本发明公开了一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下原料:竹片4500‑5500份、染料0.01‑0.03份、双氧水0.8‑1.2份、福尔马林0.15‑0.25份、桐油0.4‑0.6份、食盐0.15‑0.25份。其加工方法包括切制、加热、煮制、清洗、晾干、烘制、涂油等步骤。本发明采用逐步升温法煮制竹片有效的防止了竹片由于突然温度过高而造成的断裂现象,同时本发明采用环保染料对竹片进行染色,后期对竹片编制的工艺品分步的进行消毒和防腐的处理增加了竹片工艺品的防腐、防虫的能力,通过本发明制得的竹片工艺品具有放置时间长、不出虫、不变色、受潮不影响色质、低碳、环保、无公害等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于竹制品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种竹制品的加工方法。
背景技术
竹子,又名竹。品种繁多,有箭竹(arrow bamboo)[1]等。多年生禾本科竹亚科植物,茎为木质,是禾本科的一个分支,学名 Bambusoideae(Bambusaceae或Bamboo),在热带、亚热带地区,东亚、东南亚和印度洋及太平洋岛屿上分布最集中,种类很多,有的低矮似草,有的高如大树,生长迅速。
在庭院中,是不可缺少的点缀假山水榭的植物。桂林漓江旁广植凤尾竹。安吉大竹海、蜀南竹海与赣南竹海是中国有名的竹海景观。由于竹子生长快,近几年为环保考量,有大量家具与纸改用竹子制造。竹子也可制作工艺品、乐器等。将竹材用工程化方法,经物理和化学作用制成的竹纤维,被用作纺织品,做成毛巾和衣物等。将竹材通过烘培,制成竹炭,被用在许多场合,包括去除环境气味,以及特殊风味食品。竹炭经过粉碎和活化制成的活性炭,有很好的吸附和净化作用,被用在汽车和家居,以及污水处理等。竹也常用于建造棚架(搭棚)、做为建材及扫帚、桌、椅等日用品。竹也可以编制箩筐、背篓、菜篮、席子等一般农村多见。竹子现在已广泛应用到家纺、袜子、内衣等贴身纺织领域。
但现有技术对竹子的加工处理,造成竹子变色、受潮色质发生改变等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作简单、成本低廉、低碳、不变质的竹制品的加工方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该竹制品的加工方法。
本发明的一种竹制品的加工,按重量份计,包括以下原料:
竹片4500-5500份、染料0.01-0.03份、双氧水0.8-1.2份、福尔马林0.15-0.25份、桐油0.4-0.6份、食盐0.15-0.25份。
本发明的一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制竹片:选取形态完整,无弯曲、无虫害的竹子,经切割机将竹子切制成厚8-12μm长45-55㎝、宽0.5-1.5㎝的竹片4500-5500份,备用;
(2)染色:将切制好的竹片放入盛有冷水的锅内在100-120℃温度下进行加热,待水烧开后加入染料0.01-0.03份,再放入食盐0.15-0.25份,充分搅拌均匀后,煮制25-35分钟取出用清水清洗干净后,放置在阴凉通风处自然晾干,备用;
(3)制作:将步骤(2)制得的竹片,编制成所需的图案或文字,置于45-55℃的烘房内,烘制12-14小时,将烘制好的竹制品用双氧水0.8-1.2份进行涂抹,涂抹完毕后放入库房,14-16天后对涂抹过双氧水的竹制品用0.4-0.6份的桐油进行涂抹,即可。
本发明一种竹制品的加工方法,其中所述的双氧水可由福尔马林代替。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显有益效果,从以上技术方案可知: 本发明采用逐步升温法煮制竹片有效的防止了竹片由于突然温度过高而造成的断裂现象,同时本发明采用环保染料对竹片进行染色,后期对竹片编制的工艺品分步的进行消毒和防腐的处理增加了竹片工艺品的防腐、防虫的能力,通过本发明制得的竹制品具有放置时间长、不出虫、不变色、受潮不影响色质、低碳、环保、无公害等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制竹片:选取形态完整,无弯曲、无虫害的竹子,经切割机将竹子切制成厚8μm长55㎝、宽0.5㎝的竹片5500片,备用;
(2)染色:将切制好的竹片放入盛有冷水的锅内在100℃温度下进行加热,待水烧开后加入染料0.03kg,再放入食盐0.15kg,充分搅拌均匀后,煮制35分钟取出用清水清洗干净后,放置在阴凉通风处自然晾干,备用;
(3)制作:将步骤(2)制得的竹片,编制成所需的图案或文字,置于45℃的烘房内,烘制14小时,将烘制好的竹制品用双氧水0.8kg进行涂抹,涂抹完毕后放入库房, 16天后对涂抹过双氧水的竹制品用0.4kg的桐油进行涂抹,即可。
实施例2:
一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制竹片:选取形态完整,无弯曲、无虫害的竹子,经切割机将竹子切制成厚10μm长50㎝、宽1㎝的竹片5000片,备用;
(2)染色:将切制好的竹片放入盛有冷水的锅内在100-120℃温度下进行加热,待水烧开后加入染料0.02kg,再放入食盐0.2kg,充分搅拌均匀后,煮制30分钟取出用清水清洗干净后,放置在阴凉通风处自然晾干,备用;
(3)制作:将步骤(2)制得的竹片,编制成所需的图案或文字,置于50℃的烘房内,烘制13小时,将烘制好的竹制品用福尔马林200g进行涂抹,涂抹完毕后放入库房,15天后对涂抹过双氧水的竹制品用0.5kg的桐油进行涂抹,即可。
实施例3:
一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制竹片:选取形态完整,无弯曲、无虫害的竹子,经切割机将竹子切制成厚12μm长45㎝、宽1.5㎝的竹片4500片,备用;
(2)染色:将切制好的竹片放入盛有冷水的锅内在120℃温度下进行加热,待水烧开后加入染料0.01kg,再放入食盐0.25kg,充分搅拌均匀后,煮制25分钟取出用清水清洗干净后,放置在阴凉通风处自然晾干,备用;
(3)制作:将步骤(2)制得的竹片,编制成所需的图案或文字,置于55℃的烘房内,烘制12小时,将烘制好的竹制品用双氧水1.2kg进行涂抹,涂抹完毕后放入库房,14天后对涂抹过双氧水的竹制品用0.6kg的桐油进行涂抹,即可。

1.一种竹制品的加工,按重量份计,包括以下原料:
竹片4500-5500份、染料0.01-0.03份、双氧水0.8-1.2份、福尔马林0.15-0.25份、桐油0.4-0.6份、食盐0.15-0.25份。
2.一种竹制品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制竹片:选取形态完整,无弯曲、无虫害的竹子,经切割机将竹子切制成厚8-12μm长45-55㎝、宽0.5-1.5㎝的竹片4500-5500份,备用;
(2)染色:将切制好的竹片放入盛有冷水的锅内在100-120℃温度下进行加热,待水烧开后加入染料0.01-0.03份,再放入食盐0.15-0.25份,充分搅拌均匀后,煮制25-35分钟取出用清水清洗干净后,放置在阴凉通风处自然晾干,备用;
