一种“窗中窗”,对当今房屋建筑窗的形式进行了改革,在窗扇内增加了小窗,完全不影响原窗的使用。“窗中窗”由玻璃边框和小窗扇组成,嵌装于原窗新开的洞孔内,与原窗融为一体。适合玻璃厂家作为专项产品,可以发挥我国艺术玻璃的优势,使窗中窗更加美化。以充惰性气体的双层玻璃窗页为主型,制成多规格、系列化的专项产品。还适合没有活动窗的阳光房和阳台窗采用,在玻璃上开个洞就可安装。使用中可以单独开启小窗,实现局部通风,并可引流风向和调整开度。小窗有圆形和椭圆形两种,圆形的窗页可以360度旋转,选择竖向或横向引流风向;椭圆形的横向引流风向无需旋转。

背景技术:
房屋建筑窗的背景技术:
房屋建筑窗是遍布世界最浩广的生活设施。窗户的结构形式异常简单,其操作仍是最原始的手动,先进操作和复杂技术都用不上。窗户的结构形式改革,看来是很简单直观的事,实际又是很难实现的事。几千年来,仅是由“平开窗”演变为“推拉窗”。申请人所知,窗户专利光盘列有300多项(另听说有2700多项),无一能成应用气候。网上有人说“窗户结构形式的改革可算作高科技”。“中国幕墙网”各类窗户信息很多,每天访问量18000人次,有3%来自国外,可见世界窗户的技术信息是沟通的。我国每年都有“门窗设计师年会”,有高层管理人士、高级研究员等与会,高端论文发表,高端技术展示等。可以充分显示“世界窗户”的技术和“窗户世界”的现实。关于窗户的形式改革,高端权威人士总结为:“个性化、智能化的推拉窗必然是未来窗户的发展方向”。个性化如何发挥,智能化如何落实,申请人没看到现实。网上有人评估:“窗户的改革连同上下游产业,效益可达万亿,堪比汽车业”。尚没有“窗户改革”的突破迹象。当今,窗户背景技术的改进实施,立足“推拉窗”的格调,以提高密封保温效果为要点,在型材格调上下了大功夫,“有限元隔热断桥铝合金型材”的理想设计是热门,在设计计算中,竟用上了高深的”模糊数学”。申请人几年来多次接到参加此类学习班的通知,因无实力和需求一次也没去。在提高窗户的技术中,需配合高级密封措施。这方面德国领先,欧洲先行,我国差距很大。窗户的密封技术,德国的“泰诺风”在我国香港、杭州设分公司,占领我国高档窗户密封的市场。不久前,申请人看到一篇《新华社》的专题报道,报道了我国有近400家参会,对未来以保温节能为主题的“生态屋”设计理念和开展情况的研讨会,住建部主要领导参会并讲话,主要是保温墙体的技术研讨,没窗户技术的内容,窗户的改革竟只字未提。窗户的密封保温是“绿色经济”节能减排的重要手段。据知,房屋建筑的散热损耗占能量总耗的7%。
窗户的背景技术内容特多,这里不再引述。
申请人主要对窗户形式的改革有兴趣,未看到与本专利申请相似或相近的背景技术。
发明内容:
本发明专利申请的内容仅是对一种窗户形式的提出,很简单。
一、要解决的技术问题:
立足窗户的密封保温效果的时代要求;着眼提高窗户的使用功能;力求使用操作的方便;落实窗户的节材降造价。这几项基本要素是发明内容的根本,对窗户的结构提出新形式是发明内容的落实。
二、技术方案:
1、以现有窗户的形式为基窗,在窗扇内再设一个“窗中窗”,嵌装于基窗内,不影响基窗的使用和功能,而“窗中窗”的小窗,可以据需采用,另发挥其功能。
2、“窗中窗”无需另有通常的窗框,仅外边有一个封闭玻璃圈,玻璃圈的厚度一般不超过3厘米,可以另采用彩色玻璃有利美化。圈内套装吻合的窗页,以现有双层保温玻璃窗页为主型。窗页以转轴开启,实现小窗的多方式通风功能选择。
3、现设定“窗中窗”有两种形式,一是圆形,二是椭圆形。圆形的窗页可以在玻璃圈内360度旋转定位;可以横向或竖向任选合适的导风方式。椭圆的竖装转轴已经定位,仅横向选择导风方式。两种窗页关闭皆有锁扣。窗页和玻璃圈间有良好的密封保温靠合。密封的可靠性有现实例证,我家的盥洗盆转塞,即可旋转,又绝对密封。
三、有益效果:
1、“窗中窗”是窗户结构形式的新格调,对浩广的房屋建筑窗有重大更新,窗户的使用方便和功能提高都有新亮点。
2、可以专门制成单项产品,并形成多规格的系列产品,供新窗附加或旧窗配装。窗户通风在实际生活中是次要的,经常无需过大开口。当今的高层建筑不允许临街晾晒衣物,在阳光房、阳台等辅装本窗,无需依托有窗框的主窗,开个洞装上就行了。
3、申请人认为可以为汽车小轿车的侧窗提供附加小窗。小轿车集中了很多高科技,仅窗户玻璃的升降就有电动、液压、气动、遥控等,玻璃是专型磨砂精制。小轿车需关窗取暖或空调,但也需开窗通风。现假设小轿车向左疾驶,图10形式的侧引导风,可以形成理想的空气流动方式,可能值得认真研究和分析,形成公认的应用定格。如果在小轿车侧窗前的部位,再装椭圆形小窗,有充分的通风方向和大小的可调性。小窗可以做的很精美,彩色边圈嵌入基窗,尚可做成蝴蝶等艺术玻璃的专项产品。
四、附图说明:
图1是圆形窗中窗的总体结构形式。吻合嵌装于主窗的需要部位,不影响主窗的通常使用。圆形窗的窗页可以360度旋转,据需选择横向或竖向的内开或外开所需的倾斜角度,选择通风方式和通风大小。圆形外框1和圆形窗页2间,可涂衬橡胶薄膜或织物形成密封吻合,实现严密密封和良好保温。
图2是圆形窗A部结构图。图中的安装孔4可以将滑钉6插入圆形窗页2的相应的孔内,插入后形成粘接或螺纹固定。两端都插入后,完成窗页2和外框1的安装。旋转滑钉6即可即可沿外框1中的凹槽5滑动,形成窗页2在外框1中360度的任意旋转。
图3是圆形窗B部结构图。图中锁钉安装孔9是为了将锁钉10插入,并实现在插销扳柄3上安装固定(以粘胶或螺纹方式均可)。扳柄3随窗页2任意旋转,可随时实现窗页2的关闭锁定(扳动任一个扳柄3即可保证安全)。扳柄3可在窗页2的凹槽11中伸缩移动。扳柄3的弯曲部位供手扣开窗关窗方便。
图4至图7是典型的四种窗页2的开启方式的通风形式图示。其中:
图4是窗页2水平开启方式之一,此方式易行成外来风直向窗户操作人。
图5是窗页2水平开启方式之二,此方式可雨天开窗不向室内淋雨。
图6是窗页2垂直开启方式之一,假设是左边来凤,向室内灌风不重;假设是右边来凤,向室内灌风较猛。
图7是窗页2垂直开启方式之二,假设是右边来凤,向室内灌风较猛;假设是左边来凤,向室内灌风不重。
图8是本窗中窗的另一种椭圆窗的形式。结构形式与圆形窗一样,仅是无需旋转窗页。图中的主点是窗页17通风形式的选择,与图6、图7一样,不再赘述。窗页17的开关扳柄18无须两个,一个就够了。椭圆形窗页17图示的是单层玻璃,以利于现有单层玻璃窗嵌入安装。当然,也可制成双层玻璃的另一种规格。对单层玻璃可无须另装插销扳柄,在玻璃上磨砂凹孔即可,关窗锁钉也可简易化,不另附图。
图9的开窗形式及说明如图7,不赘述。
图10的开窗形式及说明如图6,不赘述。

五、实施例:
申请人对窗户改革已经有多项思考设计,在申报专利前一般都做样品验证。本“窗中窗”是申请人做“倾斜竖开窗”的样品中,受到了启示,并在这种窗型中增设了“窗中窗”,通过这个实施例,形成了本项专利申请。
六、最好的实施方式:
1、申请人认为,本专利申请适合玻璃厂家作为专项产品开发,制成多规格的系列产品。厂家有条件生产以双层玻璃为主型,内充氩气和氪气多规格的新产品。当今“艺术玻璃”被称为“中国的技术骄傲”,可以发挥成琳琅满目的花色,供房屋建筑窗辅装任选。申请人另有“超薄双层玻璃组合的窗户玻璃”(申请号:201510567216.0)专利申请,产品格调与本申请相似,有望改变当今窗户玻璃的整块生产、运输、裁割等,带来的诸多弊端。适合与本专利申请配合,形成并列产品。
2、申请人另有对窗户型材改进的专利申请(专利号:201110291576.4),此专利衍生了两种(201510567217.5和201510567185.9)窗户结构形式的改变,将窗户安装于墙外,并提出“全质玻璃”(窗框导轨也是玻璃)的方案,窗户可造价很低,更适合旧房窗户更换,小区改造。本窗中窗最好并入这两种窗型中。

Claims (3)

1.一种窗中窗,其特征是:由外框和窗页组成,整体嵌入安装于通常窗户窗扇所开的洞孔内,也可整体嵌入安装于无窗扇的阳光房,阳台窗适当位置的洞孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的由外框和窗页组成,其特征是:外框是一个封闭的玻璃圈,窗页装入其内,窗页外圈与外框内圈靠合呈密封状态,窗页以双层玻璃为主型,玻璃之间的空隙充惰性气体,窗页可另有多层玻璃或单层玻璃形式,窗页在外框内可以沿中间的轴呈角度开口,或扣合关闭,关闭后有锁扣插入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的由外框和窗页组成,其特征是:提出了圆形组合和椭圆形组合两种形式,圆形组合的外框内有导槽,窗页可以在外框的导槽内360度旋转,任意确定角度,窗页在窗框内沿转轴可以倾斜开口,选择内外导风方式和通风口的大小,椭圆形组合窗页无需360度旋转,窗页可以倾斜开口,选择内外导风方式和通风口的大小。
