Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种混合自动重传反馈的获取方法、装置以及通信系统。该获取方法包括:在非授权频段的次服务小区上的某一上行子帧中发送上行数据;在发送所述上行数据时将用于记录所述上行数据传输的反馈状态的变量设为ACK;确定与所述上行子帧所对应的下行子帧;以及在所述非授权频段的次服务小区上与所述上行子帧相应的下行子帧中解码PDCCH,而不解码PHICH。通过本发明实施例,用户设备在非授权频段的服务小区上发送上行数据之后,即使基站需要发送PHICH的子帧被其他系统占用,也能保证用户设备正确地进行上行传输。
