二背景技术
目前，公知的水下人力驱动装置为脚蹼，其在使用过程中，上下摆动的人力转化为使用者向前的推动力效率不高，且对专业能力要求大造成新手不容易操作，上岸行走不便。
三发明内容
要解决的问题：
本发明为一种固定在小腿作用力在脚上的动力装置，即腿蹼。它操作简单，动能转化效率高且不影响岸上行走。
技术方案：
本发明由蹼伞、脚踏、绑腿带三部分组成。蹼伞的张合为装置实现大阻力到小阻力变换，脚踏是整套装置接受人力作用的受力部件，绑腿带是绑在腿上为装置提供方向牵引的部件。在水中使用只需操作者做蹬腿、提腿两个动作即可。当操作者提腿时，蹼伞受力收缩且顶端阀门开启，使得水流通过降低阻力。当操作者蹬腿时，蹼伞受力打开且顶端阀门关闭，使受力面放大来增加阻力，从而把蹬腿力转化为向前推力进行水中移动。
有益效果：
采用上述方案，对操作者专业能力要求小，使用简单，结构简单。受力与推力在同一条直线上相比传统脚蹼的上下力转化向前推力更直接有效。

五具体实施方式
在附图中，图2为操作者提腿时的受力情况，蹼伞合拢且顶端阀门打开，使水流快速通过来降低向前移动时的阻力。图3为操作者蹬腿时的受力情况，蹼伞打开且顶端阀门关闭，使水流无法通过且大大增加与水受力的接触面积从而增加阻力，使蹬腿的力转化为向前的推力。操作者只需双腿反复做提腿、蹬腿动作即可向前快速移动。

1.一种水下运动所需的人力动力装置，采用蹼伞张开形成阻力使得操作者蹬腿时产生向前推力的原理的装置，由蹼伞、脚踏和绑腿带三部分构成，是绑在腿上作用力于脚下的水下动力装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的绑在腿上作用力于脚下的水下动力装置，其特征在于做依靠伞状部件的张合来改变水下阻力从而使得人力转化为动能。
