Abstract

Background
The escape passage of the large-scale underground square is provided with the safety door, the door is in a closed state in normal practice, the safety door is firm and has good sealing performance, and once danger occurs underground, people can open the safety door from the inside, so that escape is realized. However, most of existing safety doors are provided with a power source through electric power, the opening is complex, once the safety door loses the electric power at the same time when a danger occurs, the safety door cannot be opened, and the danger coefficient is relatively large.
Therefore, a safety door suitable for an escape passage in construction of a large-scale underground square is urgently needed, and the door is a passive automatic opening door, is simple and labor-saving to open and is reasonable in structure. Detailed Description

A pneumatic device 3 for pushing the door 2 to open is arranged between the door frame 1 and the door 2, so that the door is more labor-saving when being turned upwards. More specifically, a first pneumatic device fixing seat 27 is welded and fixed on the door frame 1, and a second pneumatic device fixing seat 28 is mounted on the door 2 through bolts; one end of the pneumatic device 3 is hinged to the free end of the first pneumatic device fixing seat 27, the other end of the pneumatic device is hinged to the free end of the second pneumatic device fixing seat 28, when the door is turned up, one end of the pneumatic device is supported on the first pneumatic device fixing seat 27, and the other end of the pneumatic device jacks up the door by jacking up the second pneumatic device fixing seat 28.
As shown in fig. 2, a positioning movable rod 4 is welded at one end of the door 2 close to the hinge, a positioning fixed rod 5 matched with the positioning movable rod 4 is welded on the door frame 1, the positioning movable rod 4 and the positioning fixed rod 5 are arc-shaped, and when the door is turned up, the positioning movable rod 4 moves relatively along the positioning fixed rod 5. The free end of the positioning movable rod 4 is provided with a positioning pin 7 through a positioning spring 6, the positioning spring 6 presses the positioning pin 7 towards the positioning fixed rod 5, the positioning fixed rod 5 is provided with a positioning hole 8, when the door is turned up, the positioning pin slides on the positioning fixed rod until entering the positioning hole to form positioning, and the door is prevented from being automatically closed under the action of gravity or external force after being opened upwards. The middle part of the wrench 10 is clamped at the top end of the joint bearing 9, the end head is hinged with a button rod 11, the other end of the button rod 11 is inserted into the spring base 12, the spring base 12 is arranged on the back surface of the door 2, the first spring 13 is arranged between the bottom of the button rod 11 and the bottom of the spring base 12, and downward elasticity of the button rod 11 is provided. Since the left side of the door is hinged in this embodiment, the right side of the door is turned up, the gear shaft 18 has a boss, and a second spring 20 is installed between the boss and the left side of the sliding sleeve 19, to provide the right elasticity of the gear shaft 18. The right end of the gear shaft 18 is provided with a lock tongue 21, the door frame 1 is provided with a lock hole 22 matched with the lock tongue 21, and the lock tongue is inserted into the lock hole to fix the door and the door frame to achieve a tightly closed state. When the door needs to be opened, the spanner is pulled downwards, the other end of the spanner moves upwards, the button rod moves upwards, the connecting rod is driven to rotate clockwise, the pull rod head is driven to move leftwards, the pull rod head pulls the joint leftwards through the pull rod, and meanwhile, the gear shaft and the lock tongue are driven to move leftwards, so that the lock tongue is separated from the lock hole, the fixation is released, and the door can be pushed upwards to be opened. After the door is opened, the locating pin moves into the locating hole to locate the opening position of the door, and after the information is released, the locating pin is pulled out again to close the door outside and lock the door lock.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to prevent the door from being opened from the inside of the door, an opening sleeve 23 is mounted on the door 2, a through hole 24 penetrating the door 2 is formed in the opening sleeve 23, and an opening pin 25 is mounted in the through hole 24 so that the opening pin can rotate in the through hole. The opening pin 25 is fixed with the gear 26 through the flat key at one end in the door 2, so that the gear can rotate synchronously with the opening pin, the gear 26 is matched with the gear shaft 18, when the door cannot or can not be opened by a person, the opening pin is inserted into a hole in the outer side of the door by using a stress application rod and the like, the opening pin is driven to rotate, the gear shaft is driven to move leftwards through the meshing of the gear and the gear shaft, and the lock tongue is driven to be separated from the lock hole, so that the door can be opened from the outer side.
