Abstract
本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料属于包装材料领域,尤其涉及,包括高分子材料层,其高分子材料层的下部通过第一复合层与内面纸层复合,高分子材料层的上部依次为第二复合层、活性炭层、第三复合层和外面纸层。本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,主要采用纸、聚乳酸为主体材质,纸易于降解,聚乳酸能被微生物或在酸碱性水溶液介质中被降解为乳酸,并最终被完全分解成二氧化碳和水,对环境和人体不造成任何的污染与危害;同时,活性炭层具有吸附作用,从而能对有毒气体进行吸附,安全环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料领域,尤其涉及一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料。
背景技术
目前,人类面临两个难以解决的问题:环境污染和资源短缺。而造成环境污染的废弃物大多来源于包装材料。采用纸质的包装材料虽然易于分解,但是强度较差,极易损坏,强度相对较好的大多数合成高分子材料耐腐蚀性较好,在自然环境下又难以分解,造成严重的污染。目前对废旧包装材料的处理办法主要是土埋和焚烧,土埋浪费大量的土地;焚烧则会产生大量的二氧化碳及其他对人有害的氮、硫、磷、卤素等化合物,助长了温室效应及酸雨的形成。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对背景技术中存在的不足,而提供的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料。
本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,包括高分子材料层,其高分子材料层的下部通过第一复合层与内面纸层复合,高分子材料层的上部依次为第二复合层、活性炭层、第三复合层和外面纸层。
作为本发明的优选,所述的第一复合层、第二复合层和第三复合层均为粘性物质构成。
作为本发明的优选,所述的外面纸层上覆有不干胶美化层。
作为本发明的优选,所述的活性炭层的厚度为0.15mm-0.28mm。
作为本发明的优选,所述的高分子材料层为聚乳酸材质,内面纸层为牛皮纸层。
本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,主要采用面纸、聚乳酸为主体材质,在面纸的基础上增加高分子聚乳酸,提升了强度,使其适用范围相对较广,并且主体材质纸易于降解,聚乳酸能被微生物或在酸碱性水溶液介质中被降解为乳酸,并最终被完全分解成二氧化碳和水,对环境和人体不造成任何的污染与危害;同时,活性炭层具有吸附作用,从而能对有毒气体进行吸附,安全环保。

下面结合附图1对本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,包括高分子材料层1,其高分子材料层1的下部通过第一复合层2与内面纸层3复合,高分子材料层1的上部依次为第二复合层4、活性炭层5、第三复合层6和外面纸层7。
实施例2
本发明的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,包括高分子材料层1,其高分子材料层1的下部通过第一复合层2与内面纸层3复合,高分子材料层1的上部依次为第二复合层4、活性炭层5、第三复合层6和外面纸层7。第一复合层2、第二复合层4和第三复合层6均为粘性物质构成。外面纸层7上覆有不干胶美化层8,能够随时更换外部的美化图案。活性炭层的厚度为0.15mm-0.28mm。高分子材料层1为聚乳酸材质,内面纸层3为牛皮纸层。
聚乳酸是一种新型的对环境友好且性能优良的高分子材料。它所用的原料是天然产物乳酸,可以由玉米或薯类经加工成淀粉并经发酵大批量廉价制得。而聚乳酸本身又无毒、无刺激性,还具有很好的生物相容性和人体体内可吸收性,它在环境中能被微生物或在酸碱性水溶液介质中被降解为乳酸并最终被完全分解成二氧化碳和水,对环境不造成任何的污染。高分子材料层1能被微生物或在酸碱性水溶液介质中被降解为乳酸,并最终被完全分解成二氧化碳和水,对环境和人体不造成任何的污染与危害。活性炭层能对有毒气体进行吸附。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。
Claims (5)
1.一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,包括高分子材料层(1),其特征在于高分子材料层(1)的下部通过第一复合层(2)与内面纸层(3)复合,高分子材料层(1)的上部依次为第二复合层(4)、活性炭层(5)、第三复合层(6)和外面纸层(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,其特征在于所述的第一复合层(2)、第二复合层(4)和第三复合层(6)均为粘性物质构成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,其特征在于所述的外面纸层(7)上覆有不干胶美化层(8)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,其特征在于所述的活性炭层的厚度为0.15mm-0.28mm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种可自然降解的高分子包装材料,其特征在于所述的高分子材料层(1)为聚乳酸材质,内面纸层(3)为牛皮纸层。
