The preset reference area can be preset according to currency and face value, one or more preset areas can be selected, the preset reference area can be selected on the front and/or back of the paper currency, and an area without ink or with relatively less ink on the paper currency is usually selected as the preset reference area. When the authenticity of the paper money needs to be identified, the image of each preset reference area is obtained through the image sensor, and the pixel gray value corresponding to the pixel point in the image is calculated. Alternatively, when only one pixel gray value in one preset reference region is obtained, the pixel gray value is directly used as the gray reference value. Or, the number of the acquired pixel gray values of the preset reference region is more than one, the number of the pixel gray values in different preset gray value intervals can be counted according to the size of the pixel gray value, and the midpoint of the preset gray value interval containing the largest number of the pixel gray values is used as the template gray reference value. Or acquiring a pixel gray value of at least one preset reference area in the paper money to be detected; and when the number of the pixel gray values of the preset reference area is more than one, calculating the average value of the pixel gray values of the preset reference area as a gray reference value.
And 120, calculating the ratio of the pixel gray value of the preset contrast area of the paper money to be detected to the gray reference value.
The preset contrast area can be preset according to the currency and the face value, the preset contrast area can be selected on the front face and/or the back face of the paper money, the area with the printed patterns on the paper money is usually selected as the preset contrast area, optionally, the preset contrast area is a black watermark area, and correspondingly, the preset reference area can be selected as the area within the preset distance around the black watermark. When the authenticity of the paper money needs to be identified, the image of the preset contrast area is obtained through the image sensor, the image of the preset contrast area can be obtained and the image of the preset reference area can be obtained synchronously, the ratio between the pixel gray value corresponding to the pixel point in the image of the preset contrast area and the gray reference value is calculated, because the paper money has errors in the printing process, the exposure is different when the image of the paper money is obtained every time, the paper money can be stained in the circulation process, the normalization processing is carried out, and the influence caused by the factors can be reduced.
And step 130, determining the authenticity of the paper money to be detected according to the matching result of the ratio and the preset pixel comparison template.
The preset pixel comparison template can comprise a real coin preset pixel comparison template and/or a counterfeit coin preset pixel comparison template, the real coin preset pixel comparison template establishes a corresponding template according to a real coin, the counterfeit coin preset pixel comparison template establishes a corresponding template according to a counterfeit coin, the ratio can be respectively matched with the real coin preset pixel comparison template and the counterfeit coin preset pixel comparison template, when the ratio is successfully matched with a certain template, the authenticity of the paper money to be detected can be determined according to the authenticity of the paper money corresponding to the template successfully matched, or when the ratio is not successfully matched with the real coin preset pixel comparison template, the paper money to be detected is determined to be a counterfeit coin.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the authenticity of the paper money to be detected is determined by obtaining the pixel gray value of the preset contrast area of the paper money to be detected and carrying out corresponding data processing, the problem that an ultraviolet light source is needed for identifying the authenticity of the paper money in the prior art is solved, hardware for identifying the authenticity of the paper money is reduced, and the effect of easily realizing the authenticity identification of the paper money is achieved.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for identifying authenticity of a banknote according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the technical solution of this embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the above technical solution, and the method specifically includes:
step 110, determining a gray reference value according to the pixel gray value of at least one preset reference area in the paper money to be detected.
And 120, calculating the ratio of the pixel gray value of the preset contrast area of the paper money to be detected to the gray reference value.
Step 140, determining a template gray reference value according to the pixel gray value of at least one preset template reference area in the template paper money.
The template paper money is true money or false money, the image of the preset template reference area is obtained through the image sensor, and then the pixel gray value of the image of the preset template reference area is calculated. It should be noted that the preset template reference area selected from the template paper money and the preset reference area selected from the paper money to be tested are the same area on the paper money, and the manner of determining the template grayscale reference value is also the same as the manner of determining the grayscale reference value in the above technical solution.
And 150, calculating a template ratio between the pixel gray value of the template paper money preset template comparison area and the template gray reference value.
The preset template comparison area selected from the template paper money and the preset comparison area selected from the paper money to be detected are the same area on the paper money, and in the example, the preset template comparison area is a black watermark area. The image of the preset template comparison area is obtained through the image sensor, the image of the preset template comparison area and the image of the preset template reference area can be obtained synchronously, and the ratio between the pixel gray value corresponding to the pixel point in the image of the preset template comparison area and the template gray reference value is calculated.
And step 160, determining the distribution proportion of the number of the templates in the template ratio in at least two preset ratio intervals.
The template ratio is compared with the end point values of the preset ratio intervals, the preset ratio intervals to which the template ratios belong are determined, the number of the template ratios contained in each preset ratio interval is counted, and therefore the template number distribution proportion of the template ratios in at least two preset ratio intervals is determined.
And 170, generating a preset pixel comparison template according to the distribution proportion of the number of the templates and/or the arrangement position of the pixels of the preset template comparison area corresponding to the ratio of each template.
The arrangement position of the pixels of the preset template contrast area is the arrangement position of the pixels of the acquired image of the preset target contrast area in the image. The target ratio corresponding to each pixel may be configured into a matrix according to the arrangement position of the pixels of the image in the preset target contrast area in the image. And generating a preset pixel comparison template according to the number distribution proportion of the templates and/or the arrangement positions of the pixels of the preset template comparison area corresponding to the template ratios, wherein the preset pixel comparison template is used for matching the ratio of the paper money to be detected with the preset pixel comparison template when the authenticity of the paper money is identified.
Accordingly, step 130 includes:
and 131, determining the quantity distribution proportion of the ratio in at least two preset ratio intervals.
The ratio of the paper money to be detected is compared with the end point values of the preset ratio intervals, the preset ratio interval to which the ratio belongs is determined, the number of the ratios contained in each preset ratio interval is counted, and therefore the number distribution proportion of the ratios in at least two preset ratio intervals is determined.
And 132, determining the authenticity of the paper money to be detected according to the matching result of the arrangement position of the pixels of the preset comparison area corresponding to the quantity distribution ratio and/or each ratio and the preset pixel comparison template.
Matching the quantity distribution proportion with the template quantity distribution proportion in a preset pixel comparison template, and judging that the paper money to be detected and the template paper money are successfully matched in the quantity distribution proportion when the difference value between the quantity distribution proportion and the distribution proportion of the template quantity distribution in each preset ratio interval is smaller than a first threshold value; and when the ratio corresponding to the pixels of the preset contrast area and the template ratio of the pixels of the preset template contrast area arranged at the same position are different from each other by less than a second threshold value, judging that the pixels are matched, and when the proportion of the matched pixels in all the pixels is greater than or equal to a third threshold value, judging that the matching between the paper money to be detected and the template paper money is successful in the arrangement of the pixel positions. And when the two types of matching are successful or at least one type of matching is successful, the matching between the paper money to be detected and the template paper money is considered to be successful.
According to the technical scheme, the preset pixel comparison template is established according to the template paper money, and the authenticity of the paper money is identified by comparing the ratio of the paper money to be detected with the preset pixel comparison template.
