本发明公开了一种促进术后漏口愈合装置,包括下端闭合的漏口吸液管,漏口吸液管上端通过弯曲部与吸液球囊相连通,在吸液球囊上设置有带有密封端盖的排液管;漏口吸液管的侧壁下部均匀开设有若干吸液筛孔,漏口吸液管内设置有注水管;注水管的上端自吸液筛孔上方的漏口吸液管侧壁延伸穿出,其端部设置有密封盖,注水管的下端自漏口吸液管的闭合端密封延伸穿出并与紧贴漏口吸液管闭合端外壁设置的扩张球囊相连通;在漏口吸液管的侧壁上沿其长度方向设置有刻度标识,在漏口吸液管的内、外壁和扩张球囊的外壁上涂覆有抗生素涂层。本发明优点在于结构简单,操作简便,经济安全,实用性强。

促进术后漏口愈合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种促进术后漏口愈合装置。
背景技术
一些病人在做完外科手术后漏口(伤口、切口)愈合差,有时甚至会出现体壁全层液化的现象,导致体腔与外界相通。针对漏口愈合差的病人,现有的处理方式是勤给漏口换药、清除坏死组织、放置纱布引流条将液化的组织引流出体外。每次换药时清除坏死组织的时间较长,操作非常繁琐,操作不当很容易导致漏口有新的污染,致使漏口更难愈合;并且在换药时液化的坏死组织极易通过缝隙进入人体体腔中,对体腔内部造成感染。当有较大范围的体腔与外界相通时,则需对漏口部位进行再次缝合,而再次缝合的过程就相当于病人又经历了一次手术,需要重新麻醉,麻醉的风险以及缝合时可能出现的新问题都会给患者带来新的负担,同时导致患者花费增大,经济负担加重。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种促进术后漏口愈合装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的促进术后漏口愈合装置,包括下端闭合的漏口吸液管,所述漏口吸液管上端通过弯曲部与吸液球囊相连通,在所述吸液球囊上设置有带有密封端盖的排液管;所述漏口吸液管的侧壁下部均匀开设有若干吸液筛孔,漏口吸液管内设置有注水管;所述注水管的上端自所述吸液筛孔上方的漏口吸液管侧壁延伸穿出,其端部设置有密封盖,所述注水管的下端自所述漏口吸液管的闭合端密封延伸穿出并与紧贴漏口吸液管闭合端外壁设置的扩张球囊相连通;在所述漏口吸液管的侧壁上沿其长度方向设置有刻度标识,在所述漏口吸液管的内、外壁和所述扩张球囊的外壁上涂覆有抗生素涂层。
在与所述吸液球囊连通处的所述弯曲部内设置有单向阀。
本发明优点在于结构简单,操作简便,经济安全,实用性强。将漏口吸液管的下部经病人液化的漏口处插入体腔内,通过注水管向扩张球囊内注水使其膨胀并封堵漏口内部,避免坏死组织进入人体体腔中对体腔内部造成感染;通过挤压吸液球囊使液化的坏死组织经吸液筛孔、漏口吸液管和弯曲部进入吸液球囊内积存,待积存到一定量时便可通过排液管排出,操作简单方便,不污染漏口,保证漏口的愈合,无需缝合漏口,降低患者感染以及麻醉意外、缝合意外的风险;同时本装置还可通过排液管向吸液球囊内加药,并通过挤压吸液球囊使药物喷洒到漏口内部,安全可靠,喷药均匀,效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明所述的促进术后漏口愈合装置,包括下端闭合的漏口吸液管1,漏口吸液管1上端通过弯曲部2与吸液球囊3相连通,漏口吸液管1与弯曲部2为一体式结构,弯曲部2的弯曲角度为90°最益,方便患者或医生按压吸液球囊3;在吸液球囊3上设置有带有密封端盖4的排液管5,排液管5最好设置在与弯曲部2相对的吸液球囊3另一侧,方便液化的坏死组织排出及药液的加入,同时保证漏口吸液管1在插入病人体内后,病人呈站立状时排液管5竖直向上;漏口吸液管1的侧壁下部均匀开设有若干吸液筛孔6(吸液筛孔6的目数一般在14~20目),吸液筛孔6自漏口吸液管1侧壁下端向上均匀延展,其高度一般不高于人体表皮层P1、真皮层P2和组织层P3加起来的总厚度,并尽可能保证开设的吸液筛孔6孔径小,孔多且密集;漏口吸液管1内设置有注水管7,注水管7的上端自吸液筛孔6上方的漏口吸液管1侧壁延伸穿出,其端部设置有密封盖8,注水管7的下端自漏口吸液管1的闭合端密封延伸穿出,并与紧贴漏口吸液管1闭合端外壁设置的扩张球囊9相连通;在漏口吸液管1的侧壁上沿其长度方向设置有刻度标识10,方便准确定位插入漏口内的深度;在漏口吸液管1的内、外壁和扩张球囊9的外壁上涂覆有抗生素涂层,防止漏口感染,促进伤口愈合。
为防止在按压吸液球囊3时已经储存与其内液化的坏死组织回流,在与吸液球囊3连通处的弯曲部2内设置有单向阀11,单向阀11为自弯曲部2向吸液球囊3方向单向开启。
本发明的使用过程如下:
使用时,只需事先测定出液化处漏口的体壁厚度,然后根据刻度表示10将漏口吸液管1的下部准确插入病人液化的漏口处,使扩张球囊9位于组织层P3下方,之后通过注水管7向扩张球囊9内注水使其膨胀并封堵漏口内部,然后定期按压吸液球囊3,使液化的坏死组织经吸液筛孔6、漏口吸液管1和弯曲部2进入吸液球囊3内积存,待积存到一定量时便可通过排液管5排出。向漏口处加药时,只需事先将吸液球囊3内的积液排出干净,之后便可通过排液管5向吸液球囊3内加药,然后通过挤压吸液球囊3使药物均匀喷洒到漏口内部即可。

1.一种促进术后漏口愈合装置,其特征在于:包括下端闭合的漏口吸液管(1),所述漏口吸液管(1)上端通过弯曲部(2)与吸液球囊(3)相连通,在所述吸液球囊(3)上设置有带有密封端盖(4)的排液管(5);所述漏口吸液管(1)的侧壁下部均匀开设有若干吸液筛孔(6),漏口吸液管(1)内设置有注水管(7);所述注水管(7)的上端自所述吸液筛孔(6)上方的漏口吸液管(1)侧壁延伸穿出,其端部设置有密封盖(8),所述注水管(7)的下端自所述漏口吸液管(1)的闭合端密封延伸穿出并与紧贴漏口吸液管(1)闭合端外壁设置的扩张球囊(9)相连通;在所述漏口吸液管(1)的侧壁上沿其长度方向设置有刻度标识(10),在所述漏口吸液管(1)的内、外壁和所述扩张球囊(9)的外壁上涂覆有抗生素涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促进术后漏口愈合装置,其特征在于:在与所述吸液球囊(3)连通处的所述弯曲部(2)内设置有单向阀(11)。
