Abstract
The hydraulic four-wheel drive device is characterized in that the output end of a motor is connected with the input end of a duplex gear pump, one path of the duplex gear pump is connected with a hydraulic motor, the output end of the hydraulic motor is connected with the input end of a speed reducer through a first coupling, a front axle is connected with the output end of the speed reducer through a third coupling, and a rear axle is connected with the output end of the speed reducer through a second coupling, so that the aim of forward and backward movement of the whole vehicle is fulfilled; the other path of the duplex gear pump is connected with the input end of the steering cylinder, and the steering cylinder controls the steering of the whole vehicle through the steering pull rod. The invention can meet the requirements of high-power operation and lower walking speed. The load capacity and the dust resistance and the interference resistance of the whole vehicle are greatly enhanced. The device is suitable for occasions with short-distance reciprocating flexible task execution, heavy load and severe dust environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile driving device, in particular to a hydraulic four-wheel driving device.
Background
At present, the existing automobile driving device mostly adopts a two-wheel driving device, the driving power of the two-wheel driving device is small, and the requirement of high-power operation cannot be met; most of automobile driving systems are electric, pneumatic and oil-electricity mixed, the system load capacity is small, and the dust resistance and the interference resistance are weak.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a hydraulic four-wheel drive device which can meet the requirements of high-power operation and lower walking speed.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the motor output end is connected with the input end of the duplex gear pump, one path of the duplex gear pump is connected with the hydraulic motor, the output end of the hydraulic motor is connected with the input end of the speed reducer through the first coupler, the front axle is connected with the output end of the speed reducer through the third coupler, and the rear axle is connected with the output end of the speed reducer through the second coupler, so that the aim of advancing and retreating of the whole vehicle is fulfilled; the other path of the duplex gear pump is connected with the input end of the steering cylinder, and the steering cylinder controls the steering of the whole vehicle through the steering pull rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the load capacity and the dust resistance and the interference resistance of the whole vehicle are greatly enhanced. The device is suitable for occasions with short-distance reciprocating flexible task execution, heavy load and severe dust environment.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the output end of the motor 1 is connected with the input end of the duplex gear pump 8, the duplex gear pump 8 is connected with the hydraulic motor 6, the output end of the hydraulic motor 6 is connected with the input end of the speed reducer 2 through the first coupling 3, the front axle 4 is connected with the output end of the speed reducer 2 through the third coupling 7, the rear axle 9 is connected with the output end of the speed reducer 2 through the second coupling 5, the oil tank is suspended on the side car body, and the oil inlet and the oil outlet are connected with the duplex gear pump 8. The motive power adopts the motor 1 to drive the duplex gear pump 8, and one path of output of the duplex gear pump 8 is used as the whole vehicle driving: the motor 1 can be driven by three-phase 380V industrial electricity or an external diesel engine to generate a driving source, the driving source transmits power to the hydraulic motor 6 through the duplex gear pump 8, the speed and the torque are reduced and increased through the speed reducer 2, the torque is respectively transmitted to the front axle 4 and the rear axle 9, and the four-wheel drive is formed to achieve the purposes of forward and backward of the whole vehicle.
As shown in fig. 2, a speed reducer 2 is arranged on a chassis, a motor 1 is arranged at the rear side of the speed reducer 2, and a duplex gear pump 8 is arranged at one side of the motor 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, the motor power can be driven by three-phase 380V industrial electricity or an external diesel engine to generate a driving source, the driving source transmits power to a hydraulic motor through a duplex gear pump, then the speed and the torque are increased through a speed reducer, the other path of the duplex gear pump is connected with the input end of a steering cylinder 10, and the steering cylinder 10 controls the steering of the whole vehicle through a steering pull rod 11.

1. A hydraulic four-wheel drive device, characterized in that: the speed reducer (2) is arranged on the chassis, the motor (1) is arranged at the rear side of the speed reducer (2), and the duplex gear pump (8) is arranged at one side of the motor (1); the output end of the motor (1) is connected with the input end of the duplex gear pump (8), one path of the duplex gear pump (8) is connected with the hydraulic motor (6), the output end of the hydraulic motor (6) is connected with the input end of the speed reducer (2) through the first coupling (3), the front axle (4) is connected with the output end of the speed reducer (2) through the third coupling (7), and the rear axle (9) is connected with the output end of the speed reducer (2) through the second coupling (5), so that the aim of advancing and retreating of the whole vehicle is fulfilled; the other path of the duplex gear pump (8) is connected with a steering cylinder (10), and the steering cylinder (10) is connected with a steering pull rod (11) for controlling the steering of the whole vehicle; the motor power is driven by three-phase 380V industrial electricity or an external diesel engine to generate a driving source, the driving source transmits power to a hydraulic motor through a duplex gear pump, the speed and the torque are reduced and increased through a speed reducer, the other path of the duplex gear pump is connected with the input end of a steering cylinder, the steering cylinder controls the steering of the whole vehicle through a steering pull rod, and the requirements of high-power operation and lower walking speed are met.
