Abstract

本发明公开了一种物联网芯片,该物联网芯片为单芯片,包括MCU和两个以上频段的射频识别子系统,所述射频识别子系统连接所述MCU,所述射频识别子系统的频段从220K Hz、13.56M Hz、430M Hz、840‑925M Hz或2.4G M Hz中选择,所述射频识别子系统具体包括当前频段的基带电路、当前频段的射频电路和当前频段的天线,所述基带电路、射频电路和天线依次连接。本发明还公开一种基于该物联网芯片方案的闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,可以利用物联网芯片对电子标签进行读写,具有识别、防伪溯源功能;还可以利用专用物联网芯片进行便捷的数字支付。本发明将多种技术技术进行融合,使得移动终端与物联网完美结合。

Description

一种物联网芯片及基于该芯片的多频电场耦合通信系统
技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备,尤其涉及一种物联网芯片及基于该芯片的多频电场耦合通信系统。
背景技术
物联网是一个基于互联网、传统电信网等信息承载体,让所有能够被独立寻址的普通物理对象实现互联互通的网络。当代信息社会,人与人的交流随着信息科技的进步,延伸和扩展到了物品与物品之间进行信息交换和通信。传统的RFID(射频识别)读写设备包括固定式RFID读写器(如公交车载读写器),手持式RFID读写器(如快递扫码机,手持POS机等),但在日常生活中,人们鲜少能便捷使用这些工业设备,所以需要将RFID应用更加普及化。随着手机的普及,人们越来越依赖于它的智能与便捷,于是移动通信终端将成为RFID应用的理想载体。
目前,NFC(近场通信)技术作为一种非接触式识别和互联技术,可以在PC、移动设备、消费类电子产品、智能控件工具等之间进行近距离无线通信。与高频RFID一致,NFC同样工作于13.56MHz,它与现有非接触智能卡技术兼容,并提供了一种简单、触控式的解决方案,可以让消费者简单直观地交换信息、访问内容与服务。普通的RFID更多的被应用在生产、物流、跟踪、资产管理上,而NFC则主要应用在在门禁、公交、手机支付等领域。2016年后,NFC成为高端手机支付的标准配置。但是目前为止,NFC手机芯片为国际少数公司垄断,应用面还受限。而且目前的移动通信终端应用主要采用开环的信息流访问机制,需要进行人工确认操作模式,信息的安全性和使用的便捷性受限。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种物联网芯片及基于该芯片的多频电场耦合通信系统,使多种技术技术进行融合,例如NFC和RFID,将移动终端与物联网完美结合。
技术方案:本发明所述的物联网芯片为单芯片,包括MCU和两个以上频段的射频识别子系统,所述射频识别子系统连接所述MCU,所述射频识别子系统的频段从220K Hz、13.56M Hz、430M Hz、840-925M Hz或2.4G M Hz中选择,所述射频识别子系统具体包括当前频段的基带电路、当前频段的射频电路和当前频段的天线,所述基带电路、射频电路和天线依次连接。
进一步的,所述物联网芯片还包括加密模块,所述加密模块采用加密芯片来实现,或通过在MCU中内置加密算法来实现。
本发明所述闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,包括主控制器、通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器和上述物联网芯片,所述通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器和物联网芯片分别连接所述主控制器。
进一步的,还包括输入模块和输出模块,所述输入模块和输出模块分别连接所述主控制器。
进一步的,还包括外部接口,所述外部接口连接所述主控制器。
有益效果:本发明发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明的物联网芯片将多种技术进行融合,将移动终端与物联网完美结合。本发明的闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统1)可以实现手机的所有功能;2)可以利用专用物联网芯片对电子标签进行读写,具有识别、防伪溯源功能;3)可以利用专用物联网芯片进行便捷的数字支付。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种物联网芯片,该物联网芯片为单芯片,包括MCU和两个以上频段的射频识别子系统,所述射频识别子系统连接所述MCU,所述射频识别子系统的频段从220K Hz、13.56M Hz、430M Hz、840-925M Hz或2.4G M Hz中选择,所述射频识别子系统具体包括当前频段的基带电路、当前频段的射频电路和当前频段的天线,所述基带电路、射频电路和天线依次连接。物联网芯片还包括加密模块,加密模块采用加密芯片来实现,或通过在MCU中内置加密算法来实现。当频段选择为13.56M Hz的NFC和840-925M Hz的超高频RFID时,具体的连接图如图1所示。本实施例可以应用于手机上。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,如图2所示,包括主控制器、通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器、实施例1中的物联网芯片、外部接口、输入模块和输出模块,所述通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器、物联网芯片、外部接口、输入模块和输出模块分别连接所述主控制器。主控制器为数据处理中心和控制中心,通信模块用于进行数据通信,电源为各模块提供能源,存储器用于存储数据,物联网芯片用于物联网,工作频率可包括以下任意频段中的两种或多种:220K Hz,13.56M Hz,430M Hz,840-925M Hz,2.4G M Hz。外部接口用于外接各种设备,例如耳机,输入模块用于输入数据,输出模块用于输出数据,例如USB。
本发明可以用于农副产品的流通过程中,如图3所示,农副产品在农场的时候就贴上超高频RFID标签,产品成熟后送至收购检疫站,检疫站通过后,送至工厂进行生产加工,并在加工过程中贴上商标,送至物流企业,物流派遣车辆进行运输,直至将产品送至销售终端。在此过程中,任何一个环节都是可以通过本发明扫描,及时且实时上传各个流程到正品溯源平台,比如产品是何基地生产,经由哪家检测单位检测通过,又是由哪家工厂进行再加工,派遣的又是哪家的运输单位等,消费者可以通过手机扫描,在溯源平台上,方便快捷地查找到所需要的信息,再通过手机中的NFC功能进行简单安全的支付。RFID功能手机既增加对行业的监督,又能为消费者带来放心购物。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

1.一种物联网芯片,其特征在于:所述物联网芯片为单芯片,包括MCU和两个以上频段的射频识别子系统,所述射频识别子系统连接所述MCU,所述射频识别子系统的频段从220KHz、13.56M Hz、430M Hz、840-925M Hz或2.4G M Hz中选择,所述射频识别子系统具体包括当前频段的基带电路、当前频段的射频电路和当前频段的天线,所述基带电路、射频电路和天线依次连接。
2.根据权1所述的物联网芯片,其特征在于:所述物联网芯片还包括加密模块,所述加密模块采用加密芯片来实现,或通过在MCU中内置加密算法来实现。
3.一种基于权1所述的物联网芯片的闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,其特征在于:包括主控制器、通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器和所述物联网芯片,所述通信模块、SIM卡、电源、存储器和物联网芯片分别连接所述主控制器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,其特征在于:还包括输入模块和输出模块,所述输入模块和输出模块分别连接所述主控制器。
5.根据权利要求3所述的闭环信息流多频电场耦合通信系统,其特征在于:还包括外部接口,所述外部接口连接所述主控制器。
