Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic top view of a refrigerated freezer according to one embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the refrigeration and freezer taken along section line A-A of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the refrigerating and freezing apparatus shown in fig. 2 when the door body is in a closed state. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerating and freezing apparatus, which may be a refrigerator, a freezer, a portable wine cabinet, etc., and may generally include a case 100, where the case 100 defines at least one storage compartment, and an opening side of each storage compartment is correspondingly provided with a door 200, and the door 200 may open or close the storage compartment by pivoting, translational or other means.
When the door body 200 closes the storage compartment, a gap is easily formed between the inner surface of the door body 200 and the surface of the case body 100 opposite to the door body 200, which easily causes leakage of cold air to cause energy loss, and water vapor in the air is also caused to frost when encountering cold. To this end, the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first sealing member 210 and a receiving chamber 120 which are matched with each other to seal a gap between the door 200 and the case 100.
Specifically, the plurality of first sealing members 210 are spaced apart from each other at the inner peripheral edge of the door body 200, and are fixed to the door body 200. The plurality of receiving chambers 120 are formed to be recessed inward from a surface of the case 100 opposite to the door 200. And, the plurality of receiving chambers 120 are respectively aligned with the plurality of first sealing members 210, and are positioned and sized such that each of the first sealing members 210 is sealingly inserted into one of the receiving chambers 120 when the door 200 closes the storage compartment, thereby sealing a gap between the door 200 and the case 100 thereat. The first sealing member 210 may be made of a material having high elasticity, and the shape of the receiving cavity 120 may be matched with the shape of the first sealing member 210 and slightly smaller than the first sealing member 210, so that the first sealing member 210 is elastically deformed and then is expanded in the receiving cavity 120, thereby improving sealing performance. The first sealing member 210 may also function to buffer impact force between the door 200 and the case 100 during the closing of the door 200. In addition, after the first sealing member 210 is sealed and embedded in the accommodating cavity 120, the first sealing member can be relatively firmly kept at the embedded position, so that the door body 200 is relatively tightly attached to the box body 100.
Preferably, a second sealing member 110 is fixedly disposed in each accommodating cavity 120, and when the door body 200 is closed, the first sealing member 210 is tightly fitted with the second sealing member 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, each of the first sealing members 210 may include a plurality of first sealing balls 211 connected to each other and respectively fixed to the door body 200. The first sealing ball 211 may be a ball made of a common sealing material such as rubber or plastic, preferably an air bag structure, the inside of which is filled with air. The first sealing ball 211 may be fixed to the inner surface of the door body 200 by an adhesive.
Each first seal 210 may include a plurality of first sealing balls 211. For example, two first sealing balls 211 which abut against each other; or includes three first sealing balls 211 arranged in a triangle (i.e., connected in pairs); or four first sealing balls 211 arranged in a quadrangular shape.
Similarly, each second seal 110 may include a plurality of second sealing balls 112 secured within the receiving cavity 120. The second sealing ball 112 may have the same structural form as the first sealing ball 211, and is preferably an air bag. The second sealing ball 112 may also be adhesively secured within the receiving chamber 120.
The volume of the second sealing ball 112 is preferably equal to the volume of the first sealing ball 211. In addition, the number of second sealing balls 112 included in each second seal 110 may be equal to the number of first sealing balls 211 included in each first seal 210. The plurality of second sealing balls 112 are preferably aligned with the plurality of first sealing balls 211.
Further, each first sealing member 210 may further include a third sealing ball 213, which may be configured identically to the first sealing ball 211, such as an airbag structure. The volume of the third sealing ball 213 should be smaller than the volume of the first sealing ball 211. The third sealing balls 213 are fixed on the first sealing balls 211 and are located between the plurality of first sealing balls 211 and the plurality of second sealing balls 112. When the door body 200 is closed, the third sealing balls 213 are pressed at the gaps between the plurality of first sealing balls 211 and the plurality of second sealing balls 112 (refer to fig. 3) to enhance the sealing effect.
Preferably, each first seal 210 may have two first sealing balls 211, and correspondingly, each second seal 110 may have two second sealing balls 112. Two first sealing balls 211 and one third sealing ball 213 are arranged in a triangle on the vertical plane of the door body 200. When the door body 200 is closed, the third sealing ball 213 is just at the middle position of the quadrangle of the two first sealing balls 211 and the two second sealing balls 112, enhancing the sealing effect.
When the door body 200 is closed, the portion of the door body 200 where the first sealing member 210 is not disposed may be tightly attached to the case 100 to achieve sealing. To enhance the sealing effect, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a sealing strip 130 (e.g., a rubber strip) for sealing the gap between the door body 200 and the case 100 is provided between each adjacent two of the receiving chambers 120, and the sealing strip 130 is fixed to the case 100 at the surface opposite to the door body 200. Of course, the sealing strip 130 may be fixed to the inner surface of the door body 200 between two adjacent first sealing members 210, and the sealing effect described above can be achieved as well.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.
