本发明公开了一种变压器中隔离开关结构,包括竖向设置的开关座,开关座右侧面上端设有静触头,静触头连接有静触头接线端子,开关座中间设有左右贯通开关座的通孔,动触头上端与静触头电接触,动触头中间转动安装在通孔内,动触头下端与开关座下端的导电体左端电接触,导电体右端连接有动触头接线端子。本发明可断开动触头与负载,即使动触头存在电弧和残留电流,也不会使负载带电,提高了安全性。

本发明涉及变压器领域,具体是一种变压器中隔离开关结构。
背景技术
变压器是利用电磁感应的原理来改变交流电压的装置,主要构件是初级绕组、次级绕组和铁芯,其中初级绕组、次级绕组的线端需连接接线柱,通过接线柱与其他设备连接。变压器中利用隔离开关实现变压器与负载之间电路的通断,隔离开关中静触头接线端子连接变压器,动触头接线端子连接负载,动触头可转动至与静触头电连接或脱离静触头。现有技术隔离开关当动触头脱离静触头时,动触头仍然通过动触头接线端子与负载连接,若动、静触头之间存在电弧,或动触头存在残留电流时,仍会使负载带电,存在安全隐患。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种变压器中隔离开关结构,以解决现有技术变压器中隔离开关动、静触头分离时存在安全隐患的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种变压器中隔离开关结构,其特征在于:包括竖向设置的开关座,开关座右侧面上端设有L形的静触头,静触头通过L形竖直部安装在开关座正面,且静触头的L形竖直部连接有静触头接线端子,开关座中间设有左右贯通开关座的通孔,还包括动触头,动触头上端与静触头电接触,动触头下端向左90度弯曲并穿过开关座的通孔伸向开关座左侧后,再向下90度弯曲,动触头位于开关座通孔内部分通过中心轴沿前后方向的转轴转动安装在通孔内,所述开关座下端设有导电体,导电体左、右端分别从开关座对应侧穿出,动触头下端与导电体左端电接触,导电体右端连接有动触头接线端子。
所述的一种变压器中隔离开关结构,其特征在于:开关座通孔内的转轴前、后端分别转动安装在绝缘轴承中。
本发明中,当动触头转动从而使上端脱离静触头时,动触头下端同样从导电体脱离,从而断开动触头与动触头接线端子之间的电连接,进而断开动触头与负载,即使动触头存在电弧和残留电流,也不会使负载带电,提高了安全性。

如图1所示,一种变压器中隔离开关结构,包括竖向设置的开关座1,开关座1右侧面上端设有L形的静触头2,静触头2通过L形竖直部安装在开关座1正面,且静触头2的L形竖直部连接有静触头接线端子3,开关座1中间设有左右贯通开关座的通孔4,还包括动触头5,动触头5上端与静触头2电接触,动触头5下端向左90度弯曲并穿过开关座1的通孔4伸向开关座1左侧后,再向下90度弯曲,动触头5位于开关座1通孔4内部分通过中心轴沿前后方向的转轴6转动安装在通孔4内,开关座1下端设有导电体7,导电体7左、右端分别从开关座1对应侧穿出,动触头5下端与导电体7左端电接触,导电体7右端连接有动触头接线端子8。开关座1通孔4内的转轴6前、后端分别转动安装在绝缘轴承9中。

1.一种变压器中隔离开关结构,其特征在于:包括竖向设置的开关座,开关座右侧面上端设有L形的静触头,静触头通过L形竖直部安装在开关座右侧面,且静触头的L形竖直部连接有静触头接线端子,开关座中间设有左右贯通开关座的通孔,还包括动触头,动触头上端与静触头电接触,动触头下端向左90度弯曲并穿过开关座的通孔伸向开关座左侧后,再向下90度弯曲,动触头位于开关座通孔内的部分通过中心轴沿前后方向的转轴转动安装在通孔内,所述开关座下端设有导电体,导电体左、右端分别从开关座对应侧穿出,动触头下端与导电体左端电接触,导电体右端连接有动触头接线端子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器中隔离开关结构,其特征在于:开关座通孔内的转轴前、后端分别转动安装在绝缘轴承中。
