In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a guide cylinder 7, wherein the guide cylinder 7 is disposed in the housing 1, wherein the guide cylinder 7 defines an open-top receiving chamber, and wherein the filter element assembly 5 is disposed in the receiving chamber. Therefore, through the arrangement of the guide cylinder 7, the integrated waterway 40 is not required to be aligned when the filter element assembly 5 is installed, the filter element assembly 5 is placed into the guide cylinder 7 to achieve the purpose of automatic alignment, and finally the filter element assembly 5 is screwed on the integrated waterway 4, so that the assembly of the filter element assembly 5 is facilitated. It will be appreciated that when the cartridge assembly 5 includes a plurality of cartridges, the housing chambers should be plural, with the plurality of cartridges being disposed in a one-to-one correspondence within the plurality of housing chambers. In particular, guide cartridge 7 is supported on integrated waterway 4 to further facilitate assembly of cartridge assembly 5. More specifically, the top wall of the integrated waterway 4 is provided with a support groove 46, and the bottom wall of the guide cylinder 7 is supported in the support groove 46, thereby facilitating the assembly of the guide cylinder 7.
Further, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 8 are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the guide tube 7, and the reinforcing ribs 8 are stopped against the inner peripheral wall of the housing 1. Thereby not only improving the structural strength of the guide cylinder 7, but also improving the structural strength of the shell 1 and avoiding the concave phenomenon of the shell 1. More specifically, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 8 are distributed on the front surface of the guide cylinder 7. Optionally, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 8 are integrally formed with the guide cylinder 7.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the case 1 includes a front case 10, a rear case 11, an upper cover 12, and a lower cover 13, the rear case 11 being provided at a rear side of the front case 10 and defining a placement space with an open top with the front case 10, the upper cover 12 being formed in a flat plate shape, the upper cover 12 being detachably provided at a top of the placement space to cover the placement space, the lower cover 13 being capped on outer bottom walls of the front case 10 and the rear case 11, thereby making the case 1 simple in structure and having a certain waterproof property. Alternatively, the cross-section of the housing 1 is formed in an oblong shape, thereby improving the external appearance of the housing 1. Specifically, the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3 may extend into the housing 1 through the lower cover 13 and the bottom wall of the placement space to communicate with the integrated waterway 40, so that the housing 1 may have a certain waterproof performance. In some examples of the present invention, the top wall of the guide cylinder 7 supports the upper cover 12, so that the upper cover 12 can be prevented from being deformed by external force, improving the external appearance of the housing 1.
More specifically, the cross-sectional area of the upper portion of the housing 1 remains unchanged in the vertical direction. Therefore, when water is scattered on the shell 1, the water is prevented from being accumulated on the outer peripheral wall of the shell 1, so that the shell 1 has certain waterproof performance. In some examples of the invention, the cross-sectional area of the lower portion of the housing 1 gradually decreases in a downward direction. Thereby further facilitating the water scattered on the outer wall of the housing 1 to flow downstream to the bottom wall of the housing 1 to be separated from the housing 1, and improving the waterproof performance of the housing 1.
In a specific example of the present invention, the front case 10 is snap-fitted with the rear case 11, the upper cover 12 is snap-fitted with the front case 10 and the rear case 11, and the lower cover 13 is snap-fitted with the front case 10 and the rear case 11. Thereby improving the appearance aesthetic property of the housing 1 and reducing the assembly cost of the housing 1. Further, the housing 1 further includes a screw for fixing the lower portions of the front case 10 and the rear case 11, which is provided between the lower cover 13 and the front case 10/rear case 11, i.e., the lower cover 13 covers the outside of the screw, so that the assembling firmness of the housing 1 can be improved on the basis of ensuring the external beauty of the housing 1.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 1 further includes a middle partition plate 14, the middle partition plate 14 is disposed on the front surface of the rear housing 11, and the integrated water circuit 4 and the electric control unit 6 are disposed on the middle partition plate 14, so that by disposing the middle partition plate 14 as a carrier for components in the cleaning apparatus 100, phenomena of deformation of the rear housing 11, easy shrinkage, etc. due to complex structure can be avoided, and the appearance aesthetic property and structural strength of the housing 1 are improved. Optionally, the middle partition 14 and the rear case 11 are fixedly engaged with each other by a combination of snap-fit and screw-connection. Specifically, the intermediate partition plate 14 is provided with a support boss 140 for supporting the integrated waterway 4.
In some specific examples of the invention, a drain channel 18 is defined between the rear housing 11 and the middle barrier 14 in communication with the waste water outlet 41 and the waste water drain. Thereby making the structure of the housing 1 simple.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a wall panel 22 provided at the rear wall of the housing 1, the wall panel 22 being adapted to be fixed to a wall. Thereby facilitating the fixing of the housing 1 to the wall and ensuring the structural strength of the housing 1. In particular, the wall panel 22 may be secured to the wall of the bathroom by three expansion screws.
Specifically, the hanging wall plate 22 is provided with a clamping groove 220 with an upward opening, and the rear wall of the shell 1 is provided with a hanging piece which extends downwards into the clamping groove 220. That is, the purpose of fixing the housing 1 to the wall plate 22 is achieved by the engagement of the catching groove 220 and the hanging piece, thereby not only facilitating the fixing of the housing 1, but also preventing the water flow from entering the housing 1 because the hanging piece is downwardly extended into the catching groove 220. More specifically, a portion of hanger plate 22 is folded forward after being separated from the remainder to define a slot 220. In some examples of the present invention, two slots 220 are provided at the upper end of the wall plate 22, one slot 220 is provided at the lower end of the wall plate 22, the length of the slot 220 located below is greater than the length of the slot 220 located above, and three hanging members are respectively provided on the rear wall of the housing 1.
Further, the rear case 11 is provided with a stopper protrusion, and the front surface of the wall plate 22 is provided with a stopper protrusion 221 which is stopped against the stopper protrusion. Therefore, the hanging piece can be stopped on the inner wall of the clamping groove 220 through the cooperation of the stopping projection and the supporting projection 221, so that the cleaning instrument 100 is prevented from easily moving from bottom to top to be separated from the clamping groove 220, and the cleaning instrument 100 is prevented from falling off.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electronic control assembly 6 comprises: a solenoid valve assembly 60 for controlling the flow of the water outlet pipe 3, and a power supply module 62, the power supply module 62 being connected to the solenoid valve assembly 60. Preferably, the power module 62 is a battery. Thereby ensuring the electrical safety of the cleaning apparatus 100. Further, the solenoid valve of the solenoid valve assembly 60 is a pulse solenoid valve, so that the pulse solenoid valve does not need to consume power for a long time in both on and off states, and only positive and negative pulses are needed to control the solenoid valve to be opened or closed, so that the power consumption is very low. Alternatively, the solenoid valve assembly 60 is mounted on the integrated waterway 4, so that space can be saved greatly, and the internal space of the machine is more compact and the structure is more reliable.
Optionally, the power supply module 62 is a storage battery, and the housing 1 is provided with the charging interface 16. Thereby saving costs.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the electronic control assembly 6 further includes a temperature detecting device 63 for detecting the temperature of the water flow and a display module 64, wherein the display module 64 is provided on the housing 1 and connected to the temperature detecting device 63 to display the detection result of the temperature detecting device 63. Thereby increasing the functions of the cleaning apparatus 100 and improving the convenience of use for the user. It will be appreciated that the housing 1 is provided with a display window, and the display module 64 is provided on the housing 1 and is disposed opposite the display window. Alternatively, a display window is located on the front surface of the housing 1, thereby facilitating the user's observation of display data of the display window.
Specifically, the display module 64 includes a display board 640, a display circuit board 641, a rubber ring 642 and a display box 643, wherein the display board 640 is connected with the display circuit board 641 to display data, the display circuit board 641 is connected with the adapter board module 66, the display circuit board 641 and the display board 640 are disposed in the display box 643, one side of the display box 643 is open, the open side of the display box 643 is opposite to the display window, the rubber ring 642 is disposed on the periphery of the open side of the display box 643, and the rubber ring 642 abuts against the front inner wall of the casing 1 to seal the display module 64.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, a portion of the housing 1 is formed as a light transmissive display area with the display module 64 located on the rear side of the display area. Thereby, the waterproof performance of the housing 1 can be improved, and water drops are prevented from entering the housing 1.
Optionally, a temperature detection device 63 is provided on the integrated waterway 4 to detect the temperature of the water flow within the integrated waterway 40. Thereby facilitating assembly of the temperature detecting device 63 and saving space. Further alternatively, the temperature detecting means 63 may be a temperature sensor.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the electronic control assembly 6 comprises a flow meter 65, the flow meter 65 being connected in series to the outlet pipe 3. Therefore, the flowmeter 65 is connected in series with the water outlet pipe 3, so that the water passing through the flowmeter 65 is filtered water, no impurities exist, and the service life and reliability of the flowmeter 65 are greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the integrated waterway 4 is provided with a fitting hole 42 for fitting components, and the cleaning instrument 100 further includes a joint assembly 9 provided at the fitting hole 42. The components described above refer to elements mounted on the integrated waterway 4, and may be, for example, elements such as an electromagnetic valve, a temperature detecting device 63, and a flowmeter 65.
The joint assembly 9 includes: a fitting 90 and a snap ring 91, wherein the fitting 90 is provided at the fitting hole 42, at least a portion of an inner peripheral wall of the fitting 90 is formed as a first inclined surface 901, the first inclined surface 901 extending obliquely in a direction toward an outside of the fitting hole 42 and toward a central axis of the fitting 90.
The snap ring 91 is sleeved in the assembly joint 90 and is movably matched with the assembly joint 90, a matching protrusion 910 which is matched with or separated from the first inclined plane 901 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the snap ring 91, and the snap ring 91 is clamped on the outer peripheral wall of the component.
Specifically, when the component is required to be assembled on the integrated waterway 4, the component is inserted into the snap ring 91 from outside to inside, the snap ring 91 is driven to move inwards in the process of moving inwards of the component, the matching protrusion 910 is separated from the first inclined plane 901 or gradually separated from the first inclined plane 901 in the process of moving inwards of the snap ring 91, and the diameter of the part of the snap ring 91 provided with the matching protrusion 910 can be enlarged due to the existence of the first inclined plane 901, so that the insertion of the component is facilitated. When the component is pulled out from inside to outside, the component drives the snap ring 91 to move outwards in the pulling-out process, the matching bulge 910 is matched with the first inclined plane 901 in the outwards moving process of the snap ring 91, and the first inclined plane 901 generates extrusion force on the matching bulge 910 so that the snap ring 91 is tightly clamped on the component, and therefore the component cannot be pulled out. It will be appreciated that by providing the connector assembly 9 described above, components are conveniently assembled on the integrated waterway 4, and components can be securely positioned on the integrated waterway 4.
Alternatively, the fitting projection 910 may be a wire projection, and the fitting 90 may be fixed to the fitting hole 42 by ultrasonic welding.
Further, the joint assembly 9 further includes a seal 92, and the seal 92 is disposed in the assembly hole 42 and located inside the snap ring 91. So that the waterproof effect at the fitting hole 42 can be improved. Alternatively, the number of seal rings 92 may be two.
In the specific example of the present invention, the electric control assembly 6 is disposed in the electrical cavity, the electric control assembly 6 includes a solenoid valve assembly 60, a power supply module 62, an adapter plate module 66 and a display module 64, the solenoid valve assembly 60 is used for controlling the flow of the water outlet pipe 3 and is connected with the adapter plate module 66, the power supply module 62 and the display module 64 are respectively connected with the adapter plate module 66, the display module 64 is disposed opposite to the display area, and the power supply module 62, the display module 64 and the adapter plate module 66 are disposed on the inner wall of the casing 1. Thereby, the modular assembly of the electric control assembly 6 can be realized, so that the layout inside the shell 1 is reasonable.
Alternatively, the display module 64 is mounted on the front inner wall of the housing 1, and the power supply module 62 and the adapter plate module 66 are mounted on the rear inner wall of the housing 1. When the power module 62 is a battery, the patch panel module 66 includes a charging pad assembly.
In some examples of the invention, the power module 62 is located on the left side of the housing 1, the adapter plate module 66 is located on the right side of the housing 1, and the solenoid valve assembly 60 is located in the middle of the housing 1.
According to some embodiments of the invention, control keys for controlling the operation state of the electronic control assembly 6 are provided on the side wall of the housing 1. Specifically, the control keys may include a switch key 201 and a reset key 202, wherein the switch key 201 is used to turn on or off the electronic control assembly 6, and the reset key 202 is used to reset a program in the electronic control assembly 6 for calculating the service life of the filter element assembly 5, so as to clear the service life of the filter element assembly 5 in the electronic control assembly 6 after replacing the filter element assembly 5. Alternatively, the on-off key 201 and the reset key 202 are formed as convex hull structures, respectively.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the side of the housing 1 is provided with a connection port 15, and the connection port 15 is provided with a charging interface 16, a switch key 201 and a reset key 202. The switch key 201, the charging interface 16 and the reset key 202 are respectively connected with the electronic control assembly 6. Optionally, the charging interface 16 is a USB interface.
The cleaning apparatus 100 further includes a button cover 21, where the button cover 21 includes a body portion 210, a connection portion 211, an extension portion 212, and a positioning portion 213, where the connection portion 211, the extension portion 212, and the positioning portion 213 are respectively disposed on the body portion 210, the connection portion 211 is fixed on the housing 1, the body portion 210 is bendable relative to the connection portion 211 to open or cover the connection port 15, the extension portion 212 is extendable into or extend out of the charging interface 16, and the positioning portion 213 cooperates with the housing 1 to position the body portion 210 when the body portion 210 covers the connection port 15. Therefore, when the body portion 210 covers the connection port 15, the extending portion 212 extends into the charging interface 16 to seal the charging interface 16, and when the cleaning instrument 100 is not required to be charged, the button cover 21 can be used for covering the connection port 15 and the extending portion 212 can be used for sealing the charging interface 16, so that the waterproof effect of the cleaning instrument 100 is improved, and the use reliability of the cleaning instrument 100 is improved.
Further, a connection port 17 communicating with the inside of the housing 1 is provided in the connection port 15, and the connection portion 211 includes an elongated fitting portion 2110 and an anti-drop protrusion 2111 provided on the fitting portion 2110, the fitting portion 2110 and the anti-drop protrusion 2111 extending into the connection port 17, the anti-drop protrusion 2111 being stopped against the inner wall of the housing 1. Thus, the anti-falling protrusions 2111 are stopped against the inner wall of the housing 1, which not only facilitates the assembly of the connecting portion 211, but also prevents the connecting portion 211 from falling off from the connection port 17.
Optionally, there are two fitting portions 2110, and each fitting portion 2110 is provided with an anti-falling protrusion 2111. Thereby improving the fixing reliability of the button cover 21. Alternatively, the escape preventing protrusions 2111 are located on the side walls of the fitting portion 2110 in the width direction of the fitting portion 2110.
In some examples of the present invention, the inner wall of the connection port 15 is provided with a clamping groove, and the positioning portion 213 is a fastening portion that mates with the clamping groove. Thereby facilitating positioning of the body portion 210 of the button cover 21 on the housing 1 when closing the connection port 15.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the body portion 210 is a two-shot molded part, and the body portion 210 includes an ABS hard plastic part located on the inner side and a TPE soft plastic part surrounding the ABS hard plastic part. Thereby improving the service life of the body portion 210. Optionally, the extension 212 is a TPE soft plastic piece.
In some examples of the invention, one side of the body portion 210 is provided with an outwardly protruding handle portion 214. Thereby facilitating the user to flip the body portion 210 outwardly to open the connection port 15.
Preferably, when the body portion 210 covers the connection port 15, the outer peripheral wall of the portion of the body portion 210 where the handle portion 214 is not provided is flush with the outer peripheral wall of the housing 1. Thereby improving the external appearance of the washing apparatus 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the circuit assembly includes a power module 62, an adapter plate module 66, a display module 64, a solenoid valve assembly 60, a temperature detection device 63, and a flow meter 65, wherein the power module 62 is a battery and the solenoid valves of the solenoid valve assembly 60 are pulsed solenoid valves. When the machine is not powered off, it is in a standby state (low power consumption), and when there is water flow, the flowmeter 65 generates a signal, the system is activated, and the screen is lighted. In the case of machine activation, the temperature detection device 63 detects the temperature in real time, and the display module 64 displays the detection result. When the machine is charged, the default system is forced to be shut down, so that the safety of electricity consumption in the bathroom is ensured.

Claims (13)

1. A cleaning apparatus adapted to be connected to an outlet of a water heater and comprising:
the shell is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe;
the integrated water way is arranged in the shell, the integrated water way is matched with the shell to define a filter core cavity positioned above the integrated water way and an electric appliance cavity positioned below the integrated water way in the shell, and the integrated water way in the integrated water way is respectively connected with the water outlet pipe and the water inlet pipe;
the filter element assembly is arranged on the integrated water path and positioned in the filter element cavity;
the electric control assembly is arranged in the electric appliance cavity;
be equipped with the pilot hole that is used for assembling components and parts on the integrated water route spare, the cleaning instrument is still including establishing the joint component of pilot hole department, the joint component includes:
a fitting provided at the fitting hole, at least a portion of an inner peripheral wall of the fitting being formed as a first inclined surface extending obliquely in a direction toward an outer side of the fitting hole and toward a central axis of the fitting;
the clamping ring is sleeved in the assembly joint and is in movable fit with the assembly joint, a fit protrusion which is matched with or separated from the first inclined surface is arranged on the peripheral wall of the clamping ring, and the clamping ring is clamped on the peripheral wall of the component;
the joint assembly further comprises a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is arranged in the assembly hole and located at the inner side of the clamping ring.
2. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a waste water discharge port, the integrated waterway is provided with a waste water outlet located outside the integrated waterway, and the waste water outlet is in communication with the waste water discharge port.
3. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a guide cylinder disposed within the housing, the guide cylinder defining an open-top receiving chamber therein, the cartridge assembly being disposed within the receiving chamber.
4. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of ribs are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the guide cylinder, the ribs being stopped against the inner peripheral wall of the housing.
5. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electronic control assembly comprises:
a solenoid valve assembly for controlling the flow rate of the outlet pipe;
and the power supply module is connected with the electromagnetic valve assembly.
6. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the power module is a battery.
7. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the electrical control assembly further comprises a temperature detection device for detecting the temperature of the water flow and a display module provided on the housing and connected to the temperature detection device for displaying the detection result of the temperature detection device.
8. The cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the temperature sensing device is provided on the integrated waterway to sense a temperature of water flow within the integrated waterway.
9. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the solenoid valve assembly is mounted on the integrated waterway.
10. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electrical control assembly comprises a flow meter coupled in series with the outlet pipe.
11. The cleaning apparatus of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the housing comprises:
a front shell;
the rear shell is arranged at the rear side of the front shell and defines an open-top placing space with the front shell;
the upper cover is detachably arranged at the top of the placing space to cover the placing space;
the lower cover is covered on the outer bottom walls of the front shell and the rear shell, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe penetrate through the lower cover and the bottom wall of the placing space to be communicated with the integrated waterway channel.
12. The washer according to claim 11, wherein a cross-section of the housing is formed in an oblong shape, and a cross-sectional area of a lower portion of the housing is gradually reduced in a direction from top to bottom.
13. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filter element assembly comprises a first stage filter element, a second stage filter element, and a third stage filter element, the first stage filter element, the second stage filter element, and the third stage filter element are respectively disposed on the integrated waterway and connected to the integrated waterway, an outlet of the first stage filter element is in communication with an inlet of the second stage filter element through the integrated waterway, an outlet of the second stage filter element is in communication with one of an inlet of the third stage filter element and the water outlet pipe through the integrated waterway, and an outlet of the third stage filter element is connected to the water outlet pipe through the integrated waterway.
