Abstract
The invention relates to a waterproof press-riveting screw. A waterproof clinch screw comprising: the screw head is positioned at the head of the waterproof pressure riveting screw; the screw rod is connected with the screw head and axially extends to the tail part of the waterproof pressure riveting screw; the screw teeth are arranged on the peripheral ring of the screw rod. The end face of the screw head connected with the screw rod is provided with a plurality of tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies which are arranged concentrically from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies are arranged alternately in a convex-concave mode. The adoption sets up a plurality of concentric seal geometry on screw (bolt) head terminal surface for when being connected with the substrate fastening, can form the structure of class labyrinth with the substrate, and then can gain better water-proof effects, accord with the user demand. The waterproof pressure riveting screw has the advantages of good processing manufacturability, simple production process, simple structure and good universality, can realize the sealing and fastening between the waterproof pressure riveting screw and a base material without sealing rings, sealing glue, aluminum/copper sleeves and other auxiliary sealing pieces, and is simple to apply, efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly. The connection process is simple and the performance is reliable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fasteners, and particularly relates to a waterproof press riveting screw.
Background
Fasteners are a generic term for a class of mechanical parts used to fasten two or more parts (or components) together as a unit. The self-fastening fastener has the advantages of quick, efficient and reliable installation, convenient assembly, high pushing, pulling and twisting performance, wide application range of materials, specification serialization and the like, and is widely applied to connection of sheet metal parts.
Screws are one of the most widely used types of fasteners. With the continuous change and development of the use range and the use environment, more demands are also put on the screw. In particular, in some cases, it is desirable that the screw has a waterproof sealing function. The existing screw sealing and waterproofing methods are roughly of the following types:
1. coating sealant at the fastening connection part of the screw and the part;
2. riveting and sealing through interference fit of the screw and the part;
3. the screw is in threaded connection and sealing through interference fit of the screw and the part;
4. riveting the part by a sealing rubber ring between the screw and the part;
5. the screw connection of a sealing rubber ring is arranged between the screw and the part;
6. riveting by adding pure aluminum/copper sleeves (sheets and pads) between the screws and the parts;
7. the screw connection of pure aluminum/copper sleeve (sheet, pad) is added between the screw and the part;
8. mixing and sealing the above components.
These existing screw-sealing waterproof ways have the following disadvantages:
1. coating a sealant: the process is complicated, the construction is complicated, the labor condition is poor, the efficiency is low, the connection quality is unstable, and the like.
2. Interference fit: the hole and the shaft matched with the hole have the advantages of high processing difficulty, low efficiency and high assembly quality requirement.
3. Sealing a rubber ring: high cost, low efficiency, high assembly quality requirement and limited working temperature.
4. Adding a pure aluminum/copper sleeve: the processing difficulty of parts is big, the efficiency is low, the assembly quality requirement is high.
In the existing modes, certain waterproof grade and waterproof effect cannot be met according to the requirements of GB4208 protection grade (IP code) of shells and IEC60529 standard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waterproof press-riveting screw which is simple in structure, reliable in connection and good in waterproofness.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: a waterproof clinch screw comprising: the screw head is positioned at the head of the waterproof pressure riveting screw; the screw rod is connected with the screw head and axially extends to the tail part of the waterproof pressure riveting screw; the screw teeth are arranged on the peripheral ring of the screw rod. The end face of the screw head connected with the screw rod is provided with a plurality of raised tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies which are sequentially and concentrically arranged from the periphery of the screw rod to the outside.
Specifically, the plurality of tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies are circular and concentric with the axis of the screw rod.
Preferably, the edge of the end face of the screw head connected with the screw rod is also provided with a raised annular closed flange along the circumferential direction, a plurality of locking teeth are uniformly distributed on the flange along the circumferential direction, and the locking teeth extend along the radial direction of the flange and face the direction of the screw rod.
Further, the height of the flange is higher than the height of the toothed seal geometry.
Further, the flange is concentric with the toothed sealing geometry.
Preferably, the tooth shape of the toothed sealing geometry is trapezoidal.
The scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific combinations of the above-described features, and other embodiments in which the above-described features or their equivalents are arbitrarily combined are also intended to be encompassed. Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the adoption sets up a plurality of concentric dentate seal geometry on the spiral shell for when being connected with the substrate fastening, can form a kind of labyrinth seal's structure with the substrate, and then can gain better water-proof effects, accord with the user demand. The waterproof pressure riveting screw has the advantages of good processing manufacturability, simple production process, simple structure and good universality, can realize the sealing and fastening between the waterproof pressure riveting screw and a base material without sealing rings, sealing glue, aluminum/copper sleeves and other auxiliary sealing pieces, and is simple to apply, efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly. The connection is efficient and reliable.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a waterproof clinch screw includes:
the screw head 1 is positioned at the head of the waterproof rivet pressing screw 100;
the screw rod 2 is connected with the screw head 1 and axially extends to the tail part of the waterproof rivet pressing screw 100;
and the screw teeth 3 are arranged on the peripheral ring of the screw rod 2.
The end face of the screw head 1 connected with the screw rod 2 is provided with a plurality of protruding tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies 4. The plurality of tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies 4 are sequentially and concentrically arranged outwards from the periphery of the screw rod 2. The tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies 4 are circular and concentric with the axis of the screw rod 2. In this embodiment, the tooth shape of the tooth-shaped sealing geometry 4 is trapezoidal. Of course, other tooth shapes can be used for the toothed sealing geometry 4 for the sealing and water-proof effect.
The edge of the end face of the screw head 1 connected with the screw rod 2 is also provided with a raised annular closed flange 5 along the circumferential direction, the flange 5 is uniformly distributed with a plurality of locking teeth 51 along the circumferential direction, and the locking teeth 51 extend along the radial direction of the flange 5 and face the direction of the screw rod 2. 2. The screw rod 2 of the waterproof rivet pressing screw 100 is inserted into the unthreaded hole, and the screw head abuts against the surface of the substrate.
3. The waterproof rivet pressing screw is fixed on the base material in a pressing mode at the screw head, and the surface of the base material is deformed in a pressing mode to form a surface matched with the toothed sealing geometric body 4 and the flange 5.
4. Another substrate for mating fastening is in mating threaded connection with the screw 2 of the waterproof clinch screw 100, so that the two substrates are fastened together in relation to each other.
After the fastening operation, the tooth-shaped sealing geometric bodies 4 form a structure similar to labyrinth seal on the base material, so that the sealing performance of the waterproof clinch screw 100 is greatly improved, and the requirement of waterproofness can be effectively met.
Due to the arrangement of the locking teeth 51 on the flange 5, the waterproof rivet pressing screw 100 can be prevented from rotating with the base material in the using process, and meanwhile, the self-fastening of the outer diameter of the screw rod 2 and the outer diameter of the screw head 1 of the waterproof rivet pressing screw 100 is achieved. The water seepage caused by looseness of the base material and the outer side of the screw head 1 of the waterproof press-riveting screw 100 due to some reason can be effectively prevented. In this way, waterproof 100 is efficiently and reliably connected to the substrate, and the connected assembly can withstand excellent mechanical loads such as pushing, pulling, twisting, shearing, and the like.
Moreover, since the height of the flange 5 is higher than the height of the tooth-shaped sealing geometry 4, the waterproof performance is further improved
The invention can realize connection without special tools, and has simple and efficient installation process. The connection is realized at a certain pressure and a working stroke, and the high torsion resistance and the high push-out resistance are realized.
The invention is suitable for metal plates of steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy and the like. Generally, the hardness of the waterproof clinch screw is greater than the hardness of the substrate.
The terms of orientation, such as front, back, left, right, up and down, referred to above are defined in terms of the orientation of the waterproof clinch screw in normal use.
