Abstract

本发明提供一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,包括切割基座、切割刀架、切割部、推送部;切割基座表面设有切割槽,与切割基座的一侧相连通,形成推送口;切割刀架包括安装支架、丝杠、滑杆、安装杆;安装支架为开口向下的U形架;丝杠与滑杆分别安装于安装支架中部与底部,丝杠中部还配合设有丝杠螺母,丝杠螺母两侧螺纹反向设置;安装杆顶端与丝杠配合连接,底端套设于滑杆表面,竖直向下设置;切割部以及推送部分别安装于两个安装杆的底。本发明能够根据具体尺寸要求实现对岩棉板的推送切割以及入料;切割效率高,切割产生的粉尘碎屑吸收率高,保持切割环境的整洁;结构新颖、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于岩棉板加工设备领域,具体涉及一种用于岩棉板的切割装置。
背景技术
在岩棉板生产过程中需要对其进行切割,以满足其尺寸要求,在切割过程中往往需要人工对岩棉板进行摆放,固定效果以及精度较差,导致切割出的岩棉板切口处不整齐,影响后续生产过程;同时切割岩棉板时产生的粉尘碎屑不能及时收集清理,也影响了岩棉板的收料。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种岩棉板切割装置是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种用于岩棉板的切割装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,包括切割基座、切割刀架、切割部以及推送部;切割基座的表面设有切割槽;切割槽与切割基座的一侧相连通,形成推送口;切割刀架包括安装支架、丝杠、滑杆以及安装杆;安装支架为开口向下的U形架,且竖直安装于切割基座的上方;丝杠以及滑杆的两端分别配合安装于安装支架的两侧中部以及两侧底部,丝杠中部还配合设有丝杠螺母,并且丝杠螺母两侧螺纹反向设置;安装杆的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母两侧,顶端与丝杠配合连接,底端套设于滑杆表面,并竖直向下设置;切割部以及推送部分别安装于两个安装杆的底部,切割部包括割刀片、切割杆、切割电机、传动齿轮以及切割齿轮;切割齿轮固定于切割杆的中部,并转动配合与安装杆的底部;切割电机竖直固定于安装杆的侧壁,其输出轴的末端竖直向下连接传动齿轮;传动齿轮与切割齿轮相啮合;割刀片均匀安装于切割杆的表面;推送部为推送杆;推送杆水平固定于安装杆的底部,并与切割槽的长度方向相垂直。
本发明提供了一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,由切割基座、切割刀架、切割部以及推送部组成,其中切割基座作为本发明的主体,对其他部分起到主要的支撑作用,切割基座的表面设有用于安放待切割岩棉板的切割槽,,并且切割槽的一侧与切割基座相连通,形成用于切割完成后出料的推送口。本发明中的切割刀架由安装支架、丝杠、滑杆以及安装杆组成,其中安装支架为开口向下的U形架,丝杠以及滑杆分别安装于安装支架的中部以及开口处,丝杠中部配合安装两侧螺纹反向设置的丝杠螺母,保证丝杠螺母在转动时,两侧的丝杠能够相反转动;本发明中的安装杆选择为两个,设于丝杠螺母两侧,顶端配合连接在丝杠上,底部套设于滑杆表面,并分别安装切割部以及推送部,该结构使丝杠螺母在转动时,切割部以及推送部在安装杆的作用下相互靠近,完成推送切割。
作为优选,割刀片至少为两个,并且其数量为偶数。
为了保证切割均匀,并且不影响本发明其他部件的正常运行使用,本发明中的割刀片选择设有至少两个,并且为偶数个。
作为优选,切割槽的内部两侧均匀开有吸尘孔;吸尘孔连通有吸尘电机。
作为优选,吸尘孔包括外吸尘孔与内吸尘孔;外吸尘孔呈喇叭状,并且其直径较大一端与切割槽的表面相连通;内吸尘孔为内球面状,其表面均匀设有吸尘通道;吸尘通道与外吸尘孔相连通。
本发明在切割槽的内部两侧均匀开有用于岩棉板切割时进行吸尘的吸尘孔,吸尘孔由外至内依次包括呈喇叭状的外吸尘孔以及内球面状的内吸尘孔,其中外吸尘孔直径较大一端位于切割槽的表面,该设计使得岩棉板切割产生的粉尘、碎屑能够在吸尘电机产生的吸力作用下,先由外吸尘孔直径较大一端吸至直径较小一端,能够有效提升吸尘速度,通过吸尘通道进入外吸尘孔进一步吸出。
作为优选,切割基座位于推送口一侧的下部还配合安装有入料装置;入料装置为入料皮带轮。
本发明在切割基座位于推送口的一侧下部还配合设有入料装置,并且入料装置选择为入料皮带轮,使得岩棉板完成推送切割后可直接通过入料装置精心入料。
本发明与现有技术相比,能够根据具体尺寸要求实现对岩棉板的推送切割以及入料;切割效率高,切割产生的粉尘碎屑吸收率高,保持切割环境的整洁;结构新颖、使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,包括切割基座1、切割刀架、切割部以及推送部。
切割基座1的表面设有切割槽2;切割槽2与切割基座1的一侧相连通,形成推送口;切割基座1位于推送口一侧的下部还配合安装有入料装置18;入料装置18为入料皮带轮;切割槽2的内部两侧均匀开有吸尘孔14;吸尘孔14连通有吸尘电机;如图3,吸尘孔14包括外吸尘孔15与内吸尘孔16;外吸尘孔15呈喇叭状,并且其直径较大一端与切割槽2的表面相连通;内吸尘孔16为内球面状,其表面均匀设有吸尘通道17;吸尘通道17与外吸尘孔15相连通。
切割刀架包括安装支架3、丝杠4、滑杆5以及安装杆6;安装支架3为开口向下的U形架,且竖直安装于切割基座1的上方;丝杠4以及滑杆5的两端分别配合安装于安装支架3的两侧中部以及两侧底部,丝杠4中部还配合设有丝杠螺母7,并且丝杠螺母7两侧螺纹反向设置;安装杆6的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母7两侧,顶端与丝杠4配合连接,底端套设于滑杆5表面,并竖直向下设置。
切割部以及推送部分别安装于两个安装杆6的底部,如图2,切割部包括割刀片8、切割杆9、切割电机10、传动齿轮11以及切割齿轮12;切割齿轮12固定于切割杆9的中部,并转动配合与安装杆6的底部;切割电机10竖直固定于安装杆6的侧壁,其输出轴的末端竖直向下连接传动齿轮11;传动齿轮11与切割齿轮12相啮合;割刀片8为4个,割刀片8均匀安装于切割杆9的表面;推送部为推送杆13;推送杆13水平固定于安装杆6的底部,并与切割槽2的长度方向相垂直。

1.一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,其特征在于:包括切割基座(1)、切割刀架、切割部以及推送部;所述切割基座(1)的表面设有切割槽(2);所述切割槽(2)与切割基座(1)的一侧相连通,形成推送口;所述切割刀架包括安装支架(3)、丝杠(4)、滑杆(5)以及安装杆(6);所述安装支架(3)为开口向下的U形架,且竖直安装于切割基座(1)的上方;所述丝杠(4)以及滑杆(5)的两端分别配合安装于安装支架(3)的两侧中部以及两侧底部,丝杠(4)中部还配合设有丝杠螺母(7),并且丝杠螺母(7)两侧螺纹反向设置;所述安装杆(6)的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母(7)两侧,顶端与丝杠(4)配合连接,底端套设于滑杆(5)表面,并竖直向下设置;所述切割部以及推送部分别安装于两个安装杆(6)的底部,切割部包括割刀片(8)、切割杆(9)、切割电机(10)、传动齿轮(11)以及切割齿轮(12);所述切割齿轮(12)固定于切割杆(9)的中部,并转动配合于安装杆(6)的底部;所述切割电机(10)竖直固定于安装杆(6)的侧壁,其输出轴的末端竖直向下连接传动齿轮(11);所述传动齿轮(11)与切割齿轮(12)相啮合;所述割刀片(8)均匀安装于切割杆(9)的表面;所述推送部为推送杆(13);所述推送杆(13)水平固定于安装杆(6)的底部,并与切割槽(2)的长度方向相垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,其特征在于:所述割刀片(8)至少为两个,并且其数量为偶数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割槽(2)的内部两侧均匀开有吸尘孔(14);所述吸尘孔(14)连通有吸尘电机。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,其特征在于:所述吸尘孔(14)包括外吸尘孔(15)与内吸尘孔(16);所述外吸尘孔(15)呈喇叭状,并且其直径较大一端与切割槽(2)的表面相连通;所述内吸尘孔(16)为内球面状,其表面均匀设有吸尘通道(17);所述吸尘通道(17)与外吸尘孔(15)相连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岩棉板的切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割基座(1)位于推送口一侧的下部还配合安装有入料装置(18);所述入料装置(18)为入料皮带轮。
