Abstract

本发明涉及一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:1),沿H型钢构件的长度方向在构件的腹板中央等间距开孔;2),开孔后的H型钢构件平放在台模上,两端支边模板;3),从腹板向上的面上方处浇筑混凝土。本发明的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法可以实现一次浇筑、一次养护,减少构件制备的周期。

Description

一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种预制构件的施工方法,具体涉及一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,属于建筑构件施工方法技术领域。
【背景技术】
钢-混凝土部分组合构件是二十世纪八十年代欧洲提出的一种新型组合构件,其截面的基本型式是在H型钢构件1’的翼缘间填充混凝土2’,如图1所示。这种组合构件具有承载力大、刚度大、抗火性能好等优点,目前在国内还没有实际应用。
在制备钢-混凝土部分组合构件时常用的方法是将H型钢构件按腹板平行于地面的方式水平放置在台座上,在钢构件的两端支边模板,往腹板与翼缘间浇筑混凝土,待构件一侧的混凝土养护结硬后,翻转构件,再浇筑另一面。这种制备方法需要对一个构件进行两次养护混凝土,构件制备的周期较长。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种创新的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其可以实现一次浇筑、一次养护,减少构件制备的周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1),沿H型钢构件的长度方向在构件的腹板中央等间距开孔;
2),开孔后的H型钢构件平放在台模上,两端支边模板;
3),从腹板向上的面上方处浇筑混凝土。
本发明的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法进一步为:所述步骤1)中,开孔的大小和间距能调整。
本发明的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法进一步为:所述步骤3)中,在浇筑过程中,需震荡H型钢构件。
本发明的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法还为:所述H型钢构件的翼缘之间焊接有系杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.可以实现在H型钢构件腹板的单侧浇筑混凝土,浇筑后腹板两侧都能被混凝土包裹。
2.采用本方法,部分组合构件中的混凝土一次性浇筑完成,构件养护一次,与传统方法相比,构件总的养护时间减少一半。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图2至附图4所示,本发明为一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1),沿H型钢构件1的长度方向在构件的腹板2中央等间距开孔3;其中,所述开孔3的大小和间距能调整,使得开孔3适合混凝土流动。所述H型钢构件1的翼缘6之间焊接有系杆7,系杆7用于拉结翼缘6,以及约束内灌的混凝土。
2),开孔后的H型钢构件1平放在台模4上,使腹板2呈水平放置,两端支边模板5。
3),从腹板2向上的面上方处浇筑混凝土,浇筑过程中,震荡H型钢构件1,使混凝土通过开孔从腹板2上方流动到腹2板下方,实现单侧浇筑制备部分组合预制构件。

1.一种腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
1),沿H型钢构件的长度方向在构件的腹板中央等间距开孔;
2),开孔后的H型钢构件平放在台模上,两端支边模板;
3),从腹板向上的面上方处浇筑混凝土。

3.如权利要求1所述的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,在浇筑过程中,需震荡H型钢构件。
4.如权利要求1所述的腹板开孔浇注式部分组合预制构件的制备方法,其特征在于:所述H型钢构件的翼缘之间焊接有系杆。
