本发明属医疗器械领域,涉及妇产科手术器具,具体涉及一种磁性宫腔内装置。本发明根据子宫腔形态,采用类似γ型宫内节育器骨架,优选不锈钢丝螺旋管做支架,该支架穿过磁铁球,两端由消炎痛硅橡胶压制制成磁性宫内装置。本装置适用于宫腔粘连术后放置,能诱导超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO)标记干细胞定向归巢,防止复粘和促进子宫内膜再生。
Description
技术领域
本发明属医疗器械领域,涉及妇产科手术器具,具体涉及一种磁性宫腔内装置。本装置适用于宫腔粘连术后放置,诱导超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO)标记干细胞定向归巢,防止复粘和促进子宫内膜再生。
背景技术
宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesions,IUA)是妇产科领域常见的现象,系由各种因素造成子宫内膜基底层损伤后、修复障碍导致的宫腔部分或全部粘连闭塞,可导致月经量少甚至闭经、周期性腹痛、不孕及反复流产等一系列并发症。创伤(流产/引产/诊断性刮宫、子宫肌瘤切除术、纵膈切开/宫腔成形术、)、感染(子宫内膜结核)、子宫内膜修复障碍等均是引起宫腔粘连的主要危险因素。
目前临床针对IUA的治疗原则为粘连松解、预防再粘连形成、促进子宫内膜再生;其主要目的是恢复正常月经模式、缓解痛经、提高生育率。实践显示,大多数的宫腔粘连松解可通过宫腔镜或宫腹腔镜联合治疗达到分离粘连的目的。术后常采用干预方案有:防粘连制剂(透明质酸钠、几丁糖等)粘连分解手术后宫腔注射,但因子宫腔通过宫颈向下与阴道相通,宫腔内容物由于重力作用,短时间内即迅速被排出,导致其发挥的作用有限;放置宫内节育器、大剂量口服雌激素连续或者雌孕激素周期序贯疗法用于预防复粘和促进内膜再生,但重度雌激素治疗的传统方法再粘连率仍高达62.5%,总疗效不足50%。
近年来,干细胞移植成为促进子宫内膜再生的热点,但移植细胞定向归巢是再生医学发挥疗效的前期,而子宫因其解剖结构以及组织学特点,导致不管应用何种移植途径,真正能够分布于子宫内膜的移植细胞数量及其有限,导致患者生育功能难以恢复。
基于现有技术的现状,本申请的发明人拟提供一种磁性宫内装置,进一步克服干细胞移植治疗宫腔粘连中,移植细胞定向归巢困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术中干细胞移植治疗宫腔粘连中,移植细胞定向归巢困难,提供一种磁性宫内装置,尤其涉及一种妇产科手术用磁性宫内节育器。
本发明基于前期研究发现,SPIO对外加磁场敏感性高,在较弱的磁场中,SPIO中磁畴即按外加磁场排列获得巨大的磁矩,撤除外加磁场后无净剩磁。由于SPIO具有超顺磁性,因此用SPIO标记后的骨髓间充实干细胞(MSC)具有顺磁性,磁场能促进SPIO负荷干细胞的定向运动;本发明根据子宫腔形态,采用类似γ型宫内节育器骨架,优选不锈钢丝螺旋管做支架,其上端两侧部分为消炎痛硅橡胶压制而成,其中间部分则由磁铁替代了现有技术的消炎痛硅橡胶,提供了一种磁性宫内装置。本装置适用于宫腔粘连术后放置,诱导超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO)标记干细胞定向归巢,防止复粘和促进子宫内膜再生。
具体而言,本发明的磁性宫内装置,其特征在于,其由γ型宫内节育器骨架1和磁铁2及消炎痛硅橡胶3制成:不锈钢丝螺旋管支架1穿过磁铁球2,两端由消炎痛硅橡胶3压制而成。
本发明中,所述的不锈钢丝螺旋管支架为本宫腔内装置的宫腔内固定部分。
本发明中,γ型宫内节育器骨架选用不锈钢丝螺旋管支架。
本发明中,所述的磁铁为装置的核心部分,所述不锈钢丝螺旋管支架穿过磁铁,两端由消炎痛硅橡胶压制而成。
本发明中,根据患者的宫腔形态和大小选择合适的宫腔内装置。
本发明所采用的制备材料可通过市购的渠道获得。
使用时,采用γ型宫内节育器常规配置的放置导杆将磁性宫内节育器放置入宫腔;其放置方法同常规宫内节育器的放置方法,并且放置后不影响超声检查随时了解子宫内膜修复情况,在需要的时候取出,其取出方法同常规宫内节育器。
在需要时,用扩张器扩张患者阴道,使用取环钳进入宫腔钳夹取出该磁性宫腔内装置。
为了便于理解,下面通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的宫颈支架进行详细的描述。需要特别指出的是,具体实施例和附图仅是为了说明,显然本领域的技术人员可以根据本文说明,对本发明进行各种修正或改变,这些修正和改变也将纳入本专利范围之内。

具体实施方式
实施例1制备磁性宫内节育器
本发明的磁性宫内节育器,采用γ型宫内节育器骨架,本实施例中优选不锈钢丝螺旋管支架1和磁铁2及消炎痛硅橡胶3制成磁性宫内节育器:所述不锈钢丝螺旋管支架1穿过磁铁2,两端由消炎痛硅橡胶3压制而成。
使用时,用γ型宫内节育器配制的放置导杆将所述的磁性宫内节育器放置入宫腔即可,若配合超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO)标记的干细胞宫腔移植,可诱导移植细胞宫腔定向归巢,促进子宫内膜再生和防止粘连形成。在需要时,用扩张器扩张患者阴道,使用取环钳进入宫腔钳夹取出该磁性宫腔内装置。
经临床使用,结果显示,本装置适用于宫腔粘连术后放置,诱导超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO)标记干细胞定向归巢,防止复粘和促进子宫内膜再生。
Claims (5)
1.一种磁性宫内装置,其特征在于,其由γ型宫内节育器骨架(1)和磁铁(2)及消炎痛硅橡胶(3)制成宫腔内装置:所述的γ型宫内节育器骨架(1)穿过磁铁球(2),两端由消炎痛硅橡胶(3)压制。
2.按权利要求1所述的磁性宫内装置,其特征在于,所述的γ型宫内节育器骨架(1)为不锈钢丝螺旋管支架。
3.按权利要求2所述的宫腔内装置,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢螺旋管支架选自γ型宫内节育器。
4.权利要求1所述的磁性宫内装置在用于制备防止复粘和促进子宫内膜再生装置中的用途。
5.权利要求1所述的磁性宫内装置在用于制备诱导超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒标记干细胞定向归巢装置中的用途。
