Claims (5)

1. An abrasive tool for cleaning welding pins for sanding to remove beads and residue from the welding pins, the abrasive tool comprising:
a grinding head for grinding the welding pin;
the grinding sleeve is matched with the grinding head;
with grind the cover and connect and block the mounting of solid bistrique, wherein:
the grinding head comprises a small end part and a large end part connected with the small end part, a grinding hole matched with the welding pin is formed in the grinding head, the grinding sleeve is provided with a cavity capable of accommodating the grinding head and a fixing part, a first through hole capable of exposing the small end part is formed in the grinding sleeve, a stepped part used for clamping and fixing the grinding head is arranged on one side, close to the first through hole, in the cavity, and the fixing part is connected with the grinding sleeve and fixes the grinding head in the cavity through the stepped part;
the side wall of the grinding sleeve is provided with at least one second through hole communicated with the cavity, the bottom of the grinding hole is provided with a third through hole communicated with the large end part, one side of the fixing piece close to the large end part is provided with a blind hole communicated with the third through hole, and the side wall of the fixing piece is provided with a fourth through hole communicated with the blind hole; the second through holes are communicated with the fourth through holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner;

The grinding tool of claim 1 wherein said grinding sleeve has a first threaded portion thereon and said mounting has a second threaded portion thereon for mating with said first threaded portion, said grinding sleeve and said mounting being threadably engaged to capture said grinding head within said cavity.
3. The grinding tool of claim 2 wherein said first threaded portion is an internal thread disposed in said cavity and said second threaded portion is an external thread disposed on said fixed member.
4. The grinding tool of claim 2 wherein the side of the grinding sleeve remote from the fixed member is provided with at least two mounting and dismounting holes for mounting or dismounting the grinding sleeve.
5. An abrasive tool system for removing curl and residue from a welding pin, the abrasive tool system comprising a grinder motor and the abrasive tool of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the grinder motor is coupled to the abrasive tool to rotate the abrasive tool.
