The door opening delay system has the advantages that the door opening time of the personnel getting off the vehicle is prolonged by arranging a delay circuit, and the effect of prompting the personnel getting off the vehicle to pay attention to road conditions is achieved. However, the system cannot be automatically closed when the automobile is in a safe area, and the opening time of the automobile door is prolonged, so that the automobile cannot be conveniently got off most of the time.
The vehicle door collision self-locking system is provided with a detection device capable of detecting a rear moving object, and when the rear moving object is judged to possibly collide with the vehicle door in an open state, the vehicle door is automatically locked, so that accidents are prevented. However, the system lacks an effective unlocking mechanism, and when a large number of vehicles come from behind, the vehicle door may be always in a locked state, so that the vehicle-mounted personnel cannot unlock the vehicle door to get off.
Based on the analysis, the existing vehicle door opening scheme has shortcomings and needs to be improved, and the scheme is generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-collision delayed door opening system and a control method thereof, wherein when a moving object behind an automobile is detected to possibly collide with a door in an opening state, the system can enable the automobile to enter a door delayed opening protection mode, so that the anti-collision protection and the opening convenience of the door are both considered.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) The various devices and components included in the invention are configured on part of the vehicle models in the market at present, and the addition of the functions of the invention basically does not cause the change of the structure and the hardware, thereby having the advantages of great production cost and period.

In the present embodiment, an in-door handle of the vehicle itself is used as the in-door opening device.
The vehicle door locking device has two states of locking and unlocking, and when the vehicle door locking device is in the locking state, the door lock assembly cannot be unlocked through the vehicle door inner opening device; otherwise, the opening device in the vehicle door can be normally used. In the embodiment, a vehicle door internal deflector rod is adopted as a vehicle door locking device, and the vehicle door internal deflector rod acts on the door lock assembly through a pull cable so as to control the actuating or non-actuating state of the door lock assembly.
The signal detection device comprises two parts, namely a vehicle door inner opening device state detection device and a vehicle rear moving object detection device, wherein the vehicle door inner opening device state detection device is used for detecting whether the vehicle door inner opening device is in an actuating state or not, the vehicle rear moving object detection device is used for detecting the information of a vehicle rear moving object, the vehicle door inner opening device state detection device adopts an electronic switch integrated in a door lock assembly, the vehicle rear moving object detection device can adopt an image sensor and is arranged on a vehicle rearview mirror, the vehicle rearview mirror can adopt a current common glass mirror rearview mirror or a current novel camera type rearview mirror, the camera type rearview mirror comprises a camera and a driving display screen, the camera is arranged outside the vehicle, the position of a scene at the rear of the vehicle can be conveniently acquired, and the acquired information is sent to the driving display screen, the driver can observe the scene behind the vehicle through the driving display screen, and when the camera type rearview mirror is adopted, the image sensor is arranged on the camera.
The signal processing unit is used for receiving the signal from the signal detection device and sending an instruction to control the state of the vehicle door locking device. Specifically, the signal processing unit analyzes the signal transmitted by the moving object detection device behind the vehicle, and judges whether the moving object has the possibility of collision with the vehicle door in the open state, if so, the signal is sent out to place the vehicle door locking device in the locking state, and the vehicle door is in the delayed opening protection mode: under the delayed opening protection mode of the vehicle door, a signal of the state detection device of the opening device in the vehicle door is input into the signal processing unit, if the situation that the state of the opening device in the vehicle door is continuously kept in an actuating state for more than 3 seconds (the signal processing unit can be set to have a timing function) is detected, the vehicle door locking device is placed in a non-locking state, at the moment, the vehicle door lock assembly meets the unlocking condition, and the vehicle door is opened; if the moving object does not collide with the door in the open state, the signal processing unit does not send a signal to the door locking device to place it in the locked state.
In this embodiment, the signal processing unit may further send an instruction to control a voice system of the vehicle, and in the delayed door opening protection mode, if the door opening device is in an actuated state, the signal processing unit sends a voice control signal to the voice system to prompt a person in the vehicle to pay attention to safety when the door is opened; in addition, a light-emitting device can be arranged, or a lighting device carried by the vehicle is utilized, and under the delayed opening protection mode of the vehicle door, if the opening device in the vehicle door is in an actuating state, the signal processing unit sends an instruction to control the light-emitting device or the lighting device carried by the vehicle to start, so that the personnel in the vehicle can be reminded to pay attention to the safety of opening the door.
In order to facilitate special situations, the state of the vehicle door locking device can be controlled by a signal processing unit and can be switched through manual operation, for example, in the prior art, the locking state can be changed by manually shifting a shifting lever in a vehicle door.
Each door of the vehicle is provided with a door lock assembly, an in-door opening device, a door locking device and a signal detection device, the signal processing units can share one door, the signal processing units can independently control each door of the vehicle, and input and output signals between the doors are not interfered with each other, so that the use safety is improved.
When the automobile door opening detection device works, the detection signal is transmitted to the signal processing unit by the moving object detection device behind the automobile, and the signal processing unit receives the signal and judges whether the automobile door is likely to collide with the automobile door in an opening state. In this mode, the signal processing unit sends an instruction to place the door locking device in a locked state, and then receives a signal from the in-door opener state detection device. And if the vehicle door inner opening device is judged to be in the actuating state, sending out an acoustic signal to prompt personnel on the vehicle to pay attention to safety, starting timing for 3 seconds and continuously receiving a signal sent by the vehicle door inner opening device state detection device.
