The sealing is performed in a pressing mode, the pressure relief time is short, the assembly is convenient, and the safety coefficient is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of passive safety of automobiles, in particular to a performance testing device of an air generating medicine for an air bag.
Background
The gas generating medicine is a medicine which is placed in an air bag of an automobile at ordinary times, and can be gasified rapidly after being triggered by conditions such as collision and the like to generate a large amount of gas, so that the air bag can be expanded rapidly to play a role in protecting the personal safety of drivers and passengers.
The gas generating medicine is not generally used as an independent product to flow in the market and industry, so that no special technical index and general requirements are provided for standardizing the performance of the gas generating medicine. Manufacturers generally adopt a self-production and self-sales mode, and in general, gas generator manufacturers can produce corresponding gas generating medicines in a matched mode;
the gas generating agent is usually triggered in a closed container to gasify the gas generating agent, and the change data of pressure intensity along with time is measured in real time to form a curve for evaluating the performance of the gas generating agent, and the close explosion tank for testing is usually made of gun steel material matched with a thread sealing structure, so that the gas generating agent is high in price, large in purchasing difficulty, heavy and poor in operability; the thread structure is unfavorable for pressure relief, so that the pressure relief time is long, the operation is complex, and the safety coefficient is low.

an igniter is arranged in the igniter gland;
the bottom end cover is combined with the gas generating medicine accommodating part through a sealing piece and is connected with the sealing surface in a sealing way;
the igniter gland is combined with the gas generating medicine accommodating part through the sealing piece and is in sealing connection with the sealing surface.
The performance testing device provided by the invention adopts a direct pressing mode for sealing, and the two materials are pressed together on the sealing surface after being pressed to provide the binding force required by sealing, so that the performance testing device is quick and convenient and safe in pressure relief.
As a preferable mode of the above technical solution, the gas generating medicine accommodating portion is a cylindrical container, and a cavity for accommodating the gas generating medicine is provided inside the container.
Compared with the prior art, the cavity is smaller in volume, and accurate measurement of data can be realized without filling more gas generating medicines.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the side wall of the gas generating medicine accommodating part is provided with a sensor installation plane, the sensor installation plane is provided with a screw hole, and the sensor connecting part is connected to the sensor installation plane through the screw hole.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the surface, connected with the gas generating medicine containing part, of the bottom end cover is provided with a cavity limiting part, and the outer contour of the cavity limiting part is matched with the inner contour of the connecting part of the cavity and the cavity.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, a limit groove is formed at the joint of the gas generating medicine containing part and the ignition tool gland, and the inner contour of the limit groove is matched with the outer contour of the joint of the ignition tool gland.

As the preferable of the technical scheme, the upper surface of the upper gland of the igniter is provided with the C-shaped bulge, and the C-shaped bulge surrounds the igniter passing through the pressing through hole of the igniter to form an operation space convenient for ignition.
As the preferable of the technical scheme, the ignition tool supporting through hole and the ignition tool pressing through hole are respectively provided with a chamfer for matching and sealing with the bevel edge of the side face of the ignition tool.
The igniter is not only used as an ignition tool, but also used as an important component of a sealing link, and the igniter is pressed by the igniter support cover and the igniter upper gland during sealing.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the bottom end cover, the igniter gland and the gas generating medicine containing part are combined and connected with the sealing surface through the O-shaped ring in a sealing way.
Preferably, the sensor connecting portion is formed by a sensor connecting seat screwed with the screw hole and a sensor transition joint connected to the sensor connecting seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The performance testing device of the gas generating medicine for the safety airbag is sealed in a pressing mode, and has the advantages of short pressure release time, convenience in assembly and high safety coefficient;
(2) The structure is simple and portable;
(3) The 45# heat treated steel is adopted as a material, can bear the pressure of 100Mpa, and has lower cost than the gun steel;
(4) The internal cavity is small, the amount of the gas generating medicine required is less, and the test cost is reduced;
(5) The direct pressing design is adopted, and the ignition tool containing cavity is designed, so that the sealing performance is good; the igniter is a key component of the safety airbag, belongs to standard products, and has no influence on test results.

the gas generating medicine accommodating part 1 is a cylindrical container, a cavity 11 for accommodating gas generating medicine is arranged in the container, a sensor mounting plane 12 is arranged on the side wall of the container, a screw hole 13 is arranged on the sensor mounting plane 12, a sensor connecting seat 41 is connected to the sensor mounting plane 12 through the screw hole 13, and a sensor transition joint 42 is further arranged on the sensor connecting seat 41;
the bottom end cover 2 and the gas generating medicine accommodating part 1 are in pressing fit with each other through an O-shaped ring to realize sealing connection, a cavity limiting part 21 is arranged on the surface, connected with the gas generating medicine accommodating part 1, of the bottom end cover 2, and the outer contour of the cavity limiting part 21 is matched with the inner contour of the connecting part of the cavity 11;
the igniter gland 3 and the gas generating medicine accommodating part 1 are pressed together with a sealing plane through an O-shaped ring to realize sealing connection; a limit groove 14 is arranged at the joint of the gas generating medicine accommodating part 1 and the igniter gland 3, and the inner contour of the limit groove 14 is matched with the outer contour of the joint of the igniter gland 3;
the igniter gland 3 is composed of an igniter support cover 32 and an igniter upper gland 33, wherein the igniter support cover 32 is in sealing connection with the gas generating medicine accommodating portion 1, an igniter support through hole 321 which is matched with the lower contour of the igniter 31 is arranged in the middle of the surface of the igniter support cover 32, and the igniter 31 is placed on the igniter support through hole 321; the upper pressing cover 33 of the igniter is pressed above the supporting cover 32 of the igniter, the middle part of the surface of the upper pressing cover is provided with an igniter pressing through hole 331 which is matched with the position of the supporting through hole 321 of the igniter, and the igniter pressing through hole 331 is matched with the upper outline of the igniter 31; the igniter support through hole 321 and the igniter pressing through hole 331 are respectively provided with a chamfer for matching and sealing with the bevel edge of the side face of the igniter 31;
the upper surface of the upper pressing cover 33 of the igniter is provided with a C-shaped protrusion 332, and the C-shaped protrusion 332 surrounds the igniter 31 passing through the pressing through hole 331 of the igniter, so as to form an operation space 333 for facilitating ignition.
