Abstract
采用组合式电热管的卧式双胆快热储水式电热水器,水箱(13)由金属或非金属材料制作,每个水箱法兰口(15)上装有卧式组合式电热管(9);所述组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器(5)和金属或非金属制作的连结件(7),二部分组合而成,非金属管状加热器(5)外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,其内装电热丝(3)和氧化镁粉末或空气(4),或者内装电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管);所述连结件(7)采用非金属材料注塑制作或用金属材料制作;组合后管状加热器(5)与连结件(7)二者之间有密封件(2);放水时,上水箱电热管接通,被加热的水送至上部,即时放出;下水箱电热管用作预热。

技术领域
本发明涉及电热水器,主要涉及电热水器中,所采用的浸泡在水中的组合式电热管。
背景技术
现有用于电热水器中的电热管,100%是按中国技术标准GB/T23150-2008《热水器用管状加热器》是“以金属管为外壳、合金电热丝作发热体,在一端或二端具有引出棒,在金属管内填装密实的氧化镁粉末绝缘介质,以固定发热体的元件;”这种金属外壳电热元件,完全浸泡在水中,长时间使用后,会结水垢,降低发热效率,以及腐蚀击穿,使水带电,是世界难题;2015年12月22日广东顺德光晟电器股份有限公司申请号201511007372.8等18项专利申请,提供了组合式电热管的结构形式,本专利申请将其应用到电热水器中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有卧式双胆储水式电热水器进行改进,将组合式电热管应用到双胆储水式电热水器中。
本发明的技术措施是双胆快热储水式电热水器的水箱13由金属或非金属材料制作,每个水箱法兰口15上装有卧式组合式电热管9;所述组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器5和金属或非金属制作的连结件7,二部分组合而成,非金属管状加热器5外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,其内装电热丝3和氧化镁粉末或空气4,或者内装电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管);所述连结件7采用非金属材料注塑制作或用金属材料制作;组合后管状加热器5与连结件7二者之间有密封件2;放水时,上部水箱的电热管接通,被加热的送至水箱上部,从热水出水口12放出;环境水温>20℃时,为快热出水;冬天环境水温低时,可以自动启动下部电热管,进行预热,将水箱中的水提高至设定温度。
本发明的有益效果是卧式双胆快热储水式电热水器采用组合式电热管,浸泡在水中不结水垢,电热元件永远不会腐蚀击穿,不会漏电;并可实现快热出口,是节能产品。

具体实施方式
附图中,引出棒或称端子1、密封件2、电热丝或电热管3(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管)、氧化镁粉或空气4、非金属管状加热器5、非金属堵头6、金属或非金属连结件7、管状加热器安装孔8、组合式电热管9、锁紧环或压紧盖10、冷水进水口11、热水出水口12、水箱13、外壳14、法兰口15。
图1、图2是采用组合式电热管的卧式双胆(即2个水箱)快热储水式电热水器,图中组合式电热管9安装在每个水箱13的法兰口15上;放水时,是上部电热管接通,自然水温>20℃,即时流出>40℃的热水,称为快热出水,关水时自动断开;此种结构不需24小时连续通电,水箱内的水不需要保持75℃;夏天或春秋天,为即热出水;只有深秋和冬天才需要自动启动下水箱中的电热管,将水箱中的水进行预热到设定温度,是节能产品。
本储水式电热水器,两根电热管9,可单独使用,可交替使用或同时使用,可实现速热或快热;若只在下水箱装电热管,就是普通储水式热水器,都是本专利申请所具有的功能。
图3至图11是组合式电热管9结构图,由非金属管状加热器5和金属或非金属连结件7组合构成;图5中非金属盲孔管内安装的是电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管),其本身构成双重绝缘;图7是一个连结件7,安装了二根电热管;图8至图11是在弯曲成U形的非金属管内装电热丝3,成为非金属管状加热器5与连结件7构成为组合式电热管,以上不同电热管可以选用。

1.采用组合式电热管的卧式双胆快热储水式电热水器,其特征在于:水箱(13)由金属或非金属材料制作;每个水箱法兰口(15)安装了组合式电热管(9);所述组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器(5)和金属或非金属制作的连结件(7)二部分组成;非金属管状加热器(5)外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,其内装电热丝(3)和氧化镁粉末或空气(4),或者内装电热管包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管;所述连结件(7)采用非金属材料注塑制作或用金属材料制作,组合后管状加热器(5)与连结件(7)之间有密封件(2)。
