背景技术

图4示出了结合手持钻402体现本发明的所要求保护的设备401的透视图。手持钻402是提供旋转的装置的示例,但是可以使用任何其它装置,例如电动螺丝刀。在现有技术中,即,用于提供旋转的装置通常是能够以600-1100/分钟转操作的手持钻。因此,必须结合现有技术的混合设备使用能够以高速操作的手持钻。相比之下,本发明中体现的工具可以与能够以仅仅200-300转/分钟的速度操作的手持钻结合使用。因此,能够以低得多的速度操作的钻可以与本发明中实施的改进的混合工具结合使用。有利地,当使用较低速度的钻时,能够混合较小的量。当仅需要少量时,这导致更少的灰浆浪费。

图5示出了所要求保护的设备的另一透视图体现本发明。在所示的实施例中,工具501具有两个特征,这两个特征用于防止在混合期间灰浆(或被混合的其它材料)在装置上向上移动。这些特征是减少混合期间混乱的产生和减少从混合容器中损失的产品量的重要特征。
轴环502紧邻所述至少两个臂,并且包括围绕主轴的成角度的深凹槽通道。通道的角度帮助将向上移动的材料驱动到通道中,然后再次落回到容器中。
螺旋状颈部503在轴上更靠近近端并且紧邻轴环502。螺旋状颈部503因此位于轴环502和叶片(在此未示出)之间。螺旋状颈部503包括逆时针螺旋,因此当钻(未示出)使轴沿顺时针方向旋转时,沿轴上升的任何松散材料在涡流下被驱动回来。因此,逆时针螺旋构造成与轴旋转的方式相反的方向。在所示的实施例中,螺旋状颈部包括三个完整的螺旋。然而,在替代的实施例中,可以存在少于三个或多于三个的螺旋。

图6示出了体现本发明的所要求保护的设备的另一透视图。轴601的端部(与具有用于手持钻的附接点的端部相对)包括至少两个臂。在所示的实施例中,确切地有两个臂602以与轴601成45度的角度固定。当手持钻(本文中未示出)在操作时,臂602能够向外扩展而达到最大角度90度。在大约200转/分钟的较低速度下,臂602保持在它们相对于主轴45度的静止位置。在大约400转/分钟的较高速度下,臂打开以从轴达到90度的最大角度。
由于臂602仅以大约400转/分钟的速度完全打开,因此在较低速度下在电动机上存在减小的负载,这延长了电动机(例如手持钻(图6中未示出)中的电动机)的潜在寿命。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于混合容器的内容物的设备,所述设备包括:
旋转轴,该旋转轴在近端配备有用于可移除地附接到提供旋转的装置的连接件,所述旋转轴具有混合元件,所述混合元件固定地连接在所述旋转轴的与所述近端相对的远端处,
所述混合元件包括:位于所述旋转轴的最远端处的至少两个臂;位于所述旋转轴上的螺旋状颈部;以及在所述旋转轴上定位在所述至少两个臂和所述螺旋状颈部之间的轴环,
其中,所述至少两个臂被配置在第一部分打开的静止位置,并且能够移动到第二完全打开的操作位置,并且
所述混合元件还包括叶片,所述叶片穿过所述旋转轴定位成比所述螺旋状颈部更靠近近端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述提供旋转的装置是手持钻或电动螺丝刀。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述旋转轴是六角形轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述至少两个臂均被配置成环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,每个所述环均包括位于至少一个表面上的脊状区域。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中,每个所述环均包括位于至少一个内表面上和至少一个外表面上的脊状区域。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述混合元件由柔性材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述轴环包括围绕所述旋转轴的成角度的凹槽通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述螺旋状颈部包括沿逆时针方向延伸的至少一个螺旋螺纹。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述螺旋状颈部包括沿逆时针方向延伸的三个螺旋螺纹。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述至少两个臂在与所述旋转轴成45°的部分打开的静止位置中连接到所述旋转轴。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其中,所述至少两个臂被配置为在旋转时打开到与所述旋转轴成90°的完全打开的操作位置。
13.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述叶片以90°的角度固定地连接到所述旋转轴。
14.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述叶片当处于它们的完全打开的操作位置时在长度上不延伸超过所述至少两个臂。
15.根据权利要求1所述的设备,该设备还包括手持钻或电动螺丝刀。
