整流器中,整流后给车载电池充电。即通过一个充电桩中的多个串联发射线圈同时给多个汽车充电。在电充满后随载开关将车载接受线圈断开,充电完成。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一对多无线充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无 线充电系统。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的无线充电系统采用的是一对一充电,即一个充电桩同时只能为一辆汽车充 电。如果要同时为多辆汽车充电,一对一系统需要多个充电粧,每一个充电桩多需要建立一 个独立的充电系统。
[0003] 这种充电方式会带来资源浪费、增加成本、增加占地面积、增大整个充电站的结构 复杂性、增大维护难度和成本等诸多问题。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种单源串联多发式 电动汽车无线充电系统。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
[0006] 一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统。其特征在于,包括一个整流器(1)、 一个逆变器(2)、多对发射线圈(3)、串联总线(4)、多对车载接受线圈(5)、多对车载电池
[6] 、多对随载开关(7)、多对车载整流器(8)。其中一个整流器将电网的电整流后通向全桥 逆变器转化为高频电;逆变器转化的高频电输出到串联的各个发射线圈;所述串联总线用 作串联各个发射线圈,每一个发射线圈独立地与车载接受线圈谐振将电能传输到车载接受 系统中,达到一个供电系统同时给多个车载充电系统充电;所述车载整流器用作将高频电 整流后给车载电池充电;所述随载开关连接车载接受线圈侧,在充满电之后将车载端断开。
[0007] 一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统的实现方法包括以下步骤:
[0008] (1)市电整流后通过逆变器转成高频电传输到发射线圈;
[0009] (2)多个发射线圈通过总线串联在电路中;
[0010] (3)每一个发射线圈独立地向车载接受线圈传输电能,串联的多个发射线圈可以 同时给多个车载充电系统充电;
[0011] ⑷车载接收线圈接受的高频电整流后给电池充电
[0012] (5)随载开关在车载电池充满电之后将接收端断开完成充电。
[0013] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
[0014] 1、市电在经过整流逆变后转为高频电通向串联的各线圈。多个发射线圈串联在一 个系统中,共用一个整流器与逆变器。每一个发射线圈独立地与车载接受线圈谐振将电能 传输到车载接受系统中,达到一个供电系统同时给多个车载充电系统充电。
[0015] 2、不同于以往需要建造多个充电粧,易于整个充电站的优化设计。
[0016] 3、降低了充电站的建造维护成本。

[0021]参照图1,一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统包括一个整流器1、一个逆 变器2、多对发射线圈3、串联总线4、多对车载接受线圈5、多对车载电池6、多对随载开关7、 多对车载整流器8。其中整流器1输入端连接电网将交流电转为直流电,其输出端连接到逆 变器2。逆变器2将直流电转为高频电。逆变器2连接到LCCL电路中进行滤波和补偿后将高频 电传输到总线4。总线将各个发射线圈3串联,高频电通向各个发射线圈3中。各发射线圈3独 立地和各车载接受线圈5谐振传输电能。接受线圈5侧连接上随载开关7,当车载电池6充满 电后随载开关7将副边断开停止充电。接受线圈5接受的高频电经过车载整流器8整流后转 为直流电给车载电池6充电。

1. 一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统。其特征f于,包括一个整流器(1)、一 个逆变器⑵、多对发射线圈(3)、串联总线⑷、多对车载接受线圈(5)、多对车载电池(6)、 多对随载开关(7)、多对车载整流器(8)。其中一个整流器将电网的电整流后通向全桥逆变 器转化为高频电;逆变器转化的高频电输出到串联的各个发射线圈;所述串联总线用作串 联各个发射线圈,每一个发射线圈独立地与车载接受线圈谐振将电能传输到车载接受系统 中,达到一个供电系统同时给多个车载充电系统充电;所述车载整流器用作将高频电整流 后给车载电池充电;所述随载开关连接车载接受线圈侧,在充满电之后将车载端断开。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单源串联多发式电动汽车无线充电系统。其特征在于,实 现方法步骤包括: (1)市电整流后通过逆变器转成高频电传输到发射线圈; ⑵多个发射线圈通过总线串联在电路中; (3)每一个发射线圈独立地向车载接受线圈传输电能,串联的多个发射线圈可以同时 给多个车载充电系统充电; ⑷车载接收线圈接受的高频电整流后给车载电池充电 ⑸随载开关在车载电池充满电之后将接收端断开完成充电。
