本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
传统的面料多为单层,尤其是网面面料,纹理单一,没有层次感,满足不了人们的多层次的需要。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有层次感的复合网层尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种复合网层尺寸稳定性好面料,它包括若干个网面层,所述网面层为网面面料,所述网面层上设有若干非网面面料,所述非网面面料与网面面料连接为一整体,所述网面层相邻两层依次错位排列,再通过亮丝线上下连接,所述网面面料由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置,所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝,纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝,且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置温感面料层,温感面料层由纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维经混合后纺成纱,再将混纺纱进行纺织而成,所述纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维所占的质量百分比分别为65%-75%、17%-23%和8%-12%。温感面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、复合网层尺寸稳定性好面料通过多个网面层的错位叠加、虚实交替,塑造出丰富的层次感,而连接多个网面层的亮丝线给复合网层尺寸稳定性好面料增添了亮丽的色彩。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大,具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝,既具有象氨纶类弹性织物的优点,又比氨纶类弹性织物的价格低,且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

参见图1~图3,本发明涉及一种复合网层尺寸稳定性好面料,它包括若干个网面层1,所述网面层1为网面面料。所述网面层1上设有若干非网面面料11,所述非网面面料11与网面面料连接为一整体。所述网面层1相邻两层依次错位排列,形成错落有致的图层。所述网面层1再通过亮丝线2上下连接。
