Description

Supporting device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a supporting device for processing lens shading sheets, in particular to a supporting device for shading and cleaning a mobile phone lens shading sheet or a spacer.
Background
Digital cameras and cellular phones with digital cameras have rapidly become widespread, and cameras used therein are also continuously improving. In the field of photography or imaging technology, one of important technologies is to remove unnecessary incident light or stray light to prevent ghosting from occurring in a captured image and to prevent distortion of a captured picture. Under strong light irradiation, the light entering the lens is difficult to be completely absorbed, and part of the light is reflected. The reflected light is further reflected or refracted and then is incident on the image sensor to generate glare, which causes imaging blurring, such as generation of ghost and other defects.
Flare is a phenomenon in which a part of a screen is white light, and is likely to occur particularly when incident light is strongly incident, such as when a camera is directed to a light source. The ghost refers to a phenomenon in which an object appears at a different position from a position where the object actually appears due to multiple reflection of incident light or the like.
To avoid or eliminate these drawbacks, a light-shielding sheet is generally provided between lenses in the imaging lens. The lens shading sheet plays a role in eliminating stray light and blocking stray light. However, if the lens shade or the lens spacer is not subjected to the extinction process due to the processing process, the lens may generate a flare phenomenon after being assembled into the lens, thereby affecting the photographing effect.
In general, the light-shielding sheets are subjected to a matting treatment by stringing the light-shielding sheets on a copper wire and then putting the strung light-shielding sheets into a matting apparatus for etching treatment. Usually, many strings of anti-dazzling screens are put into a delustering device for processing at the same time, so that copper wires strung with anti-dazzling screens are easy to intertwine and knot. In order to avoid the situation, a small number of the anti-dazzling screens which are connected in series can be processed at one time, the copper wires are cut off after extinction is completed, and the anti-dazzling screens are placed in a cleaning cage for cleaning. The labor intensity of corrosion and cleaning is high, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a supporting device capable of carrying out batch extinction processing on the shading sheets.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a supporting device for processing a lens shade, comprising:

According to the invention, the bracket main body is provided with a connecting rod through hole for fixing the connecting rod and a connecting hole for fixing the supporting block.
According to the present invention, it further comprises:
a support block detachably connected with the bracket main body;
the supporting longitudinal rod is detachably connected with the supporting block;
and the supporting transverse rod is detachably connected with the supporting longitudinal rod and is used for supporting the fixing column.
According to the invention, the fixing posts are fixed to the supporting cross-bar at intervals.
According to the invention, the supporting longitudinal bars and the connecting bars are arranged parallel to each other, and the supporting transverse bars and the connecting bars are arranged perpendicular to each other.
According to the invention, the support comprises at least two support main bodies which are arranged in parallel, each support main body is provided with at least three support cross bars which are arranged in parallel, and the length of each support cross bar is reduced progressively.
The supporting device is provided with fixing columns, workpieces to be processed, such as a light shading sheet or a lens spacer, are threaded into strings by wires (such as copper wires), two ends of the wires in which the workpieces to be processed are strung are wound on the fixing columns, and then corresponding processing such as extinction and cleaning is carried out. Therefore, the two ends of the wire are respectively fixed on the fixing columns, so that the workpiece to be processed is placed orderly, and the workpiece bunches are parallel to each other and cannot be knotted or wound. After one process step, for example a matting process, the next process step, for example a cleaning process, can be carried out without removing the strung workpiece. This simplifies the steps of processing the workpiece to be processed, simplifies the operation, and improves the work efficiency. Furthermore, since a plurality of fixing posts can be provided in the supporting device, a plurality of strings of workpieces, for example, seventy strings of workpieces can be processed simultaneously.
The supporting device according to the invention is simple in construction and the connections between the parts can be detachable. The square frame composed of the supporting transverse rods and the supporting longitudinal rods can be conveniently and quickly assembled and disassembled on the support main body, so that workpieces can be conveniently arranged and disassembled on the fixing columns in a stringing mode, interference of the support main body is avoided, working efficiency is improved, and time is saved. Meanwhile, the detachable structure facilitates independent maintenance operation on parts which are damaged independently or need to be repaired in the using process without replacing the whole equipment.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a support device according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the supporting device mainly comprises two stand bodies 1 arranged parallel to each other. In the present embodiment, the holder main body 1 is a rectangular plate-like object. Of course, the stand body 1 may be a square plate, an isosceles trapezoid plate, or the like. A connecting rod 2 is arranged between the bracket main bodies 1. The links 2 are provided at four corners of the stand main body 1. In the present embodiment, the link 2 and the holder main body 1 are connected to each other by a bolt to form a detachable connection. Of course, other shapes or cross-sections of rigid material may be used for the connecting rod 2. For example, it may be a bar of rectangular cross-section or a plate. As long as rigid connection between the holder main bodies 1 is ensured while allowing liquid for matting or cleaning the light-shielding plate to smoothly flow between the holder main body 1 and the link 2.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the bracket body 1 is a square plate, and four corners of the bracket body 1 are connected with the connecting rods 2 through connecting pieces to form a supporting frame. In the present embodiment, the fixing posts 6 are provided at the upper ends of the bracket body 1 connected to both ends of the connecting rod 2. The fixing columns 6 are arranged at the upper end of the bracket main body 1 at equal intervals, and the arrangement mode of the fixing columns 6 at the upper ends of the bracket main body 1 at the two ends of the connecting rod 2 is the same.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a support block 3 is further provided. The supporting blocks 3 are arranged on the mutually opposite surfaces of the bracket main body 1 and are used for providing a fixed pivot for hanging the supporting device of the shade to be processed. As shown in fig. 1, a support block 3 is fixed to the holder body 1 by a bolt on the other side of the holder body 1. This fastening allows a detachable connection between the bearing block 3 and the holder body 1, which facilitates the removal and replacement of parts that may be damaged. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the bearing blocks 3 are arranged on the carrier body 1 in two opposite positions.
A vertical supporting rod 4 is provided between two supporting blocks 3 mounted on the opposing bracket bodies 1. The longitudinal support bar 4 is connected to the support block 3, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the longitudinal support bar 4 is fixed to the support block 3 by a pin or pin with a transition fit. The longitudinal support bar 4 and the support block 3 can also be detachably connected to each other, for example by means of screws. The function of the supporting longitudinal bars 4 is on the one hand to provide supporting points or supporting positions for supporting the supporting parts for supporting the workpieces to be processed or the gobos; on the other hand, the rigidity of the frame-type structure formed by the bracket main body 1 and the connecting rod 2 is enhanced, so that the frame-type structure is more stable and firm. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the vertical support bar 4 and the connecting rod 2 are arranged parallel to each other.
As shown in fig. 1, a support crossbar 5 is provided between the two support side rails 4. The two ends of the supporting transverse rod 5 are respectively detachably connected with the ends of the corresponding supporting longitudinal rods 4. The supporting longitudinal bars 4 and the supporting transverse bars 5 are connected to each other by bolts, for example. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the support rail 5 is provided in correspondence with a groove 101 on the side wall of the stand body 1. Since the side walls of the groove 101 are stepped and have a width decreasing from top to bottom (the top-bottom direction in fig. 1), the length of the corresponding support rail 5 decreases accordingly. The function of the support rails 5 is primarily to provide a support structure for the work piece or gobo to be processed.
As shown in fig. 1, the support bar 5 is provided with fixing posts 6. The fastening posts 6 are fastened vertically at a distance from one another to the supporting cross-bar 5. The distance between the fixed posts 6 is standard for subsequent operations, for example, the distance between the center lines of two fixed posts 6 is 15 cm. This distance facilitates the operator to wind and fix a wire, such as a copper wire or the like, for hanging the shade sheet on the fixing post 6. Since the length of the supporting cross rod 5 arranged from top to bottom is gradually reduced, the number of the fixing columns 6 arranged on the supporting cross rod 5 is gradually reduced. In one embodiment according to the invention, the shade to be processed is threaded through with a thread, and a total of seventy strings of shades can be suspended. Different numbers of strings of gobos can be suspended based on different numbers of support bars 5, different lengths etc.
In the present embodiment, the fixing posts 6 are fixed to the support rail 5 by interference fit. Of course, other fixing means, such as a detachable connection by a thread, or a connection by welding, etc., may be adopted.
Fig. 2 shows in a front view a particular embodiment of the stand body 1 in the support device according to the invention. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the outer contour of the holder main body 1 is rectangular. A groove 101 is provided along one long side of the rectangle towards the other long side. Two opposite side walls of the groove 101 on the holder body 1 shown in fig. 2 converge or converge in a stepwise manner toward the center line of symmetry of the holder body 1, thereby forming three steps on the side walls. Of course, different steps may be provided according to the size of the light-shielding member to be processed and the size of the holder main body 1. The number of steps may also be different, depending on the purpose of the invention. For example, only one step, or two steps, etc. may be provided. As shown in fig. 2, one long side of the groove 101 that faces the rectangle is open, i.e., the upper side in the drawing is an open side.
As shown in fig. 2, a through hole 106 is further provided in the holder body 1 for mounting the link 2. A connection hole 107 is also provided at a step edge of the side of the recess 101 for mounting a supporting device for suspending the light-shielding sheet to be processed. These through holes 106 or connecting holes 107 are respectively arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line of the holder main body 1. In other embodiments according to the present invention, these through holes 106 and connection holes 107 may not be provided.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a support block 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the support block 3 is provided with a hole 301 for interconnecting the support block 3 and the holder body 1. The connecting piece is connected with the hole 301 on the supporting block 3 through the connecting hole 107, so that the supporting block 3 is connected with the bracket main body 1. The holes 301 may be threaded holes so that the bolts are directly screwed in. The support block 3 is also provided with a connecting hole 302 for connecting the support block 3 itself and the vertical support bar 4 to each other. In the present embodiment, the connection hole 302 is a light hole. In other embodiments, it may be a threaded hole.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view showing a connecting rod 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The link 2 may be a link having a circular cross-section, or may be a link having a rectangular or other cross-section. As shown in the drawing, at both ends of the link 2, screw holes 201 are provided for coupling the link 2 to the bracket body 1.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a support rail 5 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the support rails 5 are respectively provided with through holes perpendicular to each other. The through hole 502 is used for mounting the fixing post 6. In the present embodiment, the through hole 502 is a light hole, and the fixing post 6 is fixed to the through hole 502 by interference fit. The through hole 502 may be a screw hole, and the fixing post 6 may be fixed to the support rail 5 by a screw. The fixing posts 6 may be directly welded and fixed to the support rail 5 without providing the through holes 502. In the present embodiment, the center lines of the through holes 502 are spaced apart by 15 cm.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the support crossbar 5 is further provided with a threaded hole 501 for connecting the support crossbar 5 and the support side rail 4 to each other.
Fig. 6 is a front view of a supporting side rail 4 according to the invention, in which the profile of the supporting side rail 4 is shown. The width of the two ends of the supporting longitudinal rod 4 is large, and the middle part of the supporting longitudinal rod is relatively narrow. This structure can reduce the weight of the support side rail 4 while ensuring sufficient strength. As shown, the vertical support bars 4 are also provided with vertical fixing holes 401, 402 for connecting the support blocks 3 and the horizontal support bars 5.
Fig. 7 is a front view of a fixing post 6 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the fixing column 6 is in a shape of a variable diameter cylinder and is mainly used for winding and fixing a thread rope, such as a copper wire and the like, for supporting the shade to be processed. In the present embodiment, the lower ends of the fixing posts 6 are fixedly inserted into corresponding holes in the support rail 5 and are connected to each other by interference fit. Other means of attachment such as threads may also be used.
Fig. 8 shows a state in which the supporting device is put into the wash basket 110 after the matte treatment is performed by putting the carrier gobos or the lens spacers into the etching solution using the supporting device for processing lens gobos according to the present invention. When the support device is placed in the cleaning basket 110, the positioning pins 111 on the cleaning basket 110 slide into the transverse sliding grooves 104 (shown in fig. 2) from the openings 105 of the transverse sliding grooves 104 on the bracket body 1, so that the support device is fixed in the cleaning basket 110, and the light-shielding sheets or lens spacers after the light-eliminating treatment are cleaned to remove the residual corrosive solution on the surfaces of the light-shielding sheets or lens spacers.
