Abstract
The invention discloses a filter, which comprises a filter cartridge, a first filter assembly positioned in the filter cartridge, an air backwashing assembly used for cleaning the first filter assembly, a water inlet used for feeding raw water into the filter cartridge, a first water outlet communicated with the first filter assembly and used for discharging purified water, and a sewage outlet positioned below the filter cartridge and used for discharging backwashing sewage, and further comprises a backwashing concentration assembly used for concentrating backwashing sewage. Because the backwashing concentration assembly is arranged in the filter cylinder, the backwashing wastewater can be further concentrated, and the treatment capacity of equipment is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of filtering equipment, in particular to a filter.
Background
Usually, the filter element of the filter is slowly plugged with impurities in raw water after a period of operation, so that the filter element of the filter needs to be cleaned and maintained at regular time.
At present, the filter equipment for cleaning the filter element by means of air flow backwashing has the advantages of disassembling-free cleaning, water saving, simplicity in operation and the like. The working principle is that gas is introduced into the filter box body of the filter element, impurities blocked on the filter element are flushed away by using the backwashing force of the gas, and sewage containing the impurities is discharged through a sewage outlet on the filter element.
The backwash sewage is sewage which cannot be treated by the filtering equipment at last and can be collected only by adopting a recycling bin, and although the backwash sewage generated by the air flow backwash device is far less than that generated by the water washing device, the backwash sewage which cannot be treated is still more.
Thus, there is an urgent need for a filter capable of further reducing backwash wastewater.

Preferably, the backwashing concentration assembly comprises a concentration cavity which is hollow in the filter cylinder and is provided with an opening at the lower part, a second filter assembly which is arranged in the concentration cavity, and a second water outlet which is communicated with the second filter assembly and is used for discharging purified water.
Further preferably, the opening of the concentration chamber is located at the bottom of the filter cartridge.
Further preferably, when the air backwashing component works, the water inlet, the first water outlet and the sewage outlet are closed, the second water outlet is opened, the air backwashing component is filled with air to backwash the first filtering component, the pressure in the filter cylinder is increased, backwash sewage is pressed into the concentrating cavity from the opening, the water is filtered by the second filtering component and discharged from the second water outlet, when the liquid level in the filter cylinder is level with the opening, the air backwashing component stops filling air, and meanwhile, the air is filled from the second water outlet, the sewage outlet is opened, and concentrated backwash sewage is discharged.
Further preferably, the second filtering component comprises a filtering pipe with the upper end communicated with the lower end of the second water outlet and a plurality of through holes distributed on the periphery of the lower end of the second water outlet, and a ceramic filter element sleeved on the filtering pipe.
Further preferably, the bottom surface of the filter cartridge is an inverted conical surface, and the opening of the concentration cavity is positioned in the middle of the filter cartridge.
Further preferably, the concentration chamber is a tube chamber of a siphon tube with an upper seal and a lower opening.
Further preferably, the siphon tube is vertically disposed, and an upper portion thereof is fixedly disposed on the cover body of the filter cartridge.
Further preferably, a fixing frame for fixing the lower end of the siphon tube is arranged at the bottom of the filter cylinder.
Preferably, a pressure gauge for detecting the internal pressure of the filter cartridge is arranged on the filter cartridge.

referring to fig. 1, a filter comprises a filter cartridge 1, a first filter assembly 2 positioned in the filter cartridge 1, an air backwashing assembly for cleaning the first filter assembly 2, a water inlet 3 for feeding raw water into the filter cartridge 1, a first water outlet 4 communicated with the first filter assembly 2 for discharging purified water, and a drain outlet 5 positioned below the filter cartridge 1 for discharging backwashing sewage, and a backwashing concentration assembly for concentrating backwashing sewage.
The backwashing concentration assembly comprises a concentration cavity which is arranged in the filter cylinder 1 and is hollow, the lower part of the concentration cavity is provided with an opening, a second filter assembly 6 which is arranged in the concentration cavity, and a second water outlet 7 which is communicated with the second filter assembly 6 and is used for discharging purified water.
In this embodiment, the first filter assembly 2 is a filter element assembly, which includes a plurality of filter element units extending in the up-down direction and having hollow cavities, the upper ends of the filter element units are provided with liquid discharge ports communicated with the first water outlet 4, the lower ends of the filter element units are provided with air inlets connected with an air backwashing assembly, and during backwashing, air is introduced into the filter element units from the air inlets and reversely backflushes impurities attached to the filter element units.
The opening of the concentration chamber is located at the bottom of the cartridge 1. When the air backwashing component works, the water inlet 3, the first water outlet 4 and the sewage outlet 5 are closed, the second water outlet 7 is opened, the air backwashing component is used for introducing air into the first filtering component 2 for backwashing, impurities on the first filtering component 2 are backwashed and enter the filter cartridge 1 to be mixed with raw water in the filter cartridge 1 to form backwash sewage, the pressure in the filter cartridge 1 is increased due to the introduction of the air, the backwash sewage is pressed into the concentration cavity from the opening, the water is filtered through the second filtering component 6 and discharged from the second water outlet 7, when the liquid level in the filter cartridge 1 is level with the opening, the air backwashing component is stopped to be introduced, and meanwhile, the air is filled from the second water outlet 7, the sewage outlet 5 is opened, and the concentrated backwash sewage is discharged.
The second filter assembly 6 comprises a filter tube 61 with the upper end communicated with the lower end of the second water outlet 7 and the closed periphery provided with a plurality of through holes and a ceramic filter element 62 sleeved on the filter tube 61.
The bottom surface of the filter cylinder 1 is an inverted conical surface, the opening of the concentration cavity is positioned in the middle of the filter cylinder 1, the inverted conical surface is beneficial to collecting backwash sewage during backwashing, the amount of the backwash sewage entering the concentration cavity is increased, and simultaneously the backwash sewage is discharged more easily.
The concentration cavity is a pipe cavity of a siphon pipe 8 with an upper sealed lower opening. The siphon pipe 8 is a polytetrafluoroethylene siphon pipe, the siphon pipe 8 is vertically arranged, and the upper part of the siphon pipe is fixedly arranged on the cover body of the filter cartridge 1. The bottom of the filter cartridge 1 is provided with a fixing frame 9 for fixing the lower end of the siphon tube 8, the top of the fixing frame is provided with a locking cap 11, and the locking cap 11 locks the second filter assembly 6 and the siphon tube 8 with each other.
Referring to fig. 4, the first filter assembly 2, the backwash concentration assembly and the air backwash assembly are fixedly connected with the cover body of the filter cartridge 1, the cover body of the filter cartridge 1 is detachably connected with the cylinder body of the filter cartridge 1, and when the cover body is opened, the first filter assembly 2 and the backwash concentration assembly can be conveniently overhauled.
The filter cartridge 1 is provided with a pressure gauge 10 for detecting the pressure inside the filter cartridge 1.
