Technical Field
The invention relates to an inflator, in particular to a multifunctional inflator.
Background
The inflator is a one-way output pump and is mainly used for injecting air into articles such as bicycles, balls and the like. A common inflator has a cylindrical pump body with a piston connected to a T-shaped handle, the other end of the pump body is connected to a hose, and the end of the hose is connected to an object to be inflated. The interface typically has a means for preventing air leakage (such as the valve inside of a bicycle), thus requiring the use of a special metal fitting to engage the air cylinder hose with the object to be inflated. The inflator may be generally classified into a pedal type, a hand-held type, a standing type, etc., and there is also an electric inflator driven by a motor. The existing inflator has other functions except for inflating, is not used for a long time, occupies a land and wastes resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional inflator with a simple and reasonable structure, develop a new function for the inflator, endow the inflator with a new use value and improve the utilization rate of the inflator.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a multi-functional inflator, comprising:
the device comprises a cylinder body, a valve and a control device, wherein one end of the cylinder body is opened, and the other end of the cylinder body is provided with a nozzle for discharging fluid in the cylinder body;
the sealing cover comprises a cover plate, an air vent is arranged on the cover plate, an air vent hole is arranged in the center of the cover plate, two connecting grooves extend from the edge of the cover plate to two directions vertical to the cover plate, the connecting grooves can be in threaded connection with the opening end of the cylinder body, and the opening end of the cylinder body is sealed by the cover plate after connection;
the inflation pipe penetrates through an inflation hole in the center of the cover plate, and two ends of the inflation pipe are respectively connected with the air plug and the liquid plug; the air plug is a rubber sheet with a bowl-shaped structure, and a bowl opening of the bowl-shaped structure faces away from the inflating pipe; the liquid plug is a short cylindrical rubber block, and the inflation pipe is connected to the bottom surface of the liquid plug; the joints of the air plug and the liquid plug with the inflating pipe are provided with through holes communicated with the inside of the inflating pipe;
the handle is provided with a connector, and the outer side face of the connector can be in threaded connection with the inner side faces of the two end orifices of the inflating pipe.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution:
the nozzle is connected with a connecting air pipe, the pipe head of the connecting air pipe is in threaded connection with the nozzle, a water suction sleeve and a limiting ring are arranged in the connecting air pipe at the joint, the limiting ring protrudes out of the inner side of the water suction sleeve to limit the water suction sleeve in the pipe head of the connecting air pipe, the water suction sleeve is a through round sleeve, and strip-shaped water suction forks made of water suction materials are arranged in the round sleeve in a staggered mode.
Preferably, the nozzle is a through short pipe, and a plurality of spray pipes which are gathered into a bundle are arranged in the short pipe. Preferably, the pipe orifices at two ends of the spray pipe are respectively flush with two ends of the nozzle.
Preferably, the hand (hold) is the cylinder shape, the connector sets up perpendicularly in the middle zone of hand (hold) lateral surface.
Preferably, the cylinder is made of plastic, and the inner wall of the cylinder is coated with a wear-resistant material. The water absorption fork is made of water absorption resin.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the multifunctional inflator has simple and reasonable structure, and the two ends of the inflating pipe are respectively connected with an air plug for inflating and a liquid plug for spraying water: when the inflator is inflated, one end provided with the air plug is placed in the cylinder body, and the inflator can be used as a common inflator; when the liquid plug is arranged in the cylinder body, the inflator can be modified into a spray pipe for use. The novel use of the inflator is effectively developed, the novel use value is endowed to the inflator, and the utilization rate of the inflator is improved.

The present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein it is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention and are not restrictive thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, the multi-functional inflator of the present embodiment includes:
the device comprises a cylinder body 1, wherein one end of the cylinder body 1 is opened, and the other end of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a nozzle 9 for discharging fluid in the cylinder body 1;
the sealing cover 2 comprises a cover plate 22, a vent hole 23 is formed in the cover plate 22, an air vent hole is formed in the center of the cover plate 22, two connecting grooves 21 extend from the edge of the cover plate 22 to two directions perpendicular to the cover plate 22, the connecting grooves 21 can be in threaded connection with the opening end of the cylinder body 1 (specifically, the inner side surfaces of the connecting grooves 21 are in threaded connection with the outer side surface of the opening end of the cylinder body 1), and the opening end of the cylinder body 1 is sealed by the cover plate 22 after connection;
the inflating pipe 3 penetrates through an inflating hole in the center of the cover plate 22, and two ends of the inflating pipe 3 are respectively connected with the air plug 4 and the liquid plug 5; the air plug 4 is a rubber sheet with a bowl-shaped structure, and the bowl opening of the bowl-shaped structure is back to the inflating pipe 3; the liquid plug 5 is a short cylindrical rubber block, and the inflation pipe 3 is connected to the bottom surface of the liquid plug 5; the joints of the air plug 4 and the liquid plug 5 with the air inflation pipe 3 are provided with through holes communicated with the air inflation pipe 3;
the handle 6 is provided with a connector 7, and the outer side surface of the connector 7 can be in threaded connection with the inner side surfaces of the pipe orifices at the two ends of the inflating pipe 3.
In addition, the nozzle 9 is connected with a connecting air pipe 13, the pipe head of the connecting air pipe 13 is in threaded connection with the nozzle 9 (specifically, the inner side surface of the pipe head of the connecting air pipe 13 is in threaded connection with the outer side surface of the nozzle 9), a water suction sleeve 11 and a limiting ring 12 are arranged in the connecting air pipe 13 at the connecting position, the limiting ring 12 protrudes out of the inner side of the water suction sleeve 11 to limit the water suction sleeve 11 in the pipe head of the connecting air pipe 13, the water suction sleeve 11 is a through round sleeve, and strip-shaped water suction forks 10 made of water suction materials are arranged in the round sleeve in a staggered.
Wherein, the nozzle 9 is a through short pipe, a plurality of spray pipes 8 which are gathered into a bundle are arranged in the short pipe, and pipe orifices at two ends of the spray pipes 8 are respectively flush with two ends of the nozzle 9.
Wherein, the hand (hold) 6 is the cylinder shape, and connector 7 sets up in the middle zone of the 6 lateral surfaces of hand (hold) perpendicularly.
Wherein, the cylinder body 1 is made of plastic, and the inner wall is coated with wear-resistant materials. The water absorbing fork 10 is made of water absorbing resin.
