2. The video conversion device requests the service template to obtain the media playing address of the program 1 through the network card corresponding to the logged-in network plane.

Then, if the data type returned by the IPTV server includes both IPTV type and OTT type, or the data type returned by the IPTV server only includes the IPTV type, the service template may directly perform step 9 without performing steps 6-8, and, if the data type returned by the IPTV server only includes the OTT type, the service template needs to determine whether the video conversion device has the right to play the OTT type program 1 before, such as whether to subscribe to the program 1 requesting to play the OTT type through the IPTV network plane, if the video conversion apparatus has previously ordered, for example, the video conversion apparatus has previously played out an OTT type program 1 in this way, step 9 can be performed directly, without performing steps 6-8, if the video conversion device has not subscribed before, the service template needs to request the IPTV server to subscribe to play the OTT type program 1.
7. The IPTV server/OTT server performs authentication subscription.

The IPTV server/OTT server returns a message of successful authentication and subscription of the played program to the service template, for example, the IPTV server/OTT server may send an authentication permission to the service template, where the authentication permission is used to indicate that the program 1 may be played.
9. And the service template requests the video server to obtain the media playing address of the program 1 according to the data type of the program 1 capable of being played. For example, if the data type of the program 1 is an OTT type and the type of the program 1 requested by the video conversion device is an IPTV type, the service template still requests the IPTV server for the media playing address of the program 1, or if the data type of the program 1 is an OTT type and the type of the program 1 requested by the video conversion device is an OTT type, the service template requests the OTT server for the media playing address of the program 1.
10. And the IPTV server/OTT server returns the media playing address of the program 1 to the service template.
11. The service template obtains the playing address of the program 1, and initiates a playing request to the video conversion device, wherein the playing request can carry the data type of the program 1.
12. The video conversion apparatus may assign routing information to the program 1.
For example, if the type of the program 1 requested by the video conversion device is an OTT type and the data type of the program 1 is also an OTT type, step 13 may be directly executed, that is, routing information does not need to be redistributed, and if the type of the program 1 requested by the video conversion device is an IPTV type and the data type of the program 1 is an OTT type, the video conversion device may perform network card switching, switch the used network card from the network card corresponding to the IPTV network plane to the network card corresponding to the OTT service plane, and send the switched network card information (i.e., new routing information) to the service template, so that the service template may send the data of the program 1 to the video conversion device through the routing information.
13. The video conversion device receives the data of the program 1 transmitted by the service template.
14. The video conversion apparatus plays program 1.
When playing the program 1, if the user wants to operate the program 1, such as fast forward, fast backward, etc., the user may operate through an input device such as a remote controller, or directly operate the video conversion apparatus, the video conversion apparatus sends a request to the service template after receiving the user's operation, and the service template sends the requested result to the video conversion apparatus through the corresponding video server, so that the user realizes the operation on the program 1.
Referring to fig. 8, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for acquiring program information, which may include a first receiving module 801, an acquiring module 802, and a first sending module 803.
A first receiving module 801, configured to receive a request message sent by a video conversion apparatus through a first network plane, where the request message is used to request first program information;
an obtaining module 802, configured to obtain the first program information from a first video server corresponding to the first network plane;
a first sending module 803, configured to send the first data to the video conversion apparatus if the obtained first program information includes first data of a first type stored by the first video server and second data of a second type stored by a second video server, or the first program information includes first data of the first type stored by the first video server; or, if the first program information includes second data of a second type stored by a second video server, sending the second data to the video conversion device;
the content of the first data is the same as the content of the second data, the first video server is an IPTV server, and the second video server is an OTT server, or the first video server is an OTT server and the second video server is an IPTV server.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include a second sending module and a second receiving module.
If the second data is video data, then:
the second sending module is configured to send an authentication request to the first video server before the first sending module sends the second data to the video conversion device, where the authentication request is used to request to obtain a playing permission of the second data;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the authentication permission sent by the first video server; the authentication permission is used for indicating that the second data is allowed to be played;
the first sending module 803 is configured to send the second type of data to the video conversion apparatus.
Optionally, the first sending module 803 is further configured to: sending a playing request to the video conversion device before sending the second data to the video conversion device, wherein the type of the second data carried in the playing request is the second type;
the first receiving module 801 is further configured to: receiving routing information sent by the video conversion device; the routing information is used for indicating that data transmission is carried out through a network card corresponding to a second network plane corresponding to the second video server;
the first sending module 803 is further configured to: and sending the second data to the video conversion device according to the routing information.
Optionally, the first receiving module 801 is further configured to: receiving a request message for requesting full channel information, which is sent by a video conversion device through a first network plane, before receiving the request message for requesting first program information, which is sent by the video conversion device through the first network plane; the full channel information comprises channel information provided by the first video server and channel information provided by the second video server;
the obtaining module 802 is further configured to: acquiring the full channel information from the first video server;
the first sending module 803 is further configured to: and sending the full-channel information to the video conversion device.
The device may be, for example, a traffic template as in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides a video conversion apparatus, which may include a sending module 901 and a receiving module 902.
A sending module 901, configured to send a request message for requesting to obtain first program information to a service server through a first network plane;
a receiving module 902, configured to receive second data sent by the service server; the second data is obtained by the service server from a first video server corresponding to the first network plane, and the second data is provided by a second video server; the first network plane is a network plane where an IPTV is located, the first video server is an IPTV server, and the type of the second data is an OTT type, or the first network plane is a network plane where an OTT is located, the first video server is an OTT server, and the type of the second data is an IPTV type.
Optionally, the apparatus may further comprise a processing module; if the second data is video data, then:
the receiving module 902 is further configured to: before receiving second data sent by the service server, receiving a playing request sent by the service server and used for requesting to play the first program information; the type of the second data carried in the playing request is a second type corresponding to the second video server;
the processing module is used for: changing the network card for receiving the video data from a first network card corresponding to the first network plane to a second network card corresponding to a second network plane corresponding to the second type to obtain routing information;
the sending module 901 is further configured to: sending the routing information to the service server;
the receiving module 902 is configured to: and receiving the second data sent by the service server according to the routing information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the user sends the request message on the first network plane through the video conversion device, the obtained program information may be of a first type or a second type, for example, the first type may be an IPTV type, the second type may be an OTT type, or of course, the obtained program information may also be of other possible types, that is, different types of programs may be obtained through one video conversion device, there is no need to set too many video conversion devices, so as to save hardware cost and simplify the operation process of the user.
In the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the described units or division of units is only one type of division of logical functions, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the elements may be selected according to actual needs to implement the embodiments of the present invention.
The functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be an independent physical module.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the technical solution of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a Universal Serial Bus flash drive (usb flash drive), a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A method for obtaining program information, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a service template receives a request message which is sent by a video conversion device and used for requesting first program information;
the service template determines the first program type according to the request message of the first program information;
the service template determines a video server playing the first program according to the determined first program type, so as to obtain a data type corresponding to the determined video server;
the service template sends the data type corresponding to the determined video server to the video conversion device, so that the video conversion device selects a corresponding network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server according to the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information;
wherein, the determining, by the service template, the video server playing the first program according to the determined first program type includes:
determining that a video server playing the first program is an IPTV server when the determined type of the first program is the IPTV type, and determining that the video server playing the first program is an OTT server when the determined type of the first program is the OTT type.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic template deriving the data type corresponding to the determined video server comprises any of:
an IPTV type;
an OTT type;
IPTV type and OTT type.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending an authentication request to the IPTV video server, wherein the authentication request is used for requesting to acquire the playing permission of the OTT type data;
receiving authentication permission sent by the IPTV video server; the authentication permission is used for indicating that the OTT type data is allowed to be played;
and sending the OTT type data to the video conversion device.
4. A method for obtaining program information, comprising:
the video conversion device sends a request message for requesting first program information to a service template, so that a service module determines the first program type according to the request message of the first program information, determines a video server playing the first program according to the determined first program type, obtains a data type corresponding to the determined video server, and sends the data type corresponding to the determined video server to the video conversion device;
the video conversion device receives the data type sent by the service module, and selects a corresponding network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server according to the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information;
wherein the determining a video server to play the first program according to the determined first program type comprises:
determining that a video server playing the first program is an IPTV server when the determined type of the first program is the IPTV type, and determining that the video server playing the first program is an OTT server when the determined type of the first program is the OTT type.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the video conversion device selecting a corresponding network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server according to the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information comprises:
the video conversion device selects the current network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server when judging that the data type is the same as the program type corresponding to the first program information;
and when judging that the data type is different from the program type corresponding to the first program information, the video conversion device selects the network card corresponding to the data type to receive the data for playing the first program from the determined video server.
6. An apparatus for obtaining program information, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request message which is sent by the video conversion device and used for requesting the first program information;
the determining module is used for determining the first program type according to the request message of the first program information, and determining a video server playing the first program according to the determined first program type, so as to obtain the data type corresponding to the determined video server;
a sending module, configured to send the data type corresponding to the determined video server to the video conversion device, so that the video conversion device selects a corresponding network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server according to the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information;
the determining module is specifically configured to determine that a video server playing the first program is an IPTV server when the determined first program type is an IPTV type, and determine that the video server playing the first program is an OTT server when the determined first program type is an OTT type.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module obtaining the data type corresponding to the determined video server comprises any one of:
an IPTV type;
an OTT type;
IPTV type and OTT type.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
sending an authentication request to the IPTV video server, wherein the authentication request is used for requesting to acquire the playing permission of the OTT type data;
receiving authentication permission sent by the IPTV video server; the authentication permission is used for indicating that the OTT type data is allowed to be played;
and sending the OTT type data to the video conversion device.
9. A video conversion apparatus, comprising:
a sending module, configured to send a request message for requesting first program information to a service template, so that the service module determines the first program type according to the request message for the first program information, determines a video server for playing the first program according to the determined first program type, thereby obtaining a data type corresponding to the determined video server, and sends the data type corresponding to the determined video server to the video conversion device;
the receiving module is used for receiving the data type sent by the service module and selecting a corresponding network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server according to the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information;
the service module is specifically configured to determine that a video server playing the first program is an IPTV server when the determined first program type is an IPTV type, and determine that the video server playing the first program is an OTT server when the determined first program type is an OTT type.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the receiving module is specifically configured to select a current network card to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server when the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information are determined to be the same, and select the network card corresponding to the data type to receive data for playing the first program from the determined video server when the data type and the program type corresponding to the first program information are determined to be different.
