Abstract
The invention discloses an assembly structure of a lens and a base, which comprises the lens and the base, wherein a slope track arranged along the circumferential direction is arranged on the end surface of the tail end of the base, the slope track is provided with a guide surface which gradually inclines along the extending direction of the slope track, a boss is arranged on the periphery of a lens barrel of the lens, and the boss is provided with a sliding part in sliding fit with the slope track. When the camera module is assembled, the lens is placed on the base, the sliding part is matched with the slope track, then the lens and the base rotate relatively, and the guide surface is obliquely arranged, so that the adjustment of the relative position of the lens and the base in the axial direction is completed in the rotating process, and the thread-free focusing function of the lens is realized. Compared with the existing assembly structure, the scheme has no problem of meshing abrasion of the thread locking structure, and solves the problem of stain caused by thread locking. The invention also discloses a camera module comprising the assembly structure of the lens and the base.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of camera modules, in particular to an assembling structure of a lens and a base and a camera module.
Background
At present, bases and lenses of vehicle-mounted, industrial and consumer fixed-focus camera module products adopt thread locking structures, and during assembly and matching of the bases and the lenses, thread engagement friction can cause stains on the lenses.
Therefore, how to solve the problem of stains caused by the conventional screw locking of the base and the lens is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly structure of a lens and a base, which can achieve thread-free focusing of a fixed-focus camera module during assembly, and solve the problem of stains caused by a thread locking structure. Another object of the present invention is to provide a camera module including the above assembly structure.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the present invention provides an assembly structure of a lens and a base, including a lens 6 and a base 1, a slope rail 2 arranged along a circumferential direction is disposed on an end surface of a distal end of the base 1, the slope rail 2 is provided with a guide surface gradually inclined in an extending direction thereof, a boss 4 is disposed on an outer circumference of a lens barrel of the lens 6, and the boss 4 is provided with a sliding portion 3 slidably engaged with the slope rail 2.
When the camera module is assembled, the lens 6 is placed on the base 1, the sliding part 3 is matched with the slope track 2, then the lens 6 and the base 1 rotate relatively, and the guide surface is arranged in an inclined mode, so that the relative position of the lens 6 and the base 1 in the axial direction is adjusted in the rotating process, and the thread-free focusing function of the lens 6 is achieved. Compared with the existing assembly structure, the scheme has no problem of meshing abrasion of the thread locking structure, and solves the problem of stain caused by thread locking.
Preferably, the inner ring of the base 1 is provided with a mounting groove 5 for accommodating fixing glue, and after the focusing positions of the lens 6 and the base 1 are determined, the lens 6 and the base 1 are bonded and fixed by the fixing glue, so as to form a fixed-focus camera module.
It should be noted that the slope track 2 in this embodiment may be designed in the form of a groove or a raised rail, and preferably, the slope track 2 in this embodiment is designed in a sliding groove structure, the guiding surface is a groove bottom surface of the sliding groove, and the sliding part 3 is a sliding block fixed to the boss 4, as shown in fig. 1, the sliding groove is a circular arc-shaped groove formed on an end surface of the base 1, and the groove bottom surface of the sliding groove extends obliquely, so as to guide the sliding block in a sliding manner. The slider is the lug that is located boss 4 lower extreme face, and the slider cooperation can guarantee steadily to slide in the spout.

Further preferably, the number of the slope rails 2 is two, and as shown in fig. 1, the boss 4 is provided with two sliding portions 3 corresponding to the slope rails 2 one to one, so that the assembling structure can be further simplified and the processing and manufacturing are convenient under the condition that the focusing accuracy is ensured.
Preferably, the lengths of the two slope tracks 2 are equal, specifically, each slope track 2 can be designed into a semicircular arc-shaped sliding groove in the scheme, the two semicircular arc-shaped slope tracks 2 are connected end to end, the focusing range of the lens 6 can be further expanded, and assembly and matching are facilitated. Of course, those skilled in the art can also design the ramp track 2 with other lengths according to the focusing requirement, and the description is omitted here.
Further preferably, the two slope tracks 2 are arranged in a central symmetry manner by taking the axis of the base 1 as the center, so that the stress of the lens 6 in the rotating process is more uniform, the rotating process is smoother, and the assembling efficiency can be improved.
It should be noted that the lens barrel of the lens 6, the boss 4 and the sliding part 3 in this embodiment may be formed by conventional processing methods, such as welding or integral injection molding, and preferably, the lens barrel, the boss 4 and the sliding part 3 in this embodiment are integrally formed plastic parts, which can ensure the assembly precision and reduce the assembly dimension error.
