一种机动车启动救星剂,其特征是以乙醚作为主 要成分,配以石油醚、丙酮、汽油及少量添加剂,按一 定比例配制而成的液体助燃品。它能在摄氏零下5 ~35℃的寒冷条件下,使各种机动车辆在5秒钟之 内快速启动,有着广泛的应用价值。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆启动的助燃救星剂。
目前各种机动车在低于摄氏零下5℃的寒冷条件下启动都比较困难,尤其在零下20~35℃的严寒气温中更是难以启动。再加上某些汽油、柴油的标号和质量不尽相同,故多数机动车遇到寒冷天气启动时要么加热水,要么点明火烘烤油箱或发动机底壳,既费时又费力。
本发明的目的是要克服以上困难,提供一种能使各种机动车辆在严寒条件下快速启动的助燃救星剂。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
它以乙醚作为主要成分,配以石油醚、丙酮、汽油及少量添加剂,按一定比例配制而成。本发明所述各种原料的化学性质如下:
A.乙醚(CH3CH2OCH2CH3):无色可燃易挥发液体,相对密度0.714,熔点-116.2℃,乙醚蒸气与空气的混合物极其易燃易爆,其爆炸极限为1.85-36.5%(体积)。
B.丙酮:无色易挥发液体,相对密度0.792(20/20℃),熔点-94.3℃,爆炸极限为:2.55~12.8%(体积),属易爆易燃品。
C.石油醚:一种轻质石油产品,属低分子量烃类(主要是戊烷和乙烷)的混合物,比重0.63~0.66(25/25℃),由天然石油或人造石油分馏而成,极易挥发和燃烧。
D.汽油:属轻质石油产品,是一种极易挥发和燃烧的液体燃料,与空气混合能形成爆炸气体。
E、添加剂:一种防冻增效剂,一般用量极少。
上述原料的化学性质是构成本发明的主要技术依据。
本发明的优点在于:在摄氏零下5~35℃的寒冷条件下,车辆启动前只需对着空气滤清器喷射一次,即可在5秒钟之内快速启动,本发明的产品适合于各种车辆,有着广泛的应用价值。
本发明所述的原料配比如下:
乙醚:65%
石油醚:15%
丙酮:12%
汽油:6%
添加剂:2%。
本发明涉及的制造方法是按照上述原料配比,在容器内经混合配制即成产品,无需其它特殊工艺。

1、一种机动车启动救星剂,其特征是以乙醚作为主要成分,配以石油醚、丙酮、汽油及少量添加剂,按一定比例配制而成的液体助燃品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的机动车启动救星剂,其原料配比特征如下:
乙醚:65%
石油醚:15%
丙酮:12%
汽油:6%
添加剂:2%。
