Abstract
The invention provides a structure for resisting deformation of a filter plate, which is used for preventing deformation of a single-side filter plate in a filter chamber of a filter press, wherein the single-side filter plate is arranged on each of two sides in the filter chamber, the single-side filter plate comprises a filter side and a non-filter side, the structure for resisting deformation of the filter plate is arranged in the single-side filter plate and comprises a heating layer arranged in the single-side filter plate, the heating layer is arranged on the non-filter side in the single-side filter plate, the heating layer is respectively communicated with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid inlet is arranged on the filter side of the single-side filter plate, and the liquid outlet is arranged on the non-filter side of the single-side filter plate. By arranging the structure for resisting deformation of the filter plate on the single-side filter plate, the temperature of the filtering side and the temperature of the non-filtering side of the single-side filter plate can be effectively kept consistent, the danger caused by bending deformation of the single-side filter plate is avoided, and safe production is realized.

In a filter press system, when high-temperature materials are filtered, washed and extruded in a filter press, because the two outer sides of the filter chamber are provided with the single-side filter plates 1, the filter side 11 of the single-side filter plate 1 is the high-temperature materials or filtered high-temperature filtrate, and the temperature is higher; the non-filtering side 1211 of the single-side filter plate 1 is in contact with the outside air and has a low temperature, so that the temperature difference between the filtering side 11 and the non-filtering side 1211 of the single-side filter plate 1 is large, the single-side filter plate 1 is heated unevenly, and the single-side filter plate 1 is easy to bend towards the filtering side 11 and becomes arched (as shown in fig. 1), wherein the deformation of the upper end and the lower end of the single-side filter plate 1 is the most serious. If the temperature difference between the two side surfaces of the single-side filter plate 1 is larger, the bending is more serious. Under the condition of severe bending, the filter plate cleaning frame in the filter press can not move up and down normally, so that the filter press can not work normally.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure for preventing deformation of a single-sided filter plate in a filter chamber of a filter press, the single-sided filter plate is disposed on each of two sides of the filter chamber, the single-sided filter plate includes a filtering side and a non-filtering side, the structure for preventing deformation of the filter plate is disposed in the single-sided filter plate, and includes a heating layer disposed in the single-sided filter plate, the heating layer is disposed on the non-filtering side of the single-sided filter plate, the heating layer is respectively communicated with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid inlet is disposed on the filtering side of the single-sided filter plate, and the liquid outlet is disposed on the non-filtering side of the single-sided filter plate.
By arranging the structure for resisting deformation of the filter plate on the single-side filter plate, the temperature of the filtering side and the temperature of the non-filtering side of the single-side filter plate can be effectively kept consistent, the danger caused by bending deformation of the single-side filter plate is avoided, and safe production is realized.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention provides a structure for preventing deformation of a filter plate 1 on one side in a filter chamber of a filter press. The single-side filter plate 1 comprises a filter side 11 capable of filtering materials and a non-filter side 12 incapable of filtering materials, wherein the filter side 11 is positioned inside a filter chamber and is in contact with filtrate; the non-filtering side 12 is located outside the filtering chamber, in contact with the outside air. In the invention, one or more material inlets 5 and one or more material outlets 6 are arranged on the single-side filter plate 1, and the material inlets 5 and the material outlets 6 are communicated through a material storage space arranged in the filter plate. In the invention, after filtered filtrate enters the filter chamber, the filtered filtrate enters the heating layer 3 through the liquid inlet 2, the temperature of the non-filtering side 12 of the single-side filter plate 1 is gradually increased through the heating layer 3, and the temperature difference between the filtering side 11 and the non-filtering side 12 of the single-side filter plate 1 is reduced, so that the bending deformation of the single-side filter plate 1 is prevented.
Further, along with the filtrating in the filter chamber is constantly filtered out, filtrating also constantly gets into in the zone of heating 3 from inlet 2 to the filtrating that has accomplished the heating to unilateral filter 1 constantly flows out from the liquid outlet. Further, in order to better heat the non-filter side 12 of the single-sided filter plate 1, the heating layer 3 is preferably as close as possible to the top and bottom of the single-sided filter plate 1, so that the single-sided filter plate 1 can be heated more evenly.
Further, in the present invention, the thickness of the heating layer 3 can also be as wide as possible without affecting the strength of the one-side filter plate 1 to obtain a better heating effect.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the heating layer 3 may also be a groove formed along the periphery of the filter plate 1, the groove bottom is adjacent to the non-filtration side 12, and the filtrate may directly enter the groove, thereby heating the non-filtration side 12.
