Abstract

一种防菌墙壁开关外壳及其制备工艺,包括外壳本体,粘接在所述外壳本体上的防菌层;所述外壳本体为改性聚苯乙烯材质;所述防菌层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:滑石粉2‑3份,木松香1‑1.8份,灰锰氧0.5‑1.2份,氯化磷酸三钠1.5‑2.5份,聚芳香酯2‑8份,氯化聚乙烯5‑12份,甲基纤维素3‑5份。与普通墙壁开关外壳相比,本发明所提供的墙壁开关外壳通过在外壳本体外表面粘接一层防菌层,能够有效的防止细菌残留在开关外壳上,阻断细菌通过开关进行传播;同时本发明制备方法简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电器配件领域,具体涉及一种防菌墙壁开关外壳及其制备工艺。
背景技术
墙壁开关是安装在墙壁上使用的电器开关,是用来接通和断开电路使用的家用电器,人们对室内开关安全和便捷的追求也越来越高。现有的墙壁开关一般是由开关面板、开关盒体、开关按键和电连接件构成,开关按键一般都设计为光滑面,使得用户能轻易的按压开关,其便捷性也使得墙壁开关广泛应用在家庭、公共场合,由于人们手中一般会携带各种细菌,当不同人在使用开关后,会在开关上留下各种细菌,特别是公共场合,容易成为细菌传播的媒介,墙壁开关的卫生问题越来越引起关注。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种防菌墙壁开关外壳。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳,包括外壳本体,粘接在所述外壳本体上的防菌层;
所述外壳本体为改性聚苯乙烯材质;
所述改性聚苯乙烯是以丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯为基础的三组分所组成。
所述丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯质量比为2:1:3。
所述改性聚苯乙烯中还包括石棉纤维,通过添加石棉纤维增加外壳本体的耐火性。
所述防菌层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
滑石粉2-3份,木松香1-1.8份,灰锰氧0.5-1.2份,氯化磷酸三钠1.5-2.5份,聚芳香酯2-8份,氯化聚乙烯5-12份,甲基纤维素3-5份。
所述防菌层厚度为0.5-2.0mm。
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将组成外壳本体的改性聚苯乙烯在200-220摄氏度下融化并利用成形模具成形,得外壳本体;
2)按重量份分别称取组成防菌层的原料并混合均匀,在250-280摄氏度下融化,得熔融态防菌层;
3)在外壳本体冷却至50-60摄氏度时将熔融态防菌层倒入外壳本体上表面,冷却得到防菌墙壁开关外壳。
本发明的有益效果为:与普通墙壁开关外壳相比,本发明所提供的墙壁开关外壳通过在外壳本体外表面粘接一层防菌层,能够有效的防止细菌残留在开关外壳上,阻断细菌通过开关进行传播,防菌层中的灰锰氧掺混在聚芳香酯、氯化聚乙烯中,可以避免与有机物接触而失去杀菌作用,长时间保持高效杀菌效果,滑石粉可以改善开关本体与防菌层的力学性能,使两者更好的兼容,木松香可防止油污等杂质附着在开关外壳表面,铲除细菌滋生的环境;本发明制备方法简单,成本低。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳,包括外壳本体,粘接在所述外壳本体上的防菌层;
所述外壳本体为改性聚苯乙烯材质;
所述改性聚苯乙烯是以丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯为基础的三组分所组成。
所述丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯质量比为2:1:3。
所述改性聚苯乙烯中还包括石棉纤维,通过添加石棉纤维增加外壳本体的耐火性。
所述防菌层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
滑石粉2份,木松香1份,灰锰氧0.5份,氯化磷酸三钠1.5份,聚芳香酯2份,氯化聚乙烯5份,甲基纤维素3份。
所述防菌层厚度为0.5mm。
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳制备工艺,包括以下步骤:

滑石粉2.5份,木松香1.4份,灰锰氧0.8份,氯化磷酸三钠2份,聚芳香酯5份,氯化聚乙烯8份,甲基纤维素4份。
所述防菌层厚度为1.3mm。
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将组成外壳本体的改性聚苯乙烯在210摄氏度下融化并利用成形模具成形,得外壳本体;
2)按重量份分别称取组成防菌层的原料并混合均匀,在265摄氏度下融化,得熔融态防菌层;
3)在外壳本体冷却至55摄氏度时将熔融态防菌层倒入外壳本体上表面,冷却得到防菌墙壁开关外壳。
实施例3
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳,包括外壳本体,粘接在所述外壳本体上的防菌层;
所述外壳本体为改性聚苯乙烯材质;
所述改性聚苯乙烯是以丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯为基础的三组分所组成。
所述丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯质量比为2:1:3。
所述改性聚苯乙烯中还包括石棉纤维,通过添加石棉纤维增加外壳本体的耐火性。
所述防菌层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
滑石粉3份,木松香1.8份,灰锰氧1.2份,氯化磷酸三钠2.5份,聚芳香酯8份,氯化聚乙烯12份,甲基纤维素5份。
所述防菌层厚度为2.0mm。
一种防菌墙壁开关外壳制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将组成外壳本体的改性聚苯乙烯在220摄氏度下融化并利用成形模具成形,得外壳本体;
2)按重量份分别称取组成防菌层的原料并混合均匀,在280摄氏度下融化,得熔融态防菌层;
3)在外壳本体冷却至60摄氏度时将熔融态防菌层倒入外壳本体上表面,冷却得到防菌墙壁开关外壳。

所述防菌层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
滑石粉2-3份,木松香1-1.8份,灰锰氧0.5-1.2份,氯化磷酸三钠1.5-2.5份,聚芳香酯2-8份,氯化聚乙烯5-12份,甲基纤维素3-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防菌墙壁开关外壳,其特征在于:所述改性聚苯乙烯是以丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯为基础的三组分所组成。
3.如权利要求2所述的防菌墙壁开关外壳,其特征在于:所述丙烯睛、丁二烯及苯乙烯质量比为2:1:3。
4.如权利要求1所述的防菌墙壁开关外壳,其特征在于:所述改性聚苯乙烯中还包括石棉纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的防菌墙壁开关外壳,其特征在于:所述防菌层厚度为0.5-2.0mm。
6.一种防菌墙壁开关外壳制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将组成外壳本体的改性聚苯乙烯在200-220摄氏度下融化并利用成形模具成形,得外壳本体;
2)按重量份分别称取组成防菌层的原料并混合均匀,在250-280摄氏度下融化,得熔融态防菌层;
3)在外壳本体冷却至50-60摄氏度时将熔融态防菌层倒入外壳本体上表面,冷却得到防菌墙壁开关外壳。
