Abstract
本发明提供一种旋转启闭的阀板,使得阀门启闭时间短。动阀板转动安装在阀门流道中,且动阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;动阀板的转动方向为其周向方向;静阀板固定安装在阀门流道中,且静阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;静阀板和动阀板贴合在一起;动阀板和静阀板上均设置有阀板孔,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔均与阀门流道连通;动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置随动阀板的转动而变动,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置中具有错位位置和重叠位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转启闭的阀板,用于阀门上。
背景技术
阀门种类繁多,如申请号为201580021092.4的球阀、申请号为201410526838.4的耐腐蚀无泄漏阀门等。
现有技术的阀门的阀板不开孔(如闸阀),阀板通过一定角度范围内的摆动和阀座啮合,启闭时间较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理的旋转启闭的阀板,使得阀门启闭时间短。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种旋转启闭的阀板,该阀板安装于阀门流道中;其特征在于:包括动阀板和静阀板;动阀板转动安装在阀门流道中,且动阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;动阀板的转动方向为其周向方向;静阀板固定安装在阀门流道中,且静阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;静阀板和动阀板贴合在一起;动阀板和静阀板上均设置有阀板孔,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔均与阀门流道连通;动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置随动阀板的转动而变动,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置中具有错位位置和重叠位置;当动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间处于重叠位置时,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间连通;当动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间处于错位位置时,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间不连通。
本发明所述的阀板孔为螺旋桨的桨叶形状。
本发明所述的阀板孔的轮廓由第一平面、第一圆弧面、第二圆弧面、第二平面、第三圆弧面和第四圆弧面组成,第一平面、第一圆弧面、第二圆弧面、第二平面、第三圆弧面、第四圆弧面依次首尾相连。
本发明所述的静阀板外包裹有四氟乙烯。
本发明本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:
1、采用本发明的阀门重量减轻、成本降低、安装方便、维修方便、清洁环保。
2、通过动阀板转动就可实现阀门启闭,结构简单,接触面少,启闭载荷小、速度快。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1-图4,本发明实施例包括动阀板3和静阀板2。
阀门的阀体1上设置有阀门流道4。阀门流道4用于流通介质。
动阀板3转动安装在阀体1的阀门流道4中,且动阀板3的外边缘与阀门流道4的腔壁接触将阀门流道4封住。动阀板3的转动方向为其周向方向。
静阀板2固定安装在阀体1的阀门流道4中,且静阀板2的外边缘与阀门流道4的腔壁接触将阀门流道4封住。静阀板2和动阀板3贴合在一起。静阀板2外包裹有四氟乙烯。
动阀板3和静阀板2上均设置有阀板孔5,阀板孔5为螺旋桨的桨叶形状。动阀板3上的阀板孔5与阀门流道4连通,静阀板2上的阀板孔5与阀门流道4连通。动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间的相对位置随动阀板3的转动而变动,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间的相对位置中具有错位位置和重叠位置;当动阀板3转动到一个位置时,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间处于重叠位置,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5重叠,这样动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间连通,阀门开启;当动阀板3转动到另一个位置时,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间处于错位位置,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5错开,这样动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5之间不连通,阀门流道4就被动阀板3和静阀板2隔断,阀门关闭。本实施中,动阀板3转动35°,动阀板3上的阀板孔5和静阀板2上的阀板孔5就可以从错位位置变为重叠位置。
阀板孔5的轮廓由第一平面51、第一圆弧面52、第二圆弧面53、第二平面54、第三圆弧面55和第四圆弧面56组成,第一平面51、第一圆弧面52、第二圆弧面53、第二平面54、第三圆弧面55、第四圆弧面56依次首尾相连。阀板孔5的轮廓形状可以满足并优化阀门介质流量的CV值。本实施例中,动阀板3和静阀板2上均设置有多个阀板孔5,这些阀板孔5顺时针或者逆时针排列形成螺旋桨的形状。本实施例中,动阀板3和静阀板2上均设置有四个阀板孔5。

1.一种旋转启闭的阀板,该阀板安装于阀门流道中;其特征在于:包括动阀板和静阀板;动阀板转动安装在阀门流道中,且动阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;动阀板的转动方向为其周向方向;静阀板固定安装在阀门流道中,且静阀板的外边缘与阀门流道的腔壁接触将阀门流道封住;静阀板和动阀板贴合在一起;动阀板和静阀板上均设置有阀板孔,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔均与阀门流道连通;动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置随动阀板的转动而变动,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间的相对位置中具有错位位置和重叠位置;当动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间处于重叠位置时,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间连通;当动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间处于错位位置时,动阀板上的阀板孔和静阀板上的阀板孔之间不连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转启闭的阀板,其特征在于:所述的阀板孔为螺旋桨的桨叶形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转启闭的阀板,其特征在于:所述的阀板孔的轮廓由第一平面、第一圆弧面、第二圆弧面、第二平面、第三圆弧面和第四圆弧面组成,第一平面、第一圆弧面、第二圆弧面、第二平面、第三圆弧面、第四圆弧面依次首尾相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转启闭的阀板,其特征在于:所述的静阀板外包裹有四氟乙烯。
5.根据权利要求2所述的旋转启闭的阀板,其特征在于:所述的动阀板和静阀板上均设置有多个阀板孔,这些阀板孔顺时针或者逆时针排列形成螺旋桨的形状。
