when broadcast packets are received on a control channel, judging whether the packet belongs to a dynamic group corresponding to the dynamic group number, if so, storing the dynamic group number in the broadcast packet and the corresponding area range;
when a call establishment request is received on a control channel, acquiring self position information, acquiring a dynamic group number and a service channel carried by the call establishment request from the call establishment request, acquiring an area range corresponding to the dynamic group number according to at least dynamic group numbers stored by the control channel and the area range corresponding to the dynamic group number, and judging whether the self position is in the area range;
and when the position of the mobile terminal is judged to be in the area range, setting the state of the dynamic group number as activated, and switching to the service channel.
