Preferably, in the above technical solution, the air inlet device further comprises an air vent pipe, wherein one end of the air vent pipe is connected with the air inlet connecting pipe, and the position where the air inlet connecting pipe is connected with the air vent pipe is located between the air inlet switch and the anti-backflow inner plug; the vent pipe is provided with a vent switch.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structure of a precision urine meter according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which includes a measuring cylinder 1, an outlet connection pipe 4, an anti-reflux inner plug 5, and an inlet connection pipe 8, and with reference to fig. 1, a capacity scale is provided on a wall surface of the measuring cylinder 1 for indicating the amount of urine stored in the measuring cylinder 1. The measuring cylinder 1 can be in a conical cup shape with a large upper part and a small lower part, and the measuring cylinder 1 can be provided with various specifications for selection according to the size of the capacity, so that the clinical selection according to the needs of the illness state is facilitated. For example, the measuring cylinder 1 is set to be 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 250ml and other different specifications according to the capacity, and for convenient and accurate reading, the minimum scale of the measuring cylinder 1 of 50ml and 100ml is 2ml, and the minimum scale of the measuring cylinder 1 of 200ml and 250ml is 5ml. Preferably, the material of the measuring cylinder 1 is polyvinyl chloride or high-pressure polyethylene. The metering cylinder 1 can be reused, and can be replaced for 1 time or used once in 7 days according to the requirements of an article disinfection and isolation system. The lower end of the metering cylinder 1 is provided with a metering cylinder outlet 3, and the upper end of the metering cylinder 1 is provided with a metering cylinder inlet 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1, one end of the outlet connection pipe 4 is connected with the outlet 3 of the metering cylinder, and the other end of the outlet connection pipe 4 is used for being connected with the drainage bag 7, an outlet switch 10 is arranged on the outlet connection pipe 4, when urine in the metering cylinder 1 needs to be discharged outwards, the outlet switch 10 is opened, the urine flows into the drainage bag 7, and then the urine is discharged intensively by the drainage bag 7.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is fixedly sleeved in the metering cylinder inlet 2, the upper part of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the metering cylinder inlet 2, and a gap is reserved between the lower part of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 and the inner wall of the metering cylinder inlet 2. The anti-backflow inner plug 5 is provided with an inner hole with an opening at the upper end, the lower part of the side wall of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is provided with a plurality of side holes 6 communicated with the inner hole, and urine entering the inner hole flows downwards into the metering cylinder 1 through the side holes and a gap between the lower part of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 and the inner wall of the metering cylinder inlet 2. Preferably, the side hole 6 is a circular hole with a diameter of 2-3 mm, preferably a circular hole with a diameter of 2 mm. One end of the inlet connecting pipe 8 is connected with the inner hole, the other end of the inlet connecting pipe 8 is connected with the catheter 9, and an inlet switch 13 is arranged on the inlet connecting pipe 8. By opening the inlet switch 13, the urine catheter 9 can guide urine discharged from a patient into the inner hole of the anti-reflux inner plug 5, and the urine finally flows into the metering cylinder 1. And the inner hole of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is communicated with the metering cylinder 1 through the side hole, so that the urine can be effectively prevented from directly flowing backwards.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the present invention preferably further includes a vent pipe 11, one end of the vent pipe 11 is connected to the inlet connection pipe 8, and a position where the inlet connection pipe 8 is connected to the vent pipe 11 is located between the inlet switch 13 and the backflow preventing inner plug 5, and a vent switch 12 is disposed on the vent pipe 11. Before using, there is negative pressure in the measuring cylinder 1, after opening the inlet switch 13, urine flows through the inlet connecting pipe 8 and the inner hole of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 in sequence, and then the ventilation switch 11 is opened, so that urine can smoothly enter the measuring cylinder 1 through the side hole 6 under the action of atmospheric pressure. And in the urine flow process, when the metering cylinder 1 is turned over due to the fact that the metering cylinder 1 moves or is carelessly swayed, urine in the metering cylinder 1 cannot flow back to the inlet connecting pipe 8 from the side hole 6 and the backflow preventing inner plug 5 due to the action of atmospheric pressure, and the urine can still be conveyed in the metering cylinder 1, so that the urine is prevented from being infected in a retrograde way. When the urine needs to be recorded, the inlet switch 13 is closed, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, the urine in the inlet connecting pipe 8 and the anti-backflow inner plug 5 can flow into the metering cylinder 1 completely and rapidly, so that inaccurate detection caused by the urine being accumulated in the inlet connecting pipe 8 and the anti-backflow inner plug 5 in a short time is avoided. When the inlet switch 13 and the ventilation switch 12 are closed and the outlet switch 10 is opened, urine in the metering cylinder 1 is discharged out of the drainage bag 7, and a certain negative pressure is formed in the drainage bag. Preferably, the outlet connecting pipe 4, the inlet connecting pipe 8 and the ventilation pipe 11 are all flexible pipes, the outlet switch 10, the inlet switch 13 and the ventilation switch 12 are all clips 10, and the on-off of each pipeline is controlled by opening and closing the clips, so that the use is very convenient.
With continued reference to fig. 1, further, the metering cylinder inlet 2 protrudes upwardly from the upper end of the metering cylinder 1 by a height of 3-5cm. The inner hole of the metering cylinder inlet 2 is in a conical hole shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is in a cylindrical shape, and the upper part of the anti-backflow inner plug 5 is in interference fit with the upper part of the metering cylinder inlet 2 so as to realize sealing. The inlet connection pipe 8 is inserted into the inner hole of the backflow prevention inner plug 5 by 1cm.
According to the invention, the metering cylinder 1 is additionally arranged between the catheter 9 and the drainage bag 7, the metering cylinder 1 can be controlled to collect and count the urine volume and discharge the urine volume in time by switching on and off the inlet switch 13 and the outlet switch 10, and the urine volume discharged by a patient in each time period can be directly obtained only by the scale reading of the metering cylinder 1 during the urine volume collecting and counting period, so that the urine volume of the patient can be accurately monitored. According to the invention, under the premise that a nurse does not need to wear gloves and pour urine in the drainage bag, the urine quantity value can be directly and accurately read from the metering cylinder 1, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the manufacturing cost is low, and the urine quantity can be accurately measured. The meter of the invention can also be used for measuring the drainage quantity of an operation mouth. The design and manufacture of the meter have remarkable advantages in the aspects of cost, metering accuracy, portability, operability, sensing control, satisfaction rate of patient care and the like, and are very suitable for popularization and application in sickrooms of primary hospitals.

1. A precision urine meter, comprising:
a measuring cylinder, the wall surface of which is provided with capacity scales; the lower end of the metering cylinder is provided with a metering cylinder outlet, and the upper end of the metering cylinder is provided with a metering cylinder inlet;
one end of the outlet connecting pipe is connected with the outlet of the metering cylinder, and the other end of the outlet connecting pipe is used for being connected with the drainage bag; an outlet switch is arranged on the outlet connecting pipe;
the anti-backflow inner plug is fixedly sleeved in the metering cylinder inlet, the upper part of the anti-backflow inner plug is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the metering cylinder inlet, and a gap is reserved between the lower part of the anti-backflow inner plug and the inner wall of the metering cylinder inlet; the anti-backflow inner plug is provided with an inner hole with an opening at the upper end, and the lower part of the side wall of the anti-backflow inner plug is provided with a plurality of side holes communicated with the inner hole; and
an inlet connecting pipe, one end of which is connected with the inner hole of the anti-countercurrent inner plug, and the other end of which is connected with the catheter; an inlet switch is arranged on the inlet connecting pipe;
the anti-backflow device comprises an inlet switch, an anti-backflow inner plug, an inlet connecting pipe, a vent valve and a valve body, wherein the vent pipe is further arranged, one end of the vent pipe is connected with the inlet connecting pipe, and the position where the inlet connecting pipe is connected with the vent pipe is located between the inlet switch and the anti-backflow inner plug; the vent pipe is provided with a vent switch;
wherein the outlet connection pipe, the inlet connection pipe and the vent pipe are all hoses, and the outlet switch, the inlet switch and the vent switch are all clips;
the inner hole of the metering cylinder inlet is in a conical hole shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, and the anti-backflow inner plug is cylindrical.
2. The precision urine meter according to claim 1, wherein the side hole is a circular hole having a diameter of 2 to 3 mm.
