The stamp device unique to said seal according to claim 4, wherein: when the stamping device is used, a short message is sent to a stamping device manager through the SIM card, and meanwhile, information is reminded to the stamping device manager under the conditions that the cost of the stamping device is insufficient, a seal box needs to be replaced or seal oil needs to be added.

The stamp device unique to said seal according to claim 5, wherein: the use mode of the stamping device is an electronic seal mode or a physical stamping mode; the electronic seal mode can be used after the user of the stamping device is authorized to use and verify successfully, if the user of the stamping device is requested to be in a different place, the user can identify the user through the identity of an external management system and remotely call a digital certificate or a secret key or an electronic seal stored in an encryption chip of the stamping device after safety certification.
