本发明公开了一种耐碱性乳胶涂料，在丙烯酸酯乳液中添加棕榈酸异丙酯和甲酸制成；所述棕榈酸异丙酯添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的10‑20%；所述甲酸添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的3‑5%；丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为40‑50%。本发明提供的乳胶涂料于质量浓度20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡24小时，无明显变化，耐碱性优异。

背景技术
建筑涂料不仅对建筑物有美化装饰作用，而且对建筑物能起到有效的保护作用。
但是，多数建筑涂料耐碱性能一般，不适用于一些碱性环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐碱性乳胶涂料。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现：
一种耐碱性乳胶涂料，在丙烯酸酯乳液中添加棕榈酸异丙酯和甲酸制成。
优选地，所述棕榈酸异丙酯添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的10-20%。
优选地，所述甲酸添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的3-5%。
优选地，丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为40-50%。
上述乳胶涂料在建筑中的应用。

实施例1 乳胶涂料及耐碱性
在丙烯酸酯乳液中添加棕榈酸异丙酯和甲酸制成，丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为45%，棕榈酸异丙酯添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的15%，甲酸添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的4%。
将上述乳胶涂料于质量浓度20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡24小时，无明显变化。
实施例2 乳胶涂料及耐碱性
在丙烯酸酯乳液中添加棕榈酸异丙酯和甲酸制成，丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为40%，棕榈酸异丙酯添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的10%，甲酸添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的3%。
将上述乳胶涂料于质量浓度20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡24小时，无明显变化。
实施例3 乳胶涂料及耐碱性
在丙烯酸酯乳液中添加棕榈酸异丙酯和甲酸制成，丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为50%，棕榈酸异丙酯添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的20%，甲酸添加质量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的5%。
将上述乳胶涂料于质量浓度20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡24小时，无明显变化。
