本发明公开了一种高清数字产品用信号电缆,包括阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯,阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯由五块构成,截面为方形的中间块及外周四个扇形块构成,其中中间块内设有光纤缆芯,其中相对的两个扇形块内设有多个规格不同的电源线芯,另外相对的两个扇形块内设有控制缆芯,所述的阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯外依次包覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层、铝一聚乙烯粘结护层、硅橡胶内护套层、防鼠咬金属丝铠装层、聚砜外护套层。本发明结构设计新颖,成缆后结构紧凑性好,各种功能线芯区分容易,便于安装敷设,同时还具有电缆体积小、重量轻优点,在强电磁场的环境中,确保通讯质量稳定可靠。

本发明涉及电缆,尤其涉及一种高清数字产品用信号电缆。
背景技术:
随着经济、社会的快速发展,高清数字产品在普通家庭用户中的占有率越来越高。有的用户根据系统配套的需求,依据不同的传输效果,在现有的光缆与电缆中进行筛选,筛选后也无法把需要的光缆与电缆进行有效的整合,就直接敷设于系统中,由于这样的筛选与安装,使安装的空间加大,重量加重,总屏蔽与总护套也无法进行再加工。
目前市场上的高清产品的线缆越来越多,所以用户要实现在有限的空间里、达到多种传输效果,同时如何解决多功能的电缆在安装敷设过程中不会出现区分困难线芯,也是一个技术难题,因此,理想的高清数字产品用的多功能信号电缆是难以寻到的。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高清数字产品用信号电缆,结构设计新颖,成缆后结构紧凑性好,各种功能线芯区分容易,便于安装敷设,同时还具有电缆体积小、重量轻优点,在强电磁场的环境中,确保通讯质量稳定可靠。
本发明的技术方案如下:
高清数字产品用信号电缆,其特征在于:包括阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯,阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯由五块构成,截面为方形的中间块及外周四个扇形块构成,其中中间块内设有光纤缆芯,其中相对的两个扇形块内设有多个规格不同的电源线芯,另外相对的两个扇形块内设有控制缆芯,所述的阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯外依次包覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层、铝一聚乙烯粘结护层、硅橡胶内护套层、防鼠咬金属丝铠装层、聚砜外护套层。
所述的高清数字产品用信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的光纤缆芯包括中间块内设有若干根围绕在2根凯夫拉对位芳纶丝1414平托对绞加强芯外周的多模光纤;中间块外包覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层、聚乙烯护套层。
所述的高清数字产品用信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的扇形块中电源线芯数量均为三根,其中一个扇形块中电源线芯内侧还设有二根对绞的接地线。
所述的高清数字产品用信号电缆,其特征在于:所述的控制缆芯采用七根绝缘控制线芯绞合成束后并于外侧依次包覆、耐高温耐环境侵蚀能力的聚芳醚酮扎带绕包层、热塑性环保无卤低烟阻燃乙丙橡胶内护套构成。

高清数字产品用信号电缆,包括阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯1,阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯由五块构成,截面为方形的中间块1-1及外周四个扇形块1-2构成,其中中间块内设有光纤缆芯2,其中相对的两个扇形块内设有多个规格不同的电源线芯3,另外相对的两个扇形块内设有控制缆芯4,阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯1外依次包覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层5、铝一聚乙烯粘结护层6、硅橡胶内护套层7、防鼠咬金属丝铠装层8、聚砜外护套层9。
光纤缆芯2包括中间块内设有若干根围绕在2根凯夫拉对位芳纶丝1414平托对绞加强芯2-1外周的多模光纤2-2;中间块2-1包外覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层2-3、聚乙烯护套层2-4。
扇形块1-2中电源线芯3数量均为三根,其中一个扇形块中电源线芯内侧还设有二根对绞的接地线10。
控制缆芯4采用七根绝缘控制线芯4-1绞合成束后并于外侧依次包覆、耐高温耐环境侵蚀能力的聚芳醚酮扎带绕包层4-2、热塑性环保无卤低烟阻燃乙丙橡胶内护套4-3构成。

1.一种高清数字产品用信号电缆,其特征在于:包括阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯,阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯由五块构成,截面为方形的中间块及外周四个扇形块构成,其中中间块内设有光纤缆芯,其中相对的两个扇形块内设有多个规格不同的电源线芯,另外相对的两个扇形块内设有控制缆芯,所述的阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内衬芯外依次包覆有聚芳醚酮扎带绕包耐火层、铝一聚乙烯粘结护层、硅橡胶内护套层、防鼠咬金属丝铠装层、聚砜外护套层。
