the left open steel wire rope (41) fixedly connected with the axial terminal mounting hole of the left scissor body (11-1) is wound and fixed on the right driving guide wheel set in a anticlockwise manner, and the left closed steel wire rope (42) fixedly connected with the radial terminal mounting hole of the left scissor body (11-1) is wound and fixed on the right driving guide wheel set in a clockwise manner.
