Abstract

As an optional implementation manner, in step 306, the manner of acquiring, by the user equipment, the current geographic location of the user equipment may be:
the method comprises the steps that user equipment obtains at least two different positioning interfaces (such as a Baidu positioning interface, a Google positioning interface and a Google positioning interface) configured by the user equipment, and sends positioning requests to the at least two different positioning interfaces so as to trigger each positioning interface to respectively send the received positioning requests to the corresponding positioning server; the method comprises the steps of acquiring position information sent by a positioning server corresponding to at least one positioning interface, and acquiring response time from a first moment to a second moment, wherein the first moment is the moment when each positioning interface sends a positioning request, and the second moment is the moment when each positioning interface receives the position information; and comparing the response time corresponding to each positioning interface with a response threshold value, and extracting the position information with the highest positioning precision from the position information received by the positioning interfaces of which the response time does not exceed the response threshold value as the current geographic position of the user equipment. By implementing the embodiment, the current geographic position of the user equipment can be accurately acquired.
307. The user equipment judges whether the geographical position is a common geographical position for the user to communicate with the target contact person, if so, step 308 is executed, and if not, the process is ended.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the geographical location where the user frequently moves is generally fixed, for example, a home, an office, an area between the home and the office, and the like, or in other words, the common geographical location where the user communicates with the target contact is also generally fixed. If the user equipment is lost and stolen, the current geographic location of the user equipment may not be the common geographic location where the user communicates with the target contact person, that is, an illegal user may use the user equipment at other locations. In order to further confirm the identity of the user and avoid an illegal user from operating the user equipment wantonly, the user equipment can further judge whether the current geographic position of the user equipment is a common geographic position for the user to communicate with the target contact person, and if so, the user equipment can perform the next operation.
308. And the user equipment carries out dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person.
By implementing the method described in fig. 3, the user equipment can comprehensively judge whether the current user is legal or not through the fingerprint feature information, the input time of the input character, the average touch force and the current geographic position of the user equipment, and after the current user is determined to be legal, the user equipment performs dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person, so that other user equipment can be prevented from being operated illegally, and meanwhile, the communication efficiency of both parties is improved.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a dialing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The dialing apparatus described in fig. 4 may be used to execute part or all of the steps in the dialing method described in fig. 1, please refer to the related description in fig. 1, and will not be described herein again. As shown in fig. 4, the dialing apparatus may include:
an obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain a character input by a user on a touch screen;
wherein the characters include numeric characters, kanji characters, english characters, and symbolic characters.
A first determining unit 402, configured to determine whether a target contact matching the character exists in multiple contacts stored in an address book of the user equipment;
a dialing unit 403, configured to perform a dialing operation by using a contact number corresponding to a target contact when the first determining unit 402 determines that a target contact matching the character exists in multiple contacts stored in an address book of the user equipment.
As an optional implementation manner, the manner in which the dialing unit 403 performs the dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact may be:
the dialing unit 403 may detect whether the user equipment establishes a communication connection with the headset device, and if it is detected that the user equipment does not establish a communication connection with the headset device, the dialing unit 403 may start the camera to collect a face image of the user, and perform binarization processing on the face image of the user according to color information of the face image of the user; further, the dialing unit 403 may divide the face image of the user after the binarization processing into a plurality of pixel blocks, and perform an or operation on pixel values corresponding to all pixels in each pixel block to obtain an or operation result of each pixel block to form a downsampled picture of the face image of the user; further, the dialing unit 403 may divide the obtained down-sampled picture into a plurality of pixel regions, and sum the or operation results of all pixel points in each pixel region to obtain feature information of each pixel region constituting the face image of the user; further, the dialing unit 403 may determine whether the face image of the user matches the face image of the legal user pre-stored in the user equipment according to the feature information of each pixel region of the face image of the user, and if the face image of the user matches the face image of the legal user, perform a dialing operation on a contact number corresponding to the target contact; the embodiment can accurately match the face image, thereby preventing an illegal user from arbitrarily inputting characters on a touch screen of the user equipment to trigger the user equipment to execute dialing operation.
Or, if it is detected that the user equipment and the earphone equipment establish a communication connection, the dialing unit 403 may send a user identity verification instruction to the earphone to trigger the earphone to send a verification sound, the earphone collects a reflected sound of the verification sound reflected by the ear canal through a microphone and transmits the reflected sound to the user equipment, the dialing unit 403 identifies an ear canal hole model of the ear canal based on a signal characteristic of the reflected sound transmitted by the earphone, the dialing unit 403 identifies whether the ear canal hole model of the ear canal matches with an ear canal hole model of a legal user preset by the user equipment, and if the ear canal hole model matches, a contact number corresponding to a target contact person is dialed. Because the ear canal hole model (also called as ear canal hole structure) of each person is unique, the method can reduce the complexity of identification calculation and improve the speed and accuracy of identification, thereby preventing an illegal user from wantonly inputting characters on a touch screen of user equipment to trigger the user equipment to execute dialing operation.
By implementing the dialing device described in fig. 4, the user equipment can match the input characters with a plurality of contacts stored in the address book to determine the target contact, and perform dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact, thereby realizing both-party communication without performing cumbersome unlocking and querying operations, thereby reducing the cumbersome operation steps of dialing when communicating with other people, and simultaneously improving the communication efficiency of both parties.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another dialing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The dialing apparatus described in fig. 5 may be used to execute part or all of the steps in the dialing method described in fig. 2, please refer to the related description in fig. 2, which is not repeated herein. The dialing device shown in fig. 5 is optimized by the dialing device shown in fig. 4. The dialing apparatus shown in fig. 5 may further include a determination unit as compared with that shown in fig. 4, wherein,
the obtaining unit 401 is further configured to, after the first determining unit 402 determines that there is a target contact matching the character in the multiple contacts stored in the address book of the user equipment, if there are multiple target contacts, obtain a time permission flag that is added to each target contact in the address book in advance;

With the dialing device described in fig. 5, after the user equipment determines that the user currently operating the user equipment is a valid user, the user equipment may determine whether a target contact matched with the character exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address book of the user equipment, and if there are a plurality of target contacts, the user equipment may further determine, according to the time permission flag, a target contact permitted to communicate at the current time from the plurality of target contacts, and then perform a dialing operation using a contact number corresponding to the target contact permitted to communicate at the current time, so that an illegal user may be prevented from operating the user equipment wantonly, and after it is determined that the user is valid, the user may communicate with the target contact at a convenient time.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another dialing device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The dialing apparatus described in fig. 6 may be used to execute part or all of the steps in the dialing method described in fig. 3, for which reference is specifically made to the related description in fig. 3, which is not repeated herein. The dialing device shown in fig. 6 is optimized by the dialing device shown in fig. 4. The dialing apparatus shown in fig. 6 may further include a second determination unit, as compared with the dialing apparatus shown in fig. 4, wherein,
the obtaining unit 401 is further configured to obtain a current geographic location of the user equipment after the first determining unit 402 determines that a target contact matched with the character exists in the multiple contacts stored in the address list of the user equipment;
a second determining unit 407, configured to determine whether the geographic location is a common geographic location where the user communicates with the target contact;
the dialing unit 403 is specifically configured to perform a dialing operation by using a contact number corresponding to the target contact when the second determining unit 407 determines that the geographic location is a common geographic location where the user communicates with the target contact.
Optionally, the dialing apparatus shown in fig. 6 may further include:
an acquisition unit 405, configured to acquire, after the acquisition unit 401 acquires a character input on a touch screen, fingerprint feature information of a finger used by the user to input the character;
a third determining unit 406, configured to determine whether the fingerprint feature information matches pre-stored fingerprint feature information;

With the dialing device described in fig. 6, the user equipment may comprehensively determine whether the current user is legal or not by using the fingerprint feature information, the input time of the input character, the average touch force, and the current geographic location of the user equipment, and after it is determined that the current user is legal, the user equipment performs a dialing operation using the contact number corresponding to the target contact, so that other illegal operations on the user equipment may be avoided, and meanwhile, the efficiency of communication between both parties is improved.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a ue according to an embodiment of the present invention. The user equipment shown in fig. 7 includes any one of the dialing devices shown in fig. 4 to 6. By implementing the user equipment shown in fig. 7, the complicated operation steps of dialing when communicating with others can be reduced, and simultaneously, the dialing efficiency is improved.

Claims (9)
1. A method of dialing, comprising:
acquiring characters input by a user on a touch screen when user equipment is in a screen locking state;
judging whether a target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address book of the user equipment or not;
if yes, using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person to carry out dialing operation;
the method for carrying out dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the user equipment establishes communication connection with the earphone, if so, sending a user identity verification instruction to the earphone to trigger the earphone to send verification sound, collecting the reflection sound of the verification sound reflected by the ear canal through a microphone by the earphone and transmitting the reflection sound to the user equipment, identifying an ear canal hole model of the ear canal by the user equipment on the basis of the signal characteristics of the reflection sound transmitted by the earphone, identifying whether the ear canal hole model of the ear canal is matched with an ear canal hole model of a legal user preset by the user equipment, and if so, dialing the corresponding contact number of the target contact person;
or if the fact that the user equipment is not in communication connection with the earphone equipment is detected, starting a camera to collect a face image of the user, and carrying out binarization processing on the face image of the user according to color information of the face image of the user; further, dividing the face image of the user after binarization processing into a plurality of pixel blocks, and performing OR operation on pixel values corresponding to all pixels in each pixel block to obtain an OR operation result of each pixel block to form a down-sampling picture of the face image of the user; further, dividing the obtained down-sampling picture into a plurality of pixel regions, and summing the OR operation results of all pixel points in each pixel region to obtain the characteristic information of each pixel region forming the face image of the user; further, judging whether the face image of the user is matched with a face image of a legal user stored in the user equipment in advance according to the characteristic information of each pixel region of the face image of the user, and if the face image of the user is matched with the face image of the legal user, carrying out dialing operation on a contact number corresponding to a target contact person;
after the acquiring of the character input on the touch screen, the method further includes:
collecting fingerprint characteristic information of a finger used by the user for inputting the character;
judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance;
if the characters are matched with the touch average force, acquiring input time and touch average force for inputting the characters;
if the input time is in the common input time range of the user and the average touch force is matched with the preset force, executing the step of judging whether a target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address list of the user equipment;
wherein, fingerprint characteristic information of the finger is fingerprint string characteristic information, and the judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance comprises:
judging whether the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information or not, judging whether the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than a preset value or not, and if the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information and the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than the preset value, determining that the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint characteristic information.
2. The dialing method of claim 1 wherein said characters include any one or combination of numeric characters, kanji characters, english characters or symbolic characters.
3. The dialing method of claim 2, wherein after determining that a target contact matching the character exists among the plurality of contacts stored in the address book of the user device, the method further comprises:
acquiring the current geographic position of the user equipment;
judging whether the geographic position is a common geographic position for the user to communicate with the target contact person;
and if so, executing the step of dialing by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person.
4. A method of dialing, comprising:
acquiring characters input by a user on a touch screen when user equipment is in a screen locking state;
judging whether a target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address book of the user equipment or not;
if the number of the target contact persons is multiple, acquiring a time permission mark which is added to each target contact person in the address list in advance;
according to the time permission marks, determining a target contact person permitted to communicate at the current time from the target contact persons;
dialing by using a contact number corresponding to a target contact person allowed to communicate at the current time;
the dialing operation is carried out by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person allowed to carry out communication at the current time, and the dialing operation comprises the following steps:
detecting whether communication connection is established between user equipment and an earphone, if so, sending a user identity verification instruction to the earphone to trigger the earphone to send verification sound, collecting the reflection sound of the verification sound reflected by an ear canal through a microphone by the earphone and transmitting the reflection sound to the user equipment, identifying an ear canal hole model of the ear canal by the user equipment on the basis of the signal characteristics of the reflection sound transmitted by the earphone, identifying whether the ear canal hole model of the ear canal is matched with an ear canal hole model of a legal user preset by the user equipment, and if so, dialing a contact number corresponding to a target contact person allowed to communicate at the current time;
or if the fact that the user equipment is not in communication connection with the earphone equipment is detected, starting a camera to collect a face image of the user, and carrying out binarization processing on the face image of the user according to color information of the face image of the user; further, dividing the face image of the user after binarization processing into a plurality of pixel blocks, and performing OR operation on pixel values corresponding to all pixels in each pixel block to obtain an OR operation result of each pixel block to form a down-sampling picture of the face image of the user; further, dividing the obtained down-sampling picture into a plurality of pixel regions, and summing the OR operation results of all pixel points in each pixel region to obtain the characteristic information of each pixel region forming the face image of the user; further, judging whether the face image of the user is matched with a face image of a legal user stored in advance by user equipment according to the characteristic information of each pixel region of the face image of the user, and if the face image of the user is matched with the face image of the legal user, carrying out dialing operation on a contact number corresponding to a target contact allowed to be communicated at the current time;
after the acquiring of the character input on the touch screen, the method further includes:
collecting fingerprint characteristic information of a finger used by the user for inputting the character;
judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance;
if the characters are matched with the touch average force, acquiring input time and touch average force for inputting the characters;
if the input time is in the common input time range of the user and the average touch force is matched with the preset force, executing the step of judging whether a target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address list of the user equipment;
wherein, fingerprint characteristic information of the finger is fingerprint string characteristic information, and the judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance comprises:
judging whether the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information or not, judging whether the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than a preset value or not, and if the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information and the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than the preset value, determining that the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint characteristic information.

the dialing unit is used for carrying out dialing operation by using a contact number corresponding to a target contact when the first judging unit judges that the target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address book of user equipment;
the dialing unit uses the contact number corresponding to the target contact person to carry out dialing operation, and the dialing operation comprises the following steps:

judging whether the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information or not, judging whether the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than a preset value or not, and if the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information and the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than the preset value, determining that the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint characteristic information.
6. The dialing device as in claim 5 wherein said characters include any one or combination of numeric characters, kanji characters, english characters or symbolic characters.
7. The dialing device of claim 6,
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a current geographic location of the user equipment after the first determining unit determines that a target contact matched with the character exists in the plurality of contacts stored in the address book of the user equipment;
the dialing device further comprises:
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the geographic position is a common geographic position for the user to communicate with the target contact person;
the dialing unit is specifically configured to perform dialing operation by using a contact number corresponding to the target contact when the second judging unit judges that the geographic location is a common geographic location where the user communicates with the target contact.
8. A dialing apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring characters input on a touch screen by a user when user equipment is in a screen locking state;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether a target contact matched with the characters exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address list of the user equipment or not;
the obtaining unit is further configured to, after the first determining unit determines that a target contact person matched with the character exists among the multiple contact persons stored in the address book of the user equipment, obtain a time permission flag that is added to each target contact person in the address book in advance if the target contact person is multiple;
the determining unit is used for determining a target contact person allowed to communicate at the current time from the target contact persons according to the time permission marks;
the dialing unit is used for dialing by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person allowed to communicate at the current time;
the dialing unit carries out dialing operation by using the contact number corresponding to the target contact person allowed to carry out communication at the current time, and the dialing operation comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a dialing unit detects whether communication connection is established between user equipment and an earphone, if yes, a user identity verification instruction is sent to the earphone to trigger the earphone to send verification sound, the earphone collects reflected sound of the verification sound reflected by an ear canal through a microphone and transmits the reflected sound to the user equipment, the dialing unit identifies an ear canal hole model of the ear canal on the basis of signal characteristics of the reflected sound transmitted by the earphone, and identifies whether the ear canal hole model of the ear canal is matched with an ear canal hole model of a legal user preset by the user equipment, and if the ear canal hole model of the ear canal is matched with the ear canal hole model of the legal user, dialing operation is carried out on a contact number corresponding to a target contact person allowed to carry out communication;
or if the fact that the user equipment is not in communication connection with the earphone equipment is detected, starting a camera to collect a face image of the user, and carrying out binarization processing on the face image of the user according to color information of the face image of the user; further, dividing the face image of the user after binarization processing into a plurality of pixel blocks, and performing OR operation on pixel values corresponding to all pixels in each pixel block to obtain an OR operation result of each pixel block to form a down-sampling picture of the face image of the user; further, dividing the obtained down-sampling picture into a plurality of pixel regions, and summing the OR operation results of all pixel points in each pixel region to obtain the characteristic information of each pixel region forming the face image of the user; further, judging whether the face image of the user is matched with a face image of a legal user stored in advance by user equipment according to the characteristic information of each pixel region of the face image of the user, and if the face image of the user is matched with the face image of the legal user, carrying out dialing operation on a contact number corresponding to a target contact allowed to be communicated at the current time;
the dialing device further comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring fingerprint characteristic information of a finger used by the user for inputting the character after the acquisition unit acquires the character input on the touch screen;
the third judging unit is used for judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance;
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire an input time and an average touch force for inputting the character when the third determining unit determines that the fingerprint feature information matches pre-stored fingerprint feature information;
the first judging unit is specifically configured to judge whether a target contact matched with the character exists in a plurality of contacts stored in an address list of the user equipment if the input time is within a common input time range of the user and the average touch force is matched with a preset force;
wherein, fingerprint characteristic information of the finger is fingerprint string characteristic information, and the judging whether the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the fingerprint characteristic information stored in advance comprises:
judging whether the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information or not, judging whether the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than a preset value or not, and if the fingerprint string characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint string characteristic information and the difference value of the input time of each fingerprint characteristic information is smaller than the preset value, determining that the fingerprint characteristic information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint characteristic information.
9. A user equipment comprising a dialing device according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
