Abstract

本发明提供了一种钳式可控形子宫托,包括:托盘、钳柄、钳环和钳齿,所述钳柄的上端为托盘,其由两个半椭圆盘组成,钳柄下端为左、右钳环,钳环中间设有调节托盘大小的钳齿。本发明使用时将托盘连同下端的钳柄、钳环一并送入阴道内,将脱垂的子宫上托至阴道穹窿的位置,然后通过咬合钳齿来调节托盘大小。本发明操作简单,托盘大小可控,不易脱落,可用子宫脱垂的治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钳式可控形子宫托,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
子宫脱垂是妇科常见病,尤其是经历产钳及胎头吸引助娩的阴道分娩者或者从事重体力劳动的妇女,均易患有子宫脱垂。目前,子宫脱垂临床分为轻、中、重三度,轻、中度子宫脱垂可使用子宫脱来避免手术,而重度子宫脱垂大多需经手术治疗,但临床上,很多患者由于自身原因或身体处于特别的时期均无法实施手术,例如子宫脱垂的患者大多为老年妇女,合并多脏器疾病,全身状况欠佳,身体无法承受手术,以及妊娠期及生产后的妇女也不适合选择手术,故子宫脱在此种情况下是最佳选择。但目前临床使用的子宫脱大小固定、仅靠“吸盘”吸住组织,不但易脱落,还经常出现取出困难以及嵌顿等棘手情况。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的就是针对上述情况,解决现有子宫托大小不可控、易脱落、不易取出等问题,进而提供一种钳式可控形子宫托。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种钳式可控形子宫托,包括:托盘、钳柄、钳环和钳齿,所述钳柄的上端为托盘,其由两个半椭圆盘组成,钳柄下端为左、右钳环,钳环中间设有调节托盘大小的钳齿。
本发明所具有的优点:一种钳式可控形子宫托,托盘由两个半椭圆盘组成的椭圆形盘,比起以往的子宫圆环状托,增加了与子宫接触面积,故不易脱落,而且整体造型呈钳式像柱子一样上托圆盘,结构稳定,设有的锁式钳齿,不仅大小可控,且取出方便,不会出现目前临床所使用的圆环盘式子宫托“吸”紧子宫,造成取出困难,因而出现子宫感染、坏死等严重并发症。

附图是一种钳式可控形子宫托图,如附图所示:左、右半椭圆盘组成的托盘1、钳柄2、钳环3和钳齿4,所述钳柄2的上端为托盘1、下端为左、右钳环3,钳环中间设有调节托盘大小的钳齿4。本发明使用时手握钳环3将整个子宫脱一并送入阴道内,将宫颈位于椭圆盘的中央,上托子宫,使宫颈口的高低恢复到阴道穹隆的位置,然后通过咬合钳齿4调节托盘大小,实现托盘大小可控,不易脱落的目的。

1.一种钳式可控形子宫托,包括:托盘、钳柄、钳环和钳齿,所述钳柄的上端为托盘,其由两个半椭圆盘组成,钳柄下端为左、右钳环,钳环中间设有调节托盘大小的钳齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钳式可控形子宫托,其特征在于,托盘由两个半椭圆盘组成一个椭圆盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钳式可控形子宫托,其特征在于,左、右钳环中间设有调节托盘大小的锁定钳齿。
