Abstract
The invention discloses a rotary hinge mechanism for a drum washing machine door, which comprises a hinge seat fixed on a front panel of the washing machine, a hinge, a rotating shaft and a stop block, wherein the hinge seat, the rotating shaft and the stop block are fixed on the washing machine door, a lower support and an upper support are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the hinge seat, the rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through the lower support, the hinge and the upper support to rotatably arrange the hinge between the lower support and the upper support, the stop block is arranged on the upper part of the hinge seat, one end of the stop block is positioned above the hinge, the hinge contacts with the stop block when rotating to a set angle, and interference fit is realized among all components. When the hinge rotates to a set angle, the stop dog props against the hinge to stop the hinge, and the hinge is stopped when no external force acts due to interference fit among the components, so that the effects of preventing a clamping hand and a door from being knocked are achieved.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hinge base 10 and the hinge 20 are made of zinc alloy, the lower and upper bushings 31 and 32 are made of wear-resistant plastic, and the rotation shaft 40 is made of stainless steel; the diameter of the rotating shaft 40 is phi 4.990-phi 5.000mm, the diameter of the first mounting hole is phi 5.000-phi 5.012mm, the diameter of the second mounting hole is phi 4.980-phi 4.990mm, the diameters of the third and fourth mounting holes are phi 7.085-phi 7.095mm, the original outer diameters of the lower shaft sleeve 31 and the upper shaft sleeve 32 are phi 7.130-phi 7.150mm, the original diameters of the fifth and sixth mounting holes are phi 5.040-phi 5.060mm, the diameters of the lower shaft sleeve 31 and the upper shaft sleeve 32 which are made of wear-resistant plastics are reduced to be phi 4.980-phi 4.990mm after being extruded, and the interference of the lower shaft sleeve 31 and the third mounting hole and the upper shaft sleeve 32 and the fourth mounting hole are 0.035-0.5 mm, and the interference of the rotating shaft 40 which sequentially passes through the first mounting hole, the fifth mounting hole, the sixth mounting hole and the second mounting hole and the fifth mounting hole are also reduced to be 0.020-0.020 mm, and the interference of the rotating shaft 40 is also reduced to be 0.020mm; it can be obtained that the tightening force of the assembled third mounting hole to the lower shaft sleeve 31 and the fourth mounting hole to the upper shaft sleeve 32 is greater than the tightening force of the fifth and sixth mounting holes to the rotating shaft 40, and because the hinge seat 10 made of zinc alloy is harder than the lower shaft sleeve 31 and the upper shaft sleeve 32 made of wear-resistant plastic, the clasping force of the hinge seat 10 made of zinc alloy to the rotating shaft 40 is greater under the same interference, therefore, when the hinge 20 is forced to rotate, the lower shaft sleeve 31 is fixed relative to the third mounting hole, the upper shaft sleeve 32 is fixed relative to the fourth mounting hole and the rotating shaft 40 is fixed relative to the second mounting hole, and the rotating shaft 40 is rotated relative to the reduced-diameter fifth mounting hole and the sixth mounting hole, and because the rotating shaft 40 is in interference fit with the reduced-diameter fifth and sixth mounting holes, the hinge 20 can rotate only under the action of external force, and the hinge 20 is stopped without external force, thereby preventing the risk of hand clamping, door collision and the like. The torsion value of the rotary hinge mechanism for the drum washing machine door obtained by the preferred embodiment is 0.02 N.m-0.81 N.m.

the stop block is arranged on the upper part of the hinged support, one end of the stop block is positioned above the hinge, and the hinge is contacted with the stop block when rotating to a set angle;
the rotating shaft is in interference fit with at least one of the lower support and the upper support, the rotating shaft is also in interference fit with the hinge, and the binding force of the lower support and the upper support on the rotating shaft is different from the binding force of the hinge on the rotating shaft;
the rotary hinge mechanism further comprises a shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is arranged on the hinge, and the rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through the lower support, the shaft sleeve and the upper support to enable the hinge to be rotatably arranged between the lower support and the upper support.
